Tämä on tilava 4 makuuhuoneen / 4 kylpyhuoneiston huoneisto suoraan sisävesiväylällä. On 3 parveketta rentoutua ja nauttia veneistä tai kauniista näkymistä uima-altaalle. Ehkä haluat rentoutua illallisen jälkeen ja katsella auringonlaskua, tämä on paras näkymä ympärillä. Sanoiko joku ilotulitteita ?? Jälleen kerran parveke on suosikkipaikkasi.
Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja suuressa oleskelutilassa on taulutelevisioita. Ruokapöydässä on mukava pöytä, johon mahtuu 8, ja keittiössä oleva baari istuu vielä 3. Keittiöstä löydät kaikki tarvikkeet tai ruoanlaittovälineet, jotka tarvitset valmistamaan aterioita ryhmällesi ja viettämään helposti aikaa toistensa kanssa tässä huoneistossa, joka tarjoaa yli 2500 neliömetriä tilavaa majoitusta.
Laitteessa on 4 makuuhuonetta, joilla on oma tila. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja taulutelevisio. Mestarilla on kuningas ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 kuningatara. Makuuhuoneissa 3 ja 4 on king-vuode ja 2 queen-vuodetta.
Sinun ei tarvitse pestä jatkuvasti vaatteita tai ottaa pestävää kotia, meillä on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi. Huoneistossamme ei ole mitään säästyä, tämä varmistaa todella upean loman.
Meillä on ilmainen langaton internetyhteys yksikössä sekä hienoimmat mukavuudet, joita voit pyytää käden ulottuvilla Barefoot Landing -sivustolla.
Puhutaan Barefoot Landingista, oletko huomannut, että kaikki uudet ja jännittävät suunnitelmat tapahtuvat aivan vesiväylän yli .. olet loistavalla paikalla.
Meillä on myös ilmainen kuljetus, joka vie sinut suoraan rannalle, joka pysähtyy huoneiston vieressä huhti-syyskuussa.
Tällä lomakeskuksella on SC: n suurin uima-allas, basilika- ja valkosipulin ravintolassa uima-altaan vieressä, kaikki golf, jota voit pyytää (maksullinen), huvivenesatama paikan päällä ja vuokrattavissa (maksullinen), ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita.

This is our 5th year staying in this unit. Great views from all 3 balconies. Perfect location in North Myrtle Beach- on the inter coastal waterway. Magnificent, super clean, updated this year. Out of all the golf trips I’ve been on this was absolutely the best.This area was the best out of the way of all the touristy areas,clean and safe and close to great restaurants,beach and shopping and of course golf.Sal the host was so good easy to contact with any questions even the wives liked it

This condo was very clean and cozy. Big enough for our 11 family and friends. We loved and enjoyed our stay. The host Mr Sal was very friendly and attentive to his guess. We had fun and would definitely recommend this place to stay. When ever I’m in Myrtle Beach I will definitely stay here. Thanks again Mr Sal for making your home our home away from home!

Great Host

Sal made the check in process very easy and was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. The pictures don't do this place justice and it was just enough space for my family of 8 adults to have space to be all together and have space for alone time.

Great getaway

We stayed over the 4th and absolutely loved it. Easy access to the pool, short drive to the beach (there is a shuttle available), and kid friendly. We watched the fireworks from the balcony on the 4th and there was also a show on the 5th, great view! The only downside were all the extra fees through Vrbo which totaled almost $1k on top of the rate per night.

Fantastic get away

This is our 4th time renting this unit. It is absolutely perfect. You will not be disappointed. From start to finish everything is always perfect. Sal is excellent, always there to help in need of anything. The view is priceless. Please do not hesitate to spend some time in this 4 bedroom home away from home!!!

Very nice location next to the beach, nice owner, and nice place!

Upon arrival, most of the individuals in our group were stunned by how nice the place was - very spacious and enough beds/bathrooms (we had a full house of 12). The location next to the beach was very convenient for quick back and forth trips and plenty of available places to eat/see in the area. The owner was very courteous; in fact, we did have an issue with the sliding glass door handle breaking off due to previous wear and tear, but he came over and fixed it right away. Glad we chose this place, would definitely vacation/rent there again for the week!

Beautiful location & property!

