This was not what we expected when viewing pictures.To start the Host was wonderful in responding, but they seem to just be a middle person handling rentals for a company. Too many bad things to list but I will list a few.House was terribly run down dirty walls, baseboards, Layers of dust everywhere, cabinets need refinishing, Kitchen sink faucet is stuck and does not move from position it is in. When Kitchen water turned on is gushes out from the base all over the counter, It need to be replaced badly. Many tiny tiny bugs every night in the master bath lower level, coming from below tub spout, windows and gaps in tile grout. They also are all over bathroom counter. First day arriving, NO hot water in the home, had to take cold showers after a 18hr drive. Host eventually got maintenance to replace thermal coupler, repair man said, it really needs replacing its over 15 years old. Even after fixed, could not take long showers or fill the tub fully before water was cold. This is known to Host since signs in house say hot water runs out quickly take short showers. Pool area was REALLY run down. Pool area Chairs were Broken and dangerous, if you sat down you would fall thru the chair and be hurt. Luckily we saw them before sitting. Of course the cushions on the chairs were DISGUSTING!! Shredded filthy dirty ripped, so no chance we would have sat in one anyway. Pool light not working for night time. Patio door not locking safely, just too much to list

House was perfect for what we needed it for!! Went down there for a volleyball tournament in Orlando and it was perfect location to the venue! Would highly recommend this location!

I love the house and the pool area was amazing is most definitely enough room for us especially the kids they enjoy getting in the pool early in the morning I will most definitely book again

Doable

Certain kitchenware was dirt or wore down. Top of entertainment set was old dust my mom discovered. Old wood furniture reminds me of the 80s. Master bathroom upstairs has a window in shower but no covering. In that same bathroom I spotted mildew on the shower liner and tile. All the bathrooms had old toilet seats except for one. It’s so bad my nieces refused to use them.To sum it up place was really old and dusty. We were told place would be cleaned. Whoever cleaned missed important spots and things. Internet and Wi-Fi went out later came back on after I contacted the host.

Family Vacation

Thank you for a memorable vacation for our family. The host was very nice communication was great! The home was extremely accommodating with enough room for everyone. Self check-in was easy. Parking was great as there is room for 2 vehicles and plenty of on the street parking as well. Very nice quite neighborhood.

Exactly What We Needed!

We were down there for a volleyball tournament and instead of paying outrageous hotel fees, us and 3 other families got together and decided to share this house. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience! We had late games, so even when we were done, we didn’t have to worry about the pool being closed or having to be super quiet in a hotel. We had the flexibility to cook when we wanted and being able to do laundry was a huge bonus! Everything was great with the property itself, plenty of room for people to have their own space and room for team time. Very satisfied!

Beautiful but Disappointing

I had booked this place for my mom and aunts’ birthdays that we were going to Disney, universal and SeaWorld. Firstly, the initial listing had a different address that was closer to the parks, but when I had booked, the property manager gave me a different address that was a bit further out. No big deal, as the pictures on the profile matched the address the property manager gave. The home presents well upon first look; however, there were multiple issues I brought to the property manager who seemed to have just brushed me off
 first, there was what looked like used tissue paper in one of the bedroom floors, then there were spider webs with bugs looking over the living room/kitchen space, the walls were damaged in some of the rooms and the furniture was not well kept. There were ants crawling in one of the rooms with the 2 single beds even found some in the bed and when I told the property manager about this she was quick to apologize and say they would send someone, but no one ever came. We just didn’t use that room for the rest of our stay. There is no hood fan, so if you plan to cook anything that could remotely cause smoke, you have to leave the patio door open to let the smoke out and that patio door is very difficult to open
it definitely needs to be greased or replaced. Hopefully the owners/property manager addresses the deficiencies before someone else has the same experience as me.

Michaelle was the best host

We stayed for three weeks and really enjoyed or time there. The house was really big for 2 but we did have company. I had the pool heated and loved it. My grandchildren actually wanted to leave Disney to go back to the pool. We had a few issues that were resolved quickly by the owner. The house was clean when we arrived. No complaints there so don't forget to tip the cleaning person. I would rent through Michelle again and hope to next year.

Work Group in Town for a Conference...Great Experience!

We had a group of 6 there for a week long conference (PGA Golf Merchandise Show). The house was great, clean, and had everything we needed. The communication was great leading up to the stay as well. Highly recommended!

This home was spacious enough for the 14 of us and we enjoyed every minute.

The owner Michelle was absolutely great. She was very responsive to her emails. We are looking forward to staying again in this lovely home.

Beautiful house and clean. Communication was great only complaint is the jets for the spa didn't start working correctly, and communicated, til our last day not sure what that was about. Other than we really enjoyed ourselves and kids loved the pool!

Awesome vacation rental !!!!!

We stayed here and loved it we were a big group and the house fit us all very comfortable it was a great location a half hr or less to pretty much anything you wanted to do just as described can’t wait to come back

Awesome home!

This house is by far the most beautiful and awesome place we have ever stayed in! There were 11 of us; my husband and I, a daughter and her three children, a daughter and her friend, a son, his wife and their son. We all had plenty of space. The private pool and hot tub were amazing! Michelle, the manager I kept in touch with, was simply the best! She answered every question every time I asked her something. We really look forward to visiting again! The price of our stay was great. I really can’t say enough positive things about this home! Thanks so very much.

Disappointed

Overall, the house was OK. Upon our arrival, it was apparent that housekeeping did a poor job cleaning. There were also problems with the HVAC System (Heat and A/C), not working correctly. Owner was contacted and within 24 hours these issues were resolved. The house is tired and needs maintenance and updating. The kitchen was poorly equipped, and some appliances did not work correctly. Furniture had much wear and tear (knobs missing, loose hinges, some ripped upholstery, etc.) and needs to be replaced. The best thing about this house is the pool! Plenty of chairs and tables, with loungers for outside enjoyment. Would we stay here again???

Winter vacation

Property was nice, especially f I r a large house that accommodates 16 people. In need of some interior upgrades, such as new twin mattresses. Game room in need of upgrade, when compared to house next door. There were a couple of maintenance issues, but was met very promptly by maintenance staff. I would rent this property again.

A weekend getaway to replenish the body

Overall the stay was great, just a lil R n R to refresh myself from work. No real complaints other than what me and the owner talked about through text and email.

Disappointing

This property was very disappointing.. The pictures were obviously not from this house. The supposed game room consisted of a small pool table and nothing else. The house was multiple colors inside with cob webs and little bugs everywhere. The furniture was not sturdy. The entertainment center would rock side to side. The coffee table in the living rooms leg was falling off. The couches had tears in them. The sheets were not washed with hair and coffee stains on them. The front lawn was dirt there were rips in the screen around the pool. I would not suggest this place as it was not what we anticipated from the pictures previously shown. We were also given a different address the week before and then the day of our trip the address changed. We were farther away from Disney then our listing said and personally I think we were double booked and got a house that should never have been listed! I have pictures and videos to support Ll this evidence. Extremely disappointed
