Custom cottage close to everything-Enjoy long walks on beach without the crowds!

Langworthy Cottage is a quaint, quiet, modern, open concept one bedroom home. Cottage featuring one bedroom with king size bed. Also features quartz countertops, hardwoods, pull out sofa with queen size mattress, and organization detail that is second to none. Perfect for a couple or small family looking for a great getaway surrounded by beaches, attractions, restaurants and golf. Close to Downtown Westerly, Watch Hill, URI, Foxwoods, URI, Narragansett and Mystic. Easy access to Block Island and Newport.
The cottage has 2 beach cruiser bicycles with helmets available for use with rental. Along with 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag with towels, and a a beach pass for access to local beach.
We recently finished construction and continue to work on the landscape.

Close to the beach!

Perfect central location. Very quiet and comfortable. Loved the comfortable furniture, super well stocked kitchen and beach inspired decorations ! The pass to Dune’s park was a huge plus!

Wonderful experience

This is a lovely apartment located about a mile from the beach. Everything you need is provided including a washer and dryer. It’s beautifully appointed and has a small market at the end of the road for anything you may need as well as homemade food and soups.

The cottage was very comfortable with everything we needed. Karen is a kind host. Good location to everything. We certainly enjoyed exploring Westerly, the beaches and the many fine restaurants in the area.

Lovely cottage

The little cottage is beautifully appointed and very well equipped. It is conveniently located for both beaches and shopping/restaurants. We would stay there again.

A Perfect Week-long Stay

We loved our week at Langworthy Cottage. Our host Karen was lovely and thought of every detail -- cottage was beautifully furnished, had a fully equipped kitchen, super-comfortable bed and shower and a beach pass to a beautiful beach just a few minutes away. We'd come back for sure if in the area again.

Karen’s place is just what I wanted for my retreat week warm, inviting and close to everything

Karen is a wonderful hostess. The environment is lovely and Karen provides some lovely amenities to accent your stay. I had everything I needed to enjoy a quiet , relaxing time near the beach.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. Karen was an amazing host, the place was gorgeous, and spotless! It felt like home for a few days and every detail was met for feeling comfortable. The house is very close to everything in RI - and the beach pass was a great addition to our days! Our 6 year old had a blast! All great things! We hope to stay again soon!

Wonderful Honeymoon

We spent our honeymoon at the beautiful Langworthy Cottage. It was amazing. Karen was an amazing host and she ensured that we had everything we needed. The location was amazing, a couple miles to the beach. Our host pointed us to an amazing Oyster Bar for dinner about 20 minutes away. Matunuck Oyster Bar. That was absolutely wonderful. Beautifully payed out cottage close to family beach

The cottage had the perfect layout, appliances and amenities for a couple with a small child. Extra nice touches such as a guest welcome book, freshly cut flowers and locally baked muffins and coffee. Both beds extremely comfortable. Located short drive from Dunes Park Beach, a local family beach and stay included day parking pass - who could ask for more? Close 20 minute drive to Mystic CT and aquarium.

Lovely cottage!

We stayed here as a "home base" for part of a road trip celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. The cottage was lovely, comfortable and had everything we needed. Karen was a thoughtful host who left us several treats to make our celebration special. She met us at the cottage to share info about the house and give us the key, and she made herself available in case we needed anything. We had a wonderful time!

We will stay here over & over again!

They have outdone themselves with this vrbo property. Perfect in every way! Wonderfully decorated, new build. So close to the beach and to shopping and a short proximity to nearby towns for shops or dining. Every detail has been thought of. Karen was sooooo accommodating. Wonderful people and wonderful place to stay. We will be back!

Our Favourite Vacation Cottage

Second year visiting Langworthy Cottage. We love it! A mile from the beach and close to Mystic for nightly dinner reservations. Visited B&B Dockside for breakfast in Westerly and highly recommend it for breakfast! The cottage is adorable and more importantly, immaculate. Karen is very kind and helpful. We'll be back ...

Clean, comfortable, cozy cottage!

This was our first experience with VRBO and we could not have been happier! Karen was so warm and accommodating. The cottage was spotless and full of delightful extras. There were more than enough bed linens and towels. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a delightful experience. Thank you, Karen!!

5 day getaway

We loved the cottage. It was perfect for my husband and I to get away and relax. Karen was great and very helpful with any questions we had. The cottage is only 20 minutes away from other cities in the area such as Mystic and Foxwoods. It is also only about 2 or 3 miles from the beach. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby and a great deli right down the road. Would love to stay there again one day soon! Andi and Bob

Beautiful little cottage/A Must Stay!

My family & I were the first renters of the season & the cottage did not disappoint! The cottage was extremely clean, within 45min of Newport & Providence and minutes away from local beaches. Karen was a wonderful hostess and even had muffins, wine and truffles waiting for us upon our arrival. Such a nice touch! The cottage was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well appointed. We had a great Father’s Day weekend and hope to return next year. Thank you Karen!

We had the perfect getaway

This little cottage was perfect for our parent getaway. Stacked with all the supplies you could ever need (minus food, sunblock & swimsuits). Beach was so close that we walked there - about 2 miles. That said, you have to walk on the shoulder of a busy road which we found a bit frightening.. Kate was helpful in finding places to go and restaurants. She recommended our favorite place for a nice dinner. Perfect for us.

A vacation dreamhouse in Westerly RI

The Langworthy cottage in Westerly was amazing. We were there for three weeks. The hosts were pleasant and gracious. They were exceptional and they greeted us with muffins and a bottle of wine. Sitting on the porch.drinking our coffee or wine, we felt as though we were at an arboretum. The flowering shrubs, flower pots and landscaping was beautiful. This cottage had everything we needed and it exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and very clean. The location is close to the beach, to a wide variety of restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. We will definitely look forward to staying there again. John and Judy T Ohio

Close your eyes and picture your dream cottage ... This is it!

Immaculate, cozy, adorable. I am the type who wipes down all surfaces at a hotel. I overthink used sheets/towels ... That type, and I was ready to follow suit but there was absolutely no need in this cottage. It's so clean and the decor is wonderful. Karen and Peter are so friendly and are quick to response to any inquiries. We vacationed with 2 children who were comfortable on the pullout couch and the master bed is terrific! So close to the beach. Great day trip to Watch Hill Lighthouse and close to Mystic CT, where we had dinner nightly. Just fantastic!

Great Stay at this Wonderful Cottage!

I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage. Even though I was late arriving the host was available to show me around., and had delicious muffins and cupcakes for me. I brought my parents for their 60th birthday and she also had gotten a bottle of champagne to help celebrate, which was really thoughtful. The cottage was the perfect size for the three of us. The bedroom has a beautiful and comfortable bed, and the living room had a large pullout bed. There was a great walk-in closet and well-appointed bathrooms. The cottage was also designed so well. The kitchen had all the amenities for a gourmet, and small touches like pocket doors in the bedroom and a barn door on the half bath really made the whole experience feel high-end. The cottage was also close to all amenities. I hated to leave.

Best ever!

This little cottage was perfect for my husband and me. We stayed here while our daughter was at camp in CT and we didn't want to drive all the way back to VA. We had thr best time. Karen was a great host. There was a bottle of wine and muffins waiting for us. The beach is 1 mile away, a super easy drive. Karen provides beach towels, umbrella and chairs. The cottage was extremely clean and she provides all the paper products, cleaning products, and linens., and they are quality products and linens. I'm pretty picky and often bring my own towels and usually end up buying my own toilet paper, no need for either at this place! You are so close to everything here. We were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. Our daughter really enjoyed her camp so I can see us coming back next year! Thank you Karen!