Pros: The location is great! There are beautiful views of the waterway and a huge pool that you have access to. The parking area is gated and monitored by security so you do feel more secure. The condo was huge, very clean, and Sal the owner was so helpful!Cons: The only minor complaint I had was the listing was a little confusing. The door code I was sent on the app wasn’t right. Thankfully the property manager called to provide the correct one but that could have been an issue. Also no gate code was provided on the app for the parking lot - the manager provided that as well. The listing didn’t make clear which resort/villa was ours so we were a little confused trying to find the right parking lot but we figured it out. The property manager told us the villa number, but again, it would be nice to have all this in the app. We also had to call to get the wifi info. There was no info about the pool so you don’t know the hours unless you go down there to look at the sign. Also, we were under the impression that there would be a shuttle to take us to the beach/Barefoot Landing, but again no info provided. There’s a “shuttle drop off” turnaround but we never saw a shuttle and from what I could find online it doesn’t seem like it picks up at that location anymore.None of these things were a big deal - just minor inconveniences. I would update the listing and provide an info sheet in the condo with all this information. Other than that, we had a great experience!

Super clean, great area with beautiful view

Our recent trip to North Myrtle Beach was a combo vacation/ baseball trip that we shared with another family! The condo was super clean, in an awesome area. The views were beautiful, the pool was wonderful...lots of chairs never had a problem getting a seat, close to the beach! (We did not use the beach shuttle but an added extra!) Emily was great with her communication regarding questions we had prior to arriving and while there! We loved all of the wonderful restaurant choices nearby!

Great way to welcome in 2023!!!

This was our 2nd year celebrating the New Year at Barefoot Marina!!! Condo is absolutely perfect and in pristine condition. The view from the balcony breath taking. I could sit out there for days. Everything is perfect. Sal is a fabulous and courteous owner. Do not hesitate at all booking your Mrytle Beach getaway here!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Fun and games

This is our second stay with this host in this condo and he is wonderful. We actually got to meet him this time and he kindly helped us get our things up to our condo and even gave us a tour of his other condo in the building. We will be back to stay again and we even plan to try the higher unit next time. Either one is great so stay here and enjoy the privacy of 4 beds, 4 baths, it’s really incredible!!!! Great location, central to everything, great views, and the peace of mind that your host is on top of things!!!

Spacious is an understatement & a GREAT VIEW TOO

This is an absolutely amazing resort, but the 2500 sq ft place we were so happy to have as ours was amazing! It has the best view ever, from the pool to the waterway..and then across the water is Barefoot Landing, so many shops & places to eat. It was the best location for sure! I want to come back in the summer & rent some jet skis at the marina. Also the restaurant near the pool/marina was wonderful. A 5 minute walk to some great food & no need to worry about having too many drinks! Thank you for a memorable time for our family of12. I could not believe the space for all of us! It was awesome!

Great location/Great condo

Let me start off by saying, GREAT place, GREAT location and GREAT HOST! We went with a family of 10. We had plenty of room and best of all each room had its own full bath. The kitchen, dining room and living room area were spacious. The view from all 3 balconies …BEAUTIFUL. You will not be disappointed with staying here! Now let’s talk about the host….he is GREAT. Very responsive and reachable when you need him. We would definitely go back and stay in this condo. ((Oh, fireworks are every Monday at Barefoot landing and all you do is sit on the balcony and watch a great firework show)) Thanks for a great stay Sal!

Fabulous Ending to 2021!!!

Our New Year’s get away was fantastic. Barefoot Yacht Villa 1 is the perfect location for any type of get away. The 4 bedroom unit exceeded our expectations. The pictures on VRBO capture the entire unit so well, but I’m person it is even better. So clean and fresh. Everything was perfect from the Kureg machine to Air Fryer microwave combo. Beds comfortable and cozy. The views were amazing.- from the 3 balconies Sal was professional and available for questions. Please do not hesitate to book this unit. No issues at all. We will be back.

I purchased this property to be with my friends at the beach. I really like the waterway view & the peaceful area in Barefoot Landing. I wanted to do some upgrades things to this unit & wanted to make my guests know that I cared about the details as an owner. The unit had so much to offer it caught my eye when I realized how much space this 4 bedroom unit had as compared to units with even more bedrooms.

Just simply sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful yachts, sailboats, etc go by, it is so relaxing. Maybe as a renter you will just park your boat at the marina and walk to the villa. I think you will see the pride here in my place is for your enjoyment.
At the traffic circle beside my building, from April- Sept you will have access to a shuttle directly to the beach from our condos. You do not even have to worry about parking.
