Ocean Front Beauty yksityisellä rannalla, Grass Yard, Beach Volleyball ja. Lisää!

Vuosisata (viime vuosisadalla) viktoriaaninen koti aivan rannalla. Tämä koti on sekä viehätys aikaisemmin, mutta modernit mukavuudet. Ensimmäisestä askeleestasi huoneeseen, jossa tuoksut suolavettä, kun kävelet kodissamme, näet suuren valtaisen suuren sisäänkäynnin, jossa on uskomattoman puutöitä koko. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, joka on täydellinen viihdyttäväksi. Takakansi on valtava keittiössä ja "tiki-baarissa". Siellä on ruoho takapihalla, joka johtaa hiekkarannan lentopallokentälle. Nauti kauniista auringonnousunäkymistä talon takaa, kun siemailla aamukahvia. Päiviä vietetään omalla rannalla ja iltaisin voi viettää palopöydän paahtamalla vaahtokarkkeja. Unelmakoti odottaa. Ruoho-telakka on hiekkalaatan mukana pienten lasten tai pienten koirien turvallisuuden kannalta.

Romantic Family Oceanside Retreat

There is so much to enjoy in this incredibly romantic and well maintained majestic home. The location on the Oceanside with private beach and dunes is secluded and for our family…lent itself for timeless family portraiture. Our host and hostess were all too kind and more than accommodating. We have family in the area, and wish to stay at this lovely residence again. Summer get away

Bea is wonderful, kind, efficient. She could not have made the process any easier. It is a wonderful beach front property, great for a family vacation. There is everything in the house that you would need, you don't have to bring anything except food and beverages. One morning we were lucky enough to watch the whales swim right in front of us! If you are looking for a stress-free vacation and enjoy friends, family and the beach, this is the place to stay.

Dream Summer Getaway

This home had everything you could possibly want from a beach house rental. Bea and Mike are super accommodating and the friendliest rental owners you could ever imagine. The house is clean and spacious with endless activities for every age group. The best part is the private oceanfront backyard with the beach only a few steps away! The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dogs to run and play safely while enjoying our vacation right by our side.

Wonderful house with fantastic host!!

Amazing house with everything we could want for a relaxing beach vacation. Bea, the host, was very welcoming, took the time to answer our questions, showed us all the ins & outs of her house and was extremely responsive when we needed something. The house is gorgeous, full of character and perfectly situated only a short walk from the beach. We loved the location and appreciated Bea’s generous hospitality. We hope to return again soon. Exceptional Stay

This house has everything and is a wonderful place for families. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the house. The patio has 3 big umbrellas, there is a volley ball net and lots of toys and games for all ages. Bea is an amazing host and wants her guests to be very happy - and we were. Our family loved the house and we hope to return again.

Can’t beat the view

Loved our time at this house. Bea was so thoughtful and helpful. The house was spacious and had built in entertainment in the form of board games, pool table, etc. The view of the beach and the private beach access was phenomenal!

Spacious house with your own private beach

This house was perfect for our family of 12. The kitchen was well equipped which for us is a must with so many its easier to eat in. The place that got the most use is the back deck. With great views of the ocean a grassy back yard and beach volleyball who could ask for more. Bea was a great hostess greeting us in person with treats to begin our wonderful week together.

Perfect summer rental!

The house was exactly as described but even better then the pictures show. Not only did we have direct beach access, beach volleyball court, but also grass for our kids to play outdoor games. There were two grills and all the cooking utensils/items you could possibly need. The house was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. Great rental for both adults and children!! Highly recommend and would rent again!

100% Best Rental Property

This beautiful property was by far the most exceptional rental we have ever enjoyed. It is extremely spacious yet very charming. The owners have truly thought of everything and clearly take pride in their home. From the bed linens to the well equipped kitchen and game room, everything is top notch! The views are amazing and being right on the beach with a great patio, comfortable furniture, two grills and two fire pits makes enjoying the outdoors so much better! Check in was simple and the gracious owners had even surprised us with wine and many special treats! The only thing that was difficult was leaving this beautiful home, we would have loved to stay forever. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing life long family memories made at this beautiful home!!

I can close my eyes and still see the beautiful sunrise which you have the prime spot for!! This home is beautiful and has so much character and charm! The home has so much love to give and wonderful energy! Having the ocean right at your back door is hands down the best view in the world! And a private beach!! which is super rare!! I stayed here with my family and little kids who had the best time ever!! The home is so well cared for and super clean! There is everything you would possibly need from kitchen utensils, serving platters, dish wash (like the small things you may forget) Plus best part- Beach toys, pool table, volleyball, foosball and more! Let’s just say the kids were never bored and will remember this trip forever! The owners are a wonderful couple who open their hearts to make sure you enjoy their home as much as they do! The process was so smooth, they were always a quick text response away! Absolutely wonderful people! Would recommend for respective families who can care and love for this home!

Amazing stay at the Beach House

The pictures don’t do justice to this place - this place is better than what you see in the pictures. We were out on the deck most of the time and the outdoor fire place was perfect for the cold evenings. Of course the private beach was the cherry on the cake. Plus this place has all types of games/activities for adults and kids of all ages in case you are stuck inside due to weather. Thank you B for the amazing stay and being available at all times.

Beachfront at its best!

We loved staying in Monmouth Beach - on the beach! The views, eating outside on the deck, and being able to walk to the beach made our week so fun and memorable. Bea and Mike are so attentive - even coming mid-week when we had a question! We can't wait to come back next summer!

Loved it!

Bea was there to meet us when we arrived, and showed us the house and grounds. She even had some treats waiting for us. We absolutely loved the house. The twelve of us could spread out into various rooms. There was a huge game room for the kids, a nice sitting area for the adults, plenty of eating space inside and out. We had a private beach, a nice grill for cooking out, a volley ball net, and a storage shed that could be made into a Tiki bar with music to entertain us. The house was beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed our stay there. While there are some plumbing issues which they will have to address, we would most definitely love to stay there again.

It’s an old house that has been restored over the years

Perfect for 2-3 families. Location of house is fantastic. Literally, the beach is your backyard and we saw maybe only a handful of people on the beach all week. Very good surfing too. House is well appointed with pool table and poker table. Kitchen is well stocked. Outdoor deck with two bbq grills was awesome. If you can look past that this is still an old house with modest updates, this should be your beach house to rent

Great house, beautiful beach, attentive owner

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was huge, well-stocked with anything we needed, and the host was extremely attentive and responsive to all our questions/needs. The deck and yard were perfect for hanging out with a big group- two grills, an outdoor fridge, speakers, lots of comfortable deck furniture. Gorgeous views of the ocean from many places in the house. Private beach was beautiful. There was a huge game room/tv room.. house had several tvs, tons of linens, clean, comfortable bedrooms. It was hard to use all the space. Five minute drive to great restaurants at Pier Village, but cooking in the house was a great option too with all the supplies. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
