Uusi räätälöity puurakennuskoti valmistui vuonna 2019. Laaja avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa 5 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta, jotka sijaitsevat rauhallisesti 7 yksityisellä hehtaarilla.

Helppo 4. 5 mailin ajomatka Dreams Parkiin (kuulet heikosti hurraavan joen yli yöllä!) ja 6 mailia Cooperstownin kylään. Puhumattakaan puoli mailia Brewery Ommegangiin ja kävelyetäisyydellä Red Shed Panimoon!

Pääasiallisessa kerroksessa on laaja avoin pohjaratkaisu. Olohuone, suurella taulutelevisiolla, avoin ruokailutila, paikkainen 8. Avoinna keittiöön, jossa on iso saari, jossa on 4 istuinta, aamiainenurkkaus, jossa on 4 paikkaa ja ylimääräinen tiskialue, jossa on 2 paikkaa. Kävele ruokakomero, jossa pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja kylpyhuone, kaikki alakerrassa.

Yläkerrassa on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on katedraali avoin palkkikatto. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on kattotuuletin ja oma lämmitys- / jäähdytysjärjestelmä. Suuri makuuhuone taulutelevisio, sohva ja kytketty kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa kerrossänky.

Kellarikerroksessa on 2 ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa kerrossänky. Makuuhuoneiden vieressä on rec-huone, jossa on ping-ping ja jalkapallo, sohvat ja iso taulutelevisio.

Wifi kaikkialla. Jokaisessa televisiossa on YouTube TV, samoin kuin pääsy henkilökohtaisiin tileihin Netflixissä, Hulussa, Primessa jne.

Rentoudu esiportaalla ja näkymä 2 hehtaarin etupihalle lasten leikkimiseksi. Doubleday Field -valkaisimista valmistettu sivukansi, jossa grilli ja piknikpöytä! Takkapihalla palokammio S'mores-yötä varten. Kiinteistön takaosa Susquehanna-joen reunalla kalastaa tai viileästi pulahtaa kuumana päivänä.

Modern Cabin For Dreams Park Families

Incredible property and house for an incredible week. This cabin is very well thought out and specifically designed to accommodate Dreams Park families and enhance their experience. Beautiful cabin. Beautiful setting. Open vista in front. Nice grove of trees in back with a path for a short walk to the river. Our family had an amazing stay.

Great Property for Baseball Families

This is a great house perfectly located for both Dreams Park (10min drive) and All Star Village (25min drive). Very clean and well stocked. Our families loved the property.

Loved this house!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and is situated on a quiet, private road. Equipped with just about anything you could need while staying there. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. Only a 10 min drive to Dreams Park and also an easy drive into Cooperstown or to many of the restaurants and other things to do in the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great location!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin had everything we needed and more. The cabin was extremely close to Dreams Park which made it easy to go back and forth between games. It was also located very close to the breweries that we enjoyed. We loved making s’mores in the fire pit, and catching fireflies. We had two families stay here and never felt crowded. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cooperstown Dream Park.

Baseball Oasis

A couple families shared this house while attending Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was a great oasis away from the park yet really close for a quick drive to Dreams Park. 1000% recommended this house for families with kids that enjoy their own bedrooms and play space. Great pre-teen hangout and bunkhouse space on lower level.

Great Cooperstown accommodation

We had an outstanding experience at this property. Came in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament and lucked out with this place. There are tons of rental options but it’s hard to find a modern place around town. Great location and owner is easy to communicate with.

Great bachelor house

Took my brother and a few friends up for his bachelor party, and couldn’t of had a better Time! Place was clean, modern, beautiful, and a pretty good location. Not a bad drive to the HoF, plenty of good bars and restaurants all well within small distance. Would love to go back, and absolutely recommend it to others

Perfect Getaway

Very good location for Cooperstown Dream Park. Property had everything needed to feel at home. Two breweries very close. Communication with Shane absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend if attending Dreampark!!!!!

Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

We had the best week staying at the house for the my older son's baseball tournament. The house was so comfortable, had everything we needed and was the perfect distance to drive back and forth to the baseball fields. We hope to stay here in another 7 years when our younger son plays in Cooperstown.

Awesome House

OMG, this house is AMAZING! Beautiful! We could hear the cheering from Dreams Park while sitting around the fire pit and hot tub at night. Well stocked kitchen. Could use a few more towels to use with the hot tub. Shane was very responsive with communication. Stay here, you'll LOVE IT!

