Camp Serenity kauniilla Goodyear-järvellä, 17 mailin päässä Cooperstown NY: stä

Camp Serenity yhdistää varhaiset arkkitehtoniset piirteet nykyaikaisiin mukavuuksiin. Olemme vastikään kunnostettu keittiö, jossa valkoiset kaapit, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittiset työtasot. Kylpyhuone uudistettiin tammikuussa 2017. Uusi turhamaisuus, wc ja mukautettu suihku viimeistelevät uusinnan. Mukana oleva aurinkohuone ja kaikki kolme kuningatar makuuhuonetta näyttävät vedestä. Ensimmäisen kerroksen kuningatar makuuhuoneessa on pyörätuolia käyttävä luiska, josta on suora sisäänkäynti. Tässä makuuhuoneessa olevassa kylpyammeessa on liikuntarajoitteisille tarkoitettu suihku, johon ei pääse. Koko puulattiat ovat. Toisessa kerroksessa on 4 makuuhuonetta. Makuuhuoneiden lisäksi on suuri toisen kerroksen lasku. Parivuode ja vuodesohva ovat laskeutumassa.
150 metrin rivitalorannalla on runsas alue ulkokäyttöön. Uinti ja kalastus ovat molemmat saatavana laiturista. Tupla-kokoisella tontilla sijaitsevassa Camp Serenityssä on tilava, tasokas sivupiha.
Huomaa: Helmikuusta 2016 alkaen VRBO lisää nyt 4–9% palvelumaksu vuokralaisille. Tämä maksu menee suoraan VRBO: lle. Emme saa mitään tuosta maksusta. Se näkyy kaikissa tarjouksissa, jotka luodaan Camp Serenityn VRBO-tililtä.
Peruutussääntömme on: Täysi korvaus, jos varaus peruutetaan yli 90 päivää ennen saapumispäivää Camp Serenityyn. Osittaista palautusta ei ole.
Kauden sisäisen (kesä-syyskuun alkupuolella) sisäänkirjautumisajat ovat sisäänkirjautumisia klo 17.00, check-out klo 9.00. Sisäänkirjautumisajat sesongin ulkopuolelle (syys-lokakuu ja toukokuu) ovat klo 16.00 lähtöselvityksiä ja uloskirjautumisia klo 12.00.

Relaxing get away

Very nice relaxing, lots of room and ample bathrooms! We spent some time in beautiful Cooperstown. We tried to go to the Ommegang Brewery but they were having a private event so ended up at a smaller brewery down the street Red Shed Brewery. It was awesome, good ciders and craft beers and fun band!

Cooperstown Stay

Our baseball families enjoyed this property while in town for Cooperstown @ Dreams Park. The house was perfect with everything we needed - nice and relaxing and a great way to have meals together. Being right on the water offers a relaxing getaway from the field. Great spot!

Quiet family togetherness

Great location for Dreamspark

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was a quick 15 minute drive to Dreamspark. Our older kids loved swimming and fishing in the lake. We had an issue with the lock and the owner was on-site within 10 minutes. The issue was quickly resolved. Will definitely stay here again next year for our last Dreamspark visit.

Lovely, large home on the lake; perfect for baseball families

The house is about 9 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park so commuting to the games was easy. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the living room is comfortble and has a huge TV, the sunroom overlooking the lake was a favorite spot for the adults when not on the lakeside deck. The main floor bedroom with bath is ideal for those who want to avoid stairs..

Family Fun

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend. We spent hours on the lake and our youngest caught his first fish. Lovely summer memories made. The house was clean and had everything you would need for the week.

Golf trip

The house is situated on a beautiful lake in a quiet, cozy, neighborhood. The outside areas - - - deck and fire pit - - - were great for relaxing at the end of our day. The house is older, so it’s a bit creaky with some slanting in the floors, but that’s to be expected. It was perfect for our needs. The 3 1/2 bathrooms were also a plus for 8 women. The beds were also comfortable. Thank you for an enjoyable stay for our golf trip.

