Aloha ja Tervetuloa Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo A9 aurinkoiselle Etelä-Mauille! Condo A9: ssa on kaunis uusi puunäkymä, uusi olohuonekalusteet, uusittu kylpyhuone ja uudet keittiökoneet. Meillä on myös uusi Mitsubishi A / Cs, joka pitää sinut viileänä ja rentoina (tärkein oleskelutila ja makuuhuone).

Kihei Sands Condominium sijaitsee suoraan yhdessä Mauin parhaista rannoista Sugarin rannalla. Meidän merenranta-allas ja grilli patio-alue voit käytännössä koskettaa rantaa - puhdas, hiekkainen, asumaton ja venyttely kilometriä kumpaankin suuntaan. Kuinka pitkälle se on rannalle? Kirjaimellisesti noin 6 metriä! Patio- ja nurmialueet ovat idyllisiä. Nauti joka aamu tuoretta kahvia ja joka ilta katsellen upeaa auringonlaskua, kun grillit illallisen ja siemailla juomaa.
Kihei Sands on erityinen paikka, täynnä Aloha-henkeä. Intiimi ulkoasumme tarjoaa täydellisen sijainnin juhlille, ryhmähuoneille, häämatkalle, eläkeläisille, perheille, pariskunnille ja ystäville. Valittavana on 23 yksikköä, joista on helppo löytää täydellinen sopii kaikille ryhmällesi, makuuhuoneiden lukumäärästä (1, 2 ja 3) nukkumaan.

Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta löydät useita ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja, kuten tuoretuotemarkkinat, ABC-myymälä, leipomo, parranajojää ja pieni ruokailutila. On olemassa useita ruokailu- ja ostosmahdollisuuksia muutaman kilometrin päässä Kihei Sandsistä. Keskeisellä sijainnilla on helppo päästä kaikkiin Mauin tarjoamiin kohteisiin.

We have been coming to Kihei Sands for over 40 years now and it continues to amaze us.

I highly recommend Kihei Sands, and we will definitely return when we can get back to Maui!

Another Great Stay at Kihei Sands

I am a second generation guest. I was there with my parents in 1999, and back again about 15 years ago. My recent stay in June of 2024 was very enjoyable. My husband and I did the road to Hana, a sunset dinner cruise and went to Nakalele Blowhole, north of Kihei. We also did some shopping at nearby markets. We loved having a first floor unit with a view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on our patio enjoying the nice weather and sound of the ocean. Love that there was plenty of tables and lounges for people to enjoy, plus boogie boards, kids sand toys, books, BBQ's and various other items to use while there. The staff were very friendly.

The small community and beach access are our two main appeals to this property. It was 15 steps from our patio until my toes hit the sand!! Win win!! On the down side, this until was newly remodeled.... Poorly done, couch already stained, and what bothered us the most was the lack of upkeep. The unit was not cleaned, I had to clean it myself before I was able to enjoy. The comforter was filthy, we needed up only using a blanket on the bed.

We love sitting on the lanai watching the waves crash and the beach is just steps away. The condo is clean and well stocked. The King size bed is very comfortable and you can see the beach from the bedroom window. Its lovely to open the window and listen to the waves crashing. The property is clean and well maintained. It is wonderful to have management on-site. They are so helpful & personable. The pool is what I enjoy most and you are right on the beach so its the best of both worlds. The pool is clean, well taken care of and rarely busy. There are community floaties to use or you can also purchase at the ABC store down the street and they will fill them for you for an extra $1. Its a short walk down sugar beach to the ABC store, small farmers market, Kihei bakery & my favorite...Ululani's shave ice. I highly recommend any condo at Kihei Sands....you just can't go wrong. It's worth every penny!

Management on site Connie was so very helpful to us and answered ALL of our questions and they are on site most of the day even give you their personal phone numbers if there is an emergency after hours so that was a great feeling to have someone always there to help! Our most fun moment would have to be the Calypso snorkel tour it was amazing and if you go you have to do it! Lava Rock was our favorite restaurant we ate there 3 times and it's only 10 mins away from the condo- best food and atmosphere ever! I highly recommend this condo recently updated and very clean!

It was an easy drive to visit additional island attractions. The oceanfront unit was clean and well-appointed. The management company does an excellent job of maintaining the property and communicating with customers. We will return for another vacation in the future!!

A Perfect Respite

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our firt time back to Kihei Sands since the pandemic kept us away. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about our stay this year. The unit is absolutely beautiful with all new furniture, flooring, painting, you name it. When we opened the door to the unit, it was so impressive we thought we were in the wrong unit! We have been coming to Kihei Sands now for nearly 40 years and will be coming back again and again as long as we can. Connie, Patrick, Lisa and all the team there are outstanding. The only issue we had was with the new Roku TV and no instructions. Thanks to the owners and everyone on site for all you continue to do to make sure our stays are perfect.

Great ocean front unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Kihei Sands for almost 30 years. This was the first time in a first floor unit. Loved the big lanai, and was perfect for my 89 year old mom who needed first floor access. The unit was nice, although a bit understocked. We’ve stayed in other units that had more amenities, like coffee filters, towel clips, etc. Minor things, tbh, but providing coffee and a coffee maker with no filters was frustrating. Fortunately had the lovely coffee on the patio every morning. We love Kihei Sands and will always stay here when traveling to Maui. This was a lovely unit and can’t be beat for beach, patio and pool access.