Perfect

Our two families stayed here while our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was absolutely perfect and was as described. We each had one child staying with us and then our two Cooperstown boys were also able to easily stay with us for two nights. It was a quick drive to the fields but it also felt amazingly remote. I saw two deer at the end of the driveway one morning and bunnies running around every time we came home. We could clearly see the stars at night since it’s so dark. Also having the Red Shed so close was great and Ommegang is awesome too so we went there at least twice. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Great Place while at Cooperstown

I was a little nervous at first as you can not see the house as your are driving down the road. Once we pulled up to the house we noticed immediately how adorable it was. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The owner was very responsive. The location to Cooperstown dream park was about a 10 minute drive and about the same to Cooperstown town. When not at the baseball fields the other children spent their time fishing. Overall we had a great experience!

AMAZING experience in this gorgeous cabin on a beautiful property!

We had an amazing time at this home while in town for the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament. The host was wonderful on communication, he reached out often to check in and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The home was well-stocked with essential items, which was so nice to have for us to not need a trip to Walmart. The pictures represent the home very well, and everything was clean, new, and beautiful. The appliances (fridge, washer/dryer) were top notch and brand new! The outdoor spaces were nice to relax in when were there in-between games. We used the firepit one evening and there is more than enough firewood to start one. The drive to the ballpark was about 11 minutes, so super easy. The Red Shed was right out front, and it was a fun place to have dinner and drinks. Ommegang was also super close, which was awesome. I highly recommend this home to any families coming to the area!

Perfect Cooperstown cabin!

What a wonderful stay for our family! This property was the perfect place for my family’s getaway to Cooperstown. The house is secluded enough to give you a real sense of serenity, but only a quick car ride to Main Street Cooperstown, the Baseball Hall of Fame, and other area attractions. The local brewery (Red Shed) is within walking distance and offers wonderful brews, wine, and delicious food options. The house itself was extremely comfortable, clean, and new. We were able to gather together for meals in the spacious kitchen and nightly S’mores around the fire pit. The charming bedrooms offered our boys a place of their own to hang out in. The ping pong and foosball tables in the basement offered some more fun alternatives. We also enjoyed a game of catch on the sprawling front lawn and a quick swing in the hammock. In short, this was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy all of the food and fun, beauty, and hospitality that Cooperstown has to offer!

Best booking ever !

This house is amazing !! It is an absolutely beautiful property and house that is very well taken care of . Every room from the kitchen , bedrooms , basement to the 3 bathrooms were all very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The pantry/laundry room are awesome and gives you lots of extra space to put all of your food/drink out of the way . The basement is a great additional bonus for the kids - they loved the ping pong table . The house is perfectly done in baseball theme - so many nice touches ! The bedrooms are nice and beds were super comfortable. The kids loved fishing at the dock and the fire pit was great at night to relax after long days at Dreams Park . It is the absolute best location if you have a son or daughter playing at the Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week . It is about a 8 minute drive to park and super close to downtown shops. The grocery store is about 5 mins too . The Red Shed barn did not disappoint with their selection and delicious food truck . It is literally almost in the front yard of house ( but across acres so you can’t see or hear it) The hosts were great and really didn’t need anything from them because they do such a good job preparing the house . I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property! We hope to be back in a couple years and do it all over again with our younger son !! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home .

Great find!

Several families stayed here while our kids played at Dreams Park. It was wonderful! Exactly as advertised, very clean, modern with a rustic vibe, and equipped with anything you might need. As a few others have mentioned, it’s on a private gravel road, so you can’t see it from the street and it’s secluded from other houses. This allows for a feeling of privacy and relaxation, with Dreams Park still only about 10 minutes away. The house is decorated beautifully with such fun baseball touches throughout. The owners were great to work with. If we ever return to Cooperstown, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A perfect baseball house

This home was perfect for our stay to Cooperstown. The adults and kids enjoyed everything about this property. The kids played wiffle ball in the front yard on the days they were able to visit and the adults enjoyed the fire pit almost every night. The house was clean and spacious. And the little nods to baseball throughout the house were appreciated by everyone. If we ever had the pleasure of going back to Cooperstown we would rebook this home in a heartbeat. 10/10
