Tervetuloa kotisi poissa kotoa - sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikujaan. SisÀÀnpÀÀtÀ suuren massiivipuun oven kautta liuskekivi sisÀÀnkÀynnille, joka tarjoaa klassisen saapumisen tunteen, ja kÀsin raapitut Hickory-lattiat lisÀÀvÀt modernia, mutta maalaismaista tunnetta. Kaksikerroksinen koti on tÀydellinen upealla huoneella, jolla on kaunis kaasutakka, jossa on mukautettu rakennettu vaippa. Keittiö on ylimitoitettu useilla työskentelyalueilla, jotka on viimeistelty nykyaikaisilla sementti- ja kupari-kosketuksilla. Kodissa on kaksinkertaiset uunit, lÀmmitinlaatikko, mikroaaltouuni, iso ruokakomero ja kaikki kattilat, pannut ja keittiövÀlineet, jotka tarvitaan 16-pÀivÀllisen jÀrjestÀmiseen. RuokapöytÀ mahtuu 10. Ulkona syömistilassa on paikkaa 8 ja ylimÀÀrÀiset tuolit palokammion ympÀrillÀ ja terassilla.

Asettelu - PÀÀkerroksen Master-sviitissÀ on king-size-vuode, TV ja master-kylpyammeessa on valtava suihku, kylpyamme ja kaksi pesuallasta. PÀÀtasossa on myös vierasviitti king-size-vuoteella. YlÀkerrassa on kolmas makuuhuone omalla kylpyhuoneella ja ikkunaistuimella luonnon katselua tai lukemista varten. Aulan alaosassa on neljÀs makuuhuone, jossa on king-size-vuode, ikkunaistuin jonkin aikaa alaspÀin, ja osittain oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksinkertainen turhuus ja suihku kylpyammeella.
YlÀkerran 5. makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta (yhteensÀ 4) ja parvella on vyöryvuode, joka mahtuu 2.

Bonushuoneessa on suuri poikkipinta-ala, joka on suunnattu 55 tuuman 3D-televisioon kaapeli- ja Wii-peleillÀ sekÀ paljon pelejÀ ja leluja lapsille.

Parvi / zen-huone sopii mainiosti lukualueelle, joogalle tai meditaatiolle.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay especially the outdoor patio area. Lucky us we had 2 fawns join us the first morning. I have rented half a dozen properties in Suncadia and one thing that stands out about this property is cluttered with homeowners personal items such as; clothes filling closets leaving no room for renters, food items left on countertops, no room in kitchen for renters to store food items & family pictures everywhere. Also, we had difficulty getting the dishwasher to work properly. Hope this feedback helps with future renters.

Great family weekend

At first I thought we would have access to the resort and the resorts amenities due to the communication with owner but it turned out we didn’t which ended up being okay because we found a way to still enjoy the area and surroundings. I should have asked in the beginning if there was pool access and not just “access to the resort” because the owners answer was yes they are on the resort which kind of confused me? BUT my family still had an amazing time and we celebrated my dad turning 72, which was great as well. The only thing I would mention for future reference for the housekeeping team is that the floors were really dirty and the first 10 minutes we were all walking around barefoot and our feet turned black! Also the trash was left full before we got there and some hand towels by the staircase maybe the housekeeping team didn’t have enough time to finish. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

Family wedding trip

We had a fantastic stay in this house. It has everything you need plus more! The lay out of the house was incredible and very cozy! The hot tub, outside toys and games, upstairs bonus room which included toys and games for our grand kids to play with, and big rooms were all incredible. And the beds were very comfortable. The owner was so easy to communicate with. We hope to go back. A perfect place for a family stay!

Girls weekend

Beautiful, clean and quiet home. It was a girls weekend for us but if you had family with little kiddos this would be an awesome place. Definitely recommend this home.

Exceeded expectations

The house and surrounding property is perfect. Sits on the 18th at Prospector, but very private at the end of a road. The pictures don’t do it complete justice - the house is large and there is a lot of room for a group or two families. Outside patio is great place to hang - can be under cover out out by the gas fire pit. The owner is great and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend.

Family Snow Trip

My siblings and I wanted a space to get away together with our spouses and children. This house was PERFECT! We had SO much room to play and run around inside the house. The toy room was a nice bonus for the kids to have things to play with and not have to bring our toys from home. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with dish ware and a pantry cupboard with most of the spices we needed. There was a game cupboard full of different games we could play together. We didn’t realize how much was stocked in the house - we came over prepared. The access to the golf course was perfect so we could walk a little ways to the course and sled right there on the green. We had such a wonderful time! We would totally stay here again for another Suncadia adventure in the future!!

Safe, clean and snowy getaway

Super fun getaway from the Seattle area over Christmas weekend. We were able to snowboard and sled on the golf course fairway in the backyard and relax in the hot tub afterwards. Great appliances and a very roomy kitchen made for cozy meals in. Comfortable beds and heated floors completed the total relaxation weekend. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Beautiful home, but communication less than perfect.

Home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and we appreciated the bottle of wine ! Enjoyed our stay. The only improvement would be communication of check-in process. We were sent a code with no instructions prior to check in on Christmas Eve. Upon arrival on Christmas Day, we found a lock box which did not contact a key. After contacting the owner, we found out the door had an electronic lock (which we were not familiar with how to operate). More information from property manager would have been helpful and avoided frantic call to owner's on Christmas Day.

Beautiful new home great location

The home is new and very large. Perfect for a big family. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 young children. Everyone was happy with the accomadatios overall. Because it is a new house certain things weren’t ideal and still being fixed by the builder/owner that we weren’t privy to before getting to the house. I would make sure the following items are resolved before renting: The interior door knobs to shut both exiting doors kept falling off. The heat needed a code to operate and was very time consuming process to fix. We spent the first day at 64 degrees switch coats on inside. The owner was available to talk but we didn’t get the heat up to 68 until 7 pm. The home wasn’t very clean. We noticed kids dirty clothes in the tv room and bedding that had candy crusted to it. The TVs weren’t working and we spent several hours trying to trouble shoot those. We thought we had access to the amenities ( the pool and workout facilities) and we found out at the last minute that we didn’t. If you have kids or family that want to swim and workout make sure you have access at booking and get the necessary codes. Lastly, the air return in the kids room was broken and hazardous. Half of it was missing and someone could have easily put there foot in while getting out of bed. We were given a discounted stay and the owner was apologetic. We had a lovely time with our extended family. Beautiful home with lots of potential once the aforementioned issues get ironed out.
