Heinäkuu Avaa! Summer Dayz - Perheet rakastavat sitä täällä! Vain rannalta

Tervetuloa "Kesäpäivään" klo 20 Gulf View Drive sijaitsee kätevästi rauhallisella, länsipäässä Panama City Beach Beach Access # 95.   Tämä uusi rakennus tuli juuri vuokra-ohjelmaan ja odottaa saapumistasi!  Minuutin päässä Pier Parkista ja Frank Brownin virkistyspuistosta, tämä neljän (4) makuuhuoneen, kolmen (3) kylpylän ylellisyyden koti tarjoaa perheellesi yhden parhaista lomista rannalla.   Tämä koti mukavasti nukkuu jopa 10 ja siinä on kaksi tasoa erillistä asuintilaa, jossa on päivityksiä, kuten kruunumuotti, mittatilaustyöt, bambu lattiat, graniitti työtasot ja paljon muuta.  Yksityiset parvekkeet molemmilla tasoilla täydentävät lopullista loma-elämystä. Yksityinen piha tarjoaa loistavaa tilaa perheen hauskanpitoon ja osittain aidattu.

Great House and Perfect Location

This house is very nice and has all you need. Close to the beach, 10 minutes from Pier Park and only 2 minutes to a grocery store. It has a neighborhood feel to it and the area is quiet and safe. Perfect for families.

A/C and refrigerator worked amazingly to keep things cool for our family of 7! Home is spacious and well equipped. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and towels were plenty! The only thing not up to par was furniture, cookware and really needs painting. A hose would be handy under the house as well for rinsing feet and sand chairs. Shout out to Blue Swell for sending maintenance quickly for a few small issues.

Great location but Rental was lacking

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was at 20 Gulf View Dr. The pictures do not match the unit. When we arrived we had issues with the door code. However, by day 2 it was resolved. The AC wouldn't come on but Blueswell had a tech out 15 minutes after my call and got it fixed. This unit needs a lot of work. The carpet is in terrible shape and smell. There are marks, scratches, and what looks like crayon markings on the walls. The furniture was in bad shape. The unit had a stale smell. There was also a hole in one of the bedroom doors. On the balcony, the fencing is about to fall off. This is dangerous for guests. While we had a great time on our vacation, the unit we rented was not worth the money we paid. Blueswell did leave us a gift card for a turkey on them for Thanksgiving. WHich was nice. I just wish they didn't enter the property while we were gone to do it. A little unprofessional in my opinion. Blueswell should talk with the owner about doing some major upgrades. No issue with Blueswell the company. The property was just not up to par.

Overrated

The overall appearance of the house was clean except from the overwhelming musty smell that hits you upon entry. A few of the issues that we encountered are as follows: 1) Ice maker did not work 2) Internet went down twice (working vacation) 3) very few kitchen utensils- No potholders 4) Large roaches throughout house 5) Main bedroom sink clogged & light over tub did not work 6) Main bedroom shower leaks through ceiling of outside balcony 7) Condensation leaks on top of your head while sitting in the living room All I can say is that we are thankful that this was a beach vacation and not much time spent inside this house. We will not be staying here again.

Steps from the beach

We travel to PCB frequently. This was a great property for our group. The parking was very convienient. It really helped to have 3 full bathrooms after beach trips. We would definitely book this one again.

Our family had a wonderful time in PCB! The house was just steps away from our old beach house we owned years ago. It was like a walk down memory lane. The location is just perfect. Perfect bachelorette stay!

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette, it was a very lovely quiet neighborhood and the beach access is so close and convenient. Had to travel 15 or so minutes to get into actual PCB but it was fine. Only complaint is no fans in the room but no biggie :)

The property has a great layout and is close to the beach. Blue Swell is always to notch with their customer service. The only issue was there were several dead bugs near the sliding doors. No other issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

" furniture found at the dump rejected by Goodwill"

First of all, I just don't quite understand why there has to be a six number entry code. The entire stay I had to make sure that I had my phone on me so that I could pull up the app to look at the six number code. I'm going to start from bottom floor and work my way up. The bedroom to the left as you enter the home , the ceiling fan was missing its cord so the ceiling fan was inoperable. There was a continuous rattling noise coming from the air conditioning vents. My dad and his girlfriend slept in that room and they did not get any rest the entire trip. Kitchen, who puts a coffee maker that does not have a automatic shut-off button in a rental house? Living room, the rug , oh the rug, just throw it away. It had more stains than a stained glass window.The couch, My daughter sat on it Tuesday and was not found till Friday!!!! Literally pathetic!!!! Don't think about taking a bath because neither one of the tubs would hold water. Found pills on the floor in the children's bunk bedroom , along with a hair bow and a necklace chain. There is a outside grill and trash can. The trash can was full from previous renters. I'm doing this review in hopes that future renters will not have to experience this and I hope that blue swell or the owners of the home fix these problems.

Great location

I will say this is a great location and a great experience with the company I booked with. The downfalls of this property is the property itself. For the amount of money you pay and my family has stayed in five different homes in this neighborhood over The Fourth of July. This property needs a lot of work, The furniture was highly worn out, there was no water hose to be able to rinse down your belongings from the beach, The first night we use the oven and the whole downstairs got smoked out due to the oven never been cleaned. Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach rental was wonderful! Great location, very close to the beach and great accommodations. A great time was had by all, would definitely stay here again.

Like location. Needs work on the inside.

The blinds in the living room and master suite were all broken. Trying to sleep in the master with the street light shinning into the room was next to impossible. Pots and pans were not clean. Very limited selection when it comes to kitchen utensils. No plastic cups, Bowles, ect..etc... No lights in car port. Very hard to see at night especially trying to load/unload vehicles. Would NOT recommend leaning on deck railing. Not safe. Every night we saw cockroaches.
