Tässä upeassa 3000 neliön jalkahuvilassa on 7 makuuhuonetta, 4. 5 kylpyhuonetta, mahtuu 16 henkeä mukavasti. Sillä on upea yksityinen länteen päin oleva uima-allas ja kylpylä, josta on uskomattomat avoimet näkymät ja EI TAKAA KAIKKI, erittäin yksityinen. Tämä koti oli sisustettu kaikkialla ammattimaisella, täysin ilmastoidulla. 2 oleskelualueella ja täysin varustetussa keittiössä, se sopii erinomaisesti suurelle ryhmällesi rentoutumiseen yhdessä ja nauttimiseksi toistensa seurassa. Upea uima-allas lapsiturva-altaan aidan kanssa eikä takanaapuri tarjoaa kaikille hauskempaa ja yksityisyyttä pidemmän päivän jälkeen Disney-puistoissa.

Not bad

This house was unfortunately less modern than what I am use to. The home is older which is reflected by the furniture & bathrooms. The only good thing about the home is that it’s spacious. Also the kid rooms are nice. Overall it was an ok place to stay but moving forward I will do more digging because a clean & updated bathroom is very important to me.

Disney getaway.

Very good property for families. Rooms have Disney themes that the kids loved. Pool was great for the kids and adults to play. A little farther from Disney than we would have liked, but then it was really right in the middle between Disney and LegoLand which is great for young kids of all ages. If you are planning on using the kitchen for large family meals, please read the write up from the manager. It is not really supplied for cooking crowd dinners. Just take your paper plates and plastic cups.

Bare minimum

We stayed for our Disney trip with a large group. We had 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and a tiny cheap soap bar. Back door was cracked when we got there and a frog was inside, upstairs bed was broken. Mattress in crib was dangerous, ( crib mattresses should be firm) it was so soft. The master upstairs overflowed and we had 0 cleaner to clean with. No sponge for the kitchen sink no dish soap. The house was okay, but they owners definitely just do the minimum for guests, so be prepared to have to buy everything. Mattresses in house need updating ( the kids bedding was cute ) but all pillows and bedding was old. The sheet had stains on them in the master upstairs and there was hair and a roach in the downtowns bedroom.

Not up to VRBO standards

We arrived a little before check-in time, so we could do walk-through with the inspector but was told that was not allowed. When we were allowed in, the television cabinet in the family area was not dusted well. The bed in the downstairs master suite looked as if the covers had been tossed on, very ruffled. In one of the upstairs twin rooms, clothing had been left behind the television, from a prior client. The game room was a joke! The air hockey table did not work until we fixed its wall plug. The pool table was not level and had two pockets torn, causing the balls to free-fall with a bang onto the concrete floor. One cue did not have a tip. Granted our vacation was centered on Disney World, however, we had hours in the house with very little to keep all of us occupied. On the website, it shows a television in the family area much larger than the actual television. I purchased the travel insurance from CSA. I had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital on Friday night. I spent the night in an ER room and was told I needed blood. They had not started any by check-out time at the villa, on Saturday. I left the hospital and was told not to attempt the entire back to Kentucky without spending a night somewhere in transit. We spent the night in Valdosta, Georgia before finishing the trip to my daughters. I was told my CSA policy did not cover medical emergencies, even though the policy I was sent says otherwise. Also was told the insurance did not cover the one-night motel stay in route, mandated by the doctors. Which means HomeAway and CSA collected money for services not honored. I have used VRBO and HomeAway in the past with nothing but rave reviews. The condition of the house was not up to VRBO's usual standards, that plus the paid for but not honored vacation insurance means I will never use VRBO or HomeAway again. I will tell everyone about deceitful vacation insurance policy.

Perfect for what we needed!

We rented this home from April 1 – 8, 2018. This is a beautiful home with plenty of room and in a nice, gated neighborhood. We hit Disney World every day from dawn until closing so we were only there to shower and sleep and it was perfect for that. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room and privacy. The kids didn’t have a lot of time for swimming but when they did they enjoyed themselves even though the pool was pretty small. This house is an older home with some obvious wear and tear, not a lot of items for cooking large meals (as noted in the literature), but it was clean and had everything we needed. AC worked great! It was an easy drive to Disney although it took us a minimum of 35 minutes every time we drove it. Checking in and out was simple. Game room wasn’t a big hit as the tables were wobbly and pool table was not level. This wasn’t a big deal for us because as I said, we weren’t there for that! Overall, it is a great property. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because: It had obvious wear and tear (nothing major) It was further than we had expected from Disney World (literature said 20 minutes) Game room was iffy Pool was small (our kids were 14,11,9,8,7,5 and 2. For teenagers it wouldn’t have been big enough) I would stay here again. As I said, overall it is a great property.

