This well-designed space offers comfortable living and a convenient location, perfect for individuals or couples seeking a lovely experience, a more beautiful location entry point.

The Studio is equipped with air conditioning and a small kitchenette, allowing you to set the perfect to suit your preferences.

NOTE: The common parts such as stairs etc is for all the guests to access the studios. The studio/room is private for the indiviual.

Located within a Maltese building, this studio apartment provides an authentic and immersive experience, allowing you to embrace the local culture and architecture.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

As you explore the streets of Sliema, you'll be greeted by a lively atmosphere and a mix of locals and tourists alike. The neighborhood's cosmopolitan character is reflected in its diverse community, creating a melting pot of cultures, languages, and cuisines. Whether you're a food enthusiast looking to indulge in international flavors or a fashion lover seeking the latest trends, Sliema offers an array of restaurants, cafes, and shops catering to every taste.

If you're a history enthusiast, Sliema's proximity to Valletta opens the door to a wealth of cultural and historical sites. Explore the UNESCO-listed Valletta, with its grand architecture, museums, and impressive fortifications. The neighboring town of St. Julian's, known for its vibrant nightlife, is just a short distance away, offering a different ambiance and entertainment options.

Taxis (bolt, uber or e-cabs) are readily available in Sliema and can be booked by downloading the app, set your pickup and drop-off locations, and a driver will be assigned to pick you up. The app provides real-time tracking, estimated fares, and payment options, making your transportation experience hassle-free.

Sliema offers ferry connections to other parts of Malta, including Valletta and the Three Cities (Vittoriosa, Senglea, and Cospicua). These ferry services provide a scenic and enjoyable way to travel between these destinations. The ferry terminals are conveniently located along the Sliema waterfront, and regular schedules operate throughout the day.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