Lakeside Gem

Stayed at this property with another couple while our kids were off at CASV. It worked perfectly for the time gaps that they could come back with us and swim in the lake, fish and paddle board. Kitchen was perfect to cook in and saved us the hassle of finding some place to eat. Lots of spiders and creepy crawlers around the property, but they don't bother you. Great for walking and the neighborhood was very friendly. Also there is an amazing antique store 5-7min away from the house that was incredible and an Ice Cream shop. Great experience overall

Even Better than We Expected

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time staying at Camp Serenity. The house was even better than we imagined and it had everything we needed. The rooms were huge, the beds were comfortable, the towels were nice and fluffy :-) We loved hanging out in the porch with an awesome view of the lake. Even though the weather was a lot cooler than we had hoped, a few of the adults and the kids went in to the lake for a dip. It wasn't for me, but I had fun taking pictures of the brave ones in our party. We had rented many houses in the past and Camp Serenity is one of the very few we'd love to go back to someday. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Charming lake house near many attractions

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Camp Serenity. The house was immaculate, the kitchen generously stocked with supplies and equipment - better than many places we have rented before for our family reunions. It is nicely furnished and the sun room and decks are delightful places to observe the peaceful lake. As we didn't have kids with us this time, we didn't check out the many games and puzzles available. There are 4 tv's throughout - two in bedrooms, two in public spaces. This let individual groups entertain themselves as they pleased.There are plentiful linens and bedding - however the pillows were uniformly on the thin side - bring your own if you need particular support, we always do!

Beautiful lake front location

a few observations from our extended family. The house overall is a bunch of small spaces. dining for 6 is ok..more than that is a bit crammed. odd observation but may save you if you have any sort of balance condition. the floors are REALLY uneven. We all felt like we were on a cruise or something. Definitely skip this house if anyone in your group suffers from Vertigo or anything similar. now for the good news. Beautiful views from the dock. Sunset each night was wow! Bald eagles nesting right across the lake. Glad nice binoculars were at the house to watch the eagles. Great location to get around the surrounding area for whatever you are up to. Love the lake

Beautiful location right on Goodyear Lake

We rented this lovely spot for my daughters graduation from SUNY Oneonta (about a. 20 min drive). We decided on a house instead of hotel because my other daughter has special needs and is fearful of hotels. I was able to show her pictures on line to get her familiar with the house before we arrived. She picked the couch in the livingroom as her safe place, and enjoyed her stay Which in turn made life good for all of us! The owners were a pleasure to work with... All my questions were answered promptly. Views of the lake from bedrooms were spectacular, we were 10 people and were very comfortable. Property was clean and well maintained. We bbq and purchased meat from Larrys meat shop in Hartwick, Delish! We all agreed this would be the place to meet again for a family get together, hope to return soon and enjoy lake activities!Roseann Westbury, NY

Spacious, relaxing stay!

Thank you for such a well-kept place! For 5 mature adults, we had plenty of space to spread out. Spent most of the time on the sun porch. Extra table is nice for jigsaw puzzles. Wi-fi was nice to try out. One I-pad connected, one didn't. Saw an eagle repeatedly. Plenty of linens (great towels!), pillows, dishes & kitchen gear. Being able to do laundry cuts down on the packing for a week. Location is easy access for touring around the area, especially for non-baseball fans! Check out Jerry's Place for food & game room. Even our 50-80 yr. olds had fun. Farmer's Museum is a great resource, as long as you are ready for walking. Hopefully the swamp trail will be fixed behind the Opera building. It looked like an inviting walk. Just looking around at the unique houses & buildings in the towns was nice. April is too early for us for kayaking (high water would be tough entering boats from ladder or deck for the less nimble), but the deck was wonderful for sitting out on, even with a blanket! We imagine in baseball season the cottage is a little busier with families & kids. Plenty of puzzles & games for rainy days. Being on the water is always relaxing. Bring your binoculars, you never know what you might see.

Camp Serenity is owned by Jennifer Boudreau and her husband Louis Herman. We purchased this property in 2012. We added a new addition and upgraded the entire property. In December 2017 the kitchen and a full bathroom were renovated.
