Tässä kauniissa suunnittelijakodissa on 11 makuuhuonetta ja 11 täyttä kylpyammetta, ja siihen mahtuu 36 ihmistä. Kaksi täydellistä keittiötä, joista yksi on räätälöity ateriointiin, sopii erinomaisesti väkijoukon viihdyttämiseen. Täydelliset puitteet rantahääille. Itse asiassa mielestämme se on alueen mukavin talo Destination Beach Wedding -huvipuistoon.

Mediahuone ja 3 olohuonetta + 2 bonushuonetta, jokaisessa kerroksessa on yhteinen tila, joten voit levittää ja nauttia ylellisyydestä! Yksityiset kääreparvekkeet hämmästyttävät sinua. Jokaisesta makuuhuoneesta on upeat näkymät lahdelle tai laguunille, on oma kansi. Yksityinen kylpytynnyri on täydellinen kosketus yhteen monista kansista. Pohjakerroksesta löydät suuren yksityisen uima-altaan ja suuren ulkona asuintilan. Tämä alue on myös täydellinen ulkona viihdyttävä. Allas- ja kylpylälämpöä on saatavana hintaan 50 dollaria / päivä.

Teini-ikäisillä voi olla oma yksityinen turvakoti 3. kerroksessa, kerrossänky, kuningatar-vuodesohvat, iso näyttö-tv ja keittokomero. Tämä henkeäsalpaava sijaitsee West Beachin rauhallisessa päässä, vain muutaman sadan metrin päässä Bon Secour -luonnonsuojelualueelta. Tuo koko perhe ja sitten jotkut - kaikki nukkuu saman katon alla omilla kylpyhuoneilla, 2 isäntäsviitillä ja runsaasti paikkoja lapsille.

Erinomainen yrityksen ulkopuolella, perhejuhlia ja rantahääjä varten (veloitetaan lisähintamaksut!) 1000 dollarin häähinta plus 1000 dollaria palautettavissa oleva tapahtuman puhdistus / ylläpitotalletus.

HUOMAUTUS: Vuokraamme lauantaista lauantaihin (7 yötä) kesäkaudella, lomilla on vähintään 4 yötä. On tilanteita, joissa koti voidaan varata sesongin ulkopuolella vähimmäismäärää pienemmällä hinnalla, mutta peritään lisämaksuja.

The rooms were comfy and clean and the kitchens has everything we needed. We had a small wedding on the beautiful beach and a reception under the house...I could not have asked for a more perfect venue. Also, the owners were great at recommending local businesses and anything else we needed. We hope to be back for an anniversary!!

This home was the highlight of the vacation as this had everything that all age group wanted. It was clean and spacious and more room than we all needed but with the current Covid situation gave us all our own space that we could safely enjoy. The only negative is the property was far from the food so to pick up food daily was an event and we spend a few hours daily getting food for everyone.

Wonderful vacation rental for a large group

This house is huge with three levels of living space and 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms. We have 23 people (12 adults and 11 kids) and it does not feel crowded at all. There are 4 sitting areas and kids den on top floor that kids stay there most of the time when they are in door. The heated pool and hot tub are very nice during the winter season. The beach is wonderful. A few minor issues that we noticed during our stay: 1) I wish the washer/dryer can be updated as it does take a long time to dry clothes. 2) Needs big pots or cookware for large parties.

This house needs a lot of TLC

The bedrooms had carpet that apparently had been wet from the storm and smelled. One of our family has Asthma and had to go to Urgent care twice for breathing treatments due to the air quality in those rooms. A dehumidifier was delivered to us but we were unable to use much because the air conditioning unit on the floor with seven bedrooms was not working for three days. Many spindles on the railing are rotted and in need of repair as well as the gate on the boardwalk. The oven door in the catering kitchen kept falling off when we opened. It is such a shame because it is a nice house in a beautiful location so very surprised it is not kept up.

The space allowed for multiple gathering spots and the kitchen was fantastic for family meals. The pool area can not be beat! They even had a stash of beach chairs and toys!! Perfect house for a small wedding

We came across this house a little under a year ago. Figured it was a great fit for what type of wedding we wanted to have. Small and simple on the beach. Unfortunately with the Covid 19 thing going on it caused all the beaches to be shut down. Thankfully this place has an awesome large space under the house that we were able to use to have the ceremony followed by the reception. Everything was perfect. It's a ways away from everything except a few neighbors which were of no bother. Had a few maintenance issues that were resolved in a timely fashion. The only minor flaw was the grill was way gross and had no tools to clean it. Besides that I would highly reccomend the place. Very spacious and good for large groups.

Need more large pots and chairs on porches

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice for large groups lots of room. Two small changes the owners need to make. Each is a negative 1/2 star. 1. Not enough LARGE pots to cook for 36 people.We made out because a few in our family brought their large pots. I know the guest will not take care of the pots and pans, but the owner should plan to replace the pots and pans ever few years. Also you should add some steel serving/cooking spoons. The plastic ones are too flimsy to cook and serve with. Except for the pots and pans the plates and flatware was outstanding. 2. I know the porches are not to wide, but some "Cracker Barrel" or simple plastic chairs would be nice so one can sit on the porch and watch the ocean. There are seating at each corner of the porches.

What an Experience!

Huge home with tons of room for people to relax, entertain or just watch the ocean. Will definitely recommend. Only thing that could improve is the parking. Not enough room for how many guest can fit into the home and come and go as they please.

It is huge and professionally decorated. The layout is perfect for a beach wedding. We had the ceremony (attended by 200 people) on the sand and the reception on the huge concrete patio under the house. We had plenty of room. The spacious house allowed us to provide accommodations for our helpers and bridesmaids. We had a couple of VERY minor issues that were taken care of immediately! The only hiccup is event parking. You will have to hire shuttles. We rented passenger vans for our needs. I would definitely recommend this location for large family gatherings and events.

Wonderful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house met our needs perfectly on a recent women’s retreat weekend. We had real beds for everyone and large gathering space for all to come together. Another great feature was little sitting areas for more private conversations. Hot tub was appreciated with the cool weather. We loved the easy access to the beach also. Second kitchen was extremely helpful as we cooked all meals in house.