Very roomy house

The house overall was a good size for our group, rooms were a good size and beds farely comfortable. You are supplied with the bare essentials, not even salt and pepper, but enough dishes and a few pots, and all the appliances needed. Would have been nice to have proper dish towels and some spices. The house is starting to show its age and the pool area has lots of stains from the rusty pool furniture. We found the whole house could have used a real good cleaning, especially the carpeting. We had a problem with the hot tub, but they were able to fix it in a couple of days. It is nice that the house backs onto the conservation area, and we were fairly close to the highways used to get to all the touristy places. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

The house was great, it was a party of 12 and our first time staying in a home.

My family was in awe when we stepped into the home. The management team was great and Michelle was always responsive prior to our stay. Everything was so smooth we did not have to call her during our stay. I will definitely look them up in the next two years when we plan our next family vacation.

Very clean, quiet roomy. Perfect size for family.

I would rate it at 2.5 or 3

I have rented with VRBO for the last 3 summers as we take our family on vacation. We chose this 2016 summer vacation to go to Florida and visit Disney world. First timers. I have to admit for the first time we were somewhat disappointed. The house was nice with plenty of space. It seemed well cleaned upon arrival. However; we encountered several issues, the most crucial being that the upstairs AC went out. After day 3 the upstairs was very hot. I followed procedure and left a message for Mark they maintenance manager. Sadly the call was not returned until the following day. My husband is an AC tech with over 30 years experience and he knew immediately there was a major issue. I left texts and phone messages to Michelle and Mark. If you've ever been in a hot & humid climate you know just how hot and uncomfortable It can be. At this point not only had the AC gone out but the pool had turned green so that eliminated a nice relaxing way to cool down after a day at Disney melting. Hot all day, hot all night. My family spent 4 of the 8 days in a hot house unable to comfortably sleep. Half of my family left 2 days early because of the discomfort! A busted vacation! 😩 Finally on day 6 a new ac was installed and the pool was finally clear enough to swim. I was rather disappointed when Michelle only offered $150 to take my family out for ice cream. Though I do appreciate her offer, I don't feel it was even close to restitution for what my family endured. Along with these issues, we found that the furnishings in the home are rather cheap . Understandable for a rent house, however; the living entertainment center literally sways back and forth so as large at it is , this is a potential hazard. Keep small children away for safety. There was also an issue with the kitchen faucet handle. It was very loose. I felt that at any moment the handle would come off and all the water would begin spewing out. As for the AC, well let's just say that according to Michelle it was just unfortunate and beyond control. Well, I disagree. My husband knows AC's well. It was evident that this unit was not well serviced and maintained. When units are well maintained you can foresee a potential problem. Since this house is located in a hot and humid climate, it's imperative to keep AC's maintained to keep your guest as comfortable as possible. I personally feel we should have been reimbursed at least half our rent fee. Note: insufficiently stocked with dishes & towels. Bring ur own

Awesome and Beautiful

Michelle We Just want to say thank you for a wonderful time we had in your beautiful home. Everything was as it said it would be. We had plenty of room for our big family and the two grandkids loved the pool and the adults really enjoyed to hot tub after a long day at Disney world. family vacation

Very comfortable house for our family vacation which included 17 people. very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 20 minutes away from Disney World.

Fantastic House

We couldn't have been happier with the house and the owner. We had such an incredible time that we decided to stay a few more days. Michelle was easy to communicate with, very fast replies and was able to accommodate us with very little notice. Cant wait to get another opportunity to stay here again!

Our Family Vacation

After looking at several homes to rent in the area for a family vacation for 12, I chose this one. Dealing with Michelle was outstanding and she responded very quickly. The house was as promised, with NO surprises. Clean, spacious, well maintained. The gated community was quite, and safe. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the weather and nice pool/spa seeing we are from Michigan. Our family agreed, we would stay here again without question. Thanks Michelle.

Great Place

What a great place to stay. We took our family to Florida for an early Christmas and this house was wonderful. Had a few issues with the pool and hot tub. Called the maintenance number supplied by Michelle and the young man came right away which was exceptional service. Didn't except anyone to come until the next day. Michelle's house is beautiful and has all the comforts of home. We highly recommend this home for large families or large groups. Will consider again in the future if we visit the Magic Kingdom again.

Our Stay at the Villa

It was wonderful. Everything was just like it was described and what the pictures showed. I would recommend this villa to anyone. It was such a peaceful, restful, and enjoyable place to stay. The kids had a blast!!!!!!!

Fantastic Trip

Loved the house. Everything was clean and - most importantly - came as advertised. Nothing worse than showing up somewhere where the photos don't match the house. But it was super clean, had all the amenities we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels. The pool was beautiful and the spa was nice even though the water level seemed a little low. But it still did the trick. Stayed with 10 guests and everyone got a bed, there was no stress at all. About 20 minutes from Disney which was great. Overall I would recommend this place to any group traveling through, whether you are with family or friends. Michelle got back to me right away throughout our correspondence and was very accomodating to our request for the pool to be heated and everything else we needed. Would stay here again next time through.

This property was everything advertised and more! The service prior to arrival and during was excellent. The rental was beautiful, clean and well kept. The resort itself was located in an area that provided privacy but within a short distance from all needed services and attractions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the Orlando area.
