Welcome travellers to this cozy studio located in the heart of Sliema Ferries, one of Malta's most vibrant and sought-after neighbourhoods.

This well-designed space offers comfortable living and a convenient location, perfect for individuals or couples seeking a lovely experience, a more beautiful location entry point.

The Studio is equipped with air conditioning and a small kitchenette, allowing you to set the perfect to suit your preferences.

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi access

NOTE: The common parts such as stairs etc is for all the guests to access the studios. The studio/room is private for the indiviual.

Located within a Maltese building, this studio apartment provides an authentic and immersive experience, allowing you to embrace the local culture and architecture.

To ensure your comfort throughout your stay, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to set the perfect temperature to suit your preferences. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi access, keeping you in touch with friends, family, or work commitments during your visit.

Living area| The living area features a comfortable double bed, inviting you to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the island. The kitchenette is complimented with a fridge and allowing you to prepare light meals or store your favourite snacks and beverages.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 1 big bathroom including a shower.

Nestled on the northeastern coast of the island, Sliema captivates visitors and residents alike with its charming streets, lively promenade, and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The neighborhood embodies a fusion of modernity and tradition, boasting a relaxed yet cosmopolitan vibe.

As you wander through Sliema's streets, you'll find an eclectic mix of boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and gelaterias lining the promenade, inviting you to indulge in local delicacies and international cuisine. The area bustles with life, offering a perfect blend of urban amenities and a relaxed seaside ambiance.

Sliema's stunning waterfront promenade is a focal point, drawing both locals and visitors for leisurely walks or jogs, while its rocky beaches and crystal-clear waters provide opportunities for refreshing dips or simply basking in the Mediterranean sun.

Exploring Sliema and its neighboring areas is a breeze! The neighborhood offers excellent transportation options for convenient travel. Bus stops within a short walking distance provide easy access to various parts of Malta, including Valletta, neighboring towns, and popular attractions. Additionally, ferries departing from Sliema Ferry Terminal offer scenic trips to Valletta and other destinations across the harbor, providing a unique way to travel while enjoying picturesque views of the Mediterranean Sea.

For those who prefer to drive, Sliema provides on-street parking options. While parking availability may vary depending on the time of day and demand, guests will find designated parking spaces along the streets

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
