Amazing NEW Beachfront Luxury Home, kokeile Morning View

Morning View on upea uusi ylellinen 9 makuuhuoneen, 11. 5 kylpy mukautettu rantahotelli kotiin hissi ja oma lämmitetty uima-allas. Siinä on olohuoneet jokaisella 3 tasolla ja sisältää vammaisille sopivan makuuhuoneen ja kylpyammeen (suihkussa on 1,5 tuuman reunus). Saatavana 1. lokakuuta alkaen.

Pääkerroksessa on valtavan suuri huone, jossa on laaja oleskelutila, 16'-ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 16-20 vierasta, ja hyvin varustettu keittiö, jossa on iso saari, johon mahtuu 8. Tämä taso sisältää myös 2 king-makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on oma kylpyhuone, puoli kylpy lähellä uima-allasta ja pesula. Hissi ulottuu kaikkiin kerroksiin.

Pohjakerroksen kuistilla on ruokailu ulkona, istuimet, oma lämmitetty uima-allas ja dyynien kulkuyhteys sokerivalkoiselle Gulf Shores -rannalle. Alta löydät iso grilli, pitkä piknikpöytä ja enemmän varjostettuja istuma- ja ulkotilaa.

Keskimmäisessä kerroksessa on 4 makuuhuonetta (2 kuninkaata, 2 joissa molemmissa on pari Queensia). Kaikki avoinna rannan kuistilla. Tässä kerroksessa West Kingissä on vammaisille sopiva kylpyhuone (hissin vieressä). Tämän tason perhehuoneessa on useita oleskelualueita, iso TV ja upeat näkymät lattiasta kattoon, jotka ulottuvat Persianlahden eteläpuolelta Pikku Laguuniin pohjoiseen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Löydät myös puoli kylpyamme aulassa sekä pesutupa.

Ylimmässä kerroksessa on 3 makuuhuonetta (2 kaikissa on kuningas sekä sisäänrakennettu XL Twin Daybed, 1 Queens-parilla). Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Löydät myös tilavan, valoisan perhehuoneen, pesulan, toisen täyden kylpyammeen ja viileän nurkan, jossa on 2 sisäänrakennettua XL Twin Daybeds -laitetta ja 2 XL Twin-vyöryä.

Allas voidaan lämmittää 50 dollaria / päivä. Löydät myös grilli, ruokailu ulkona, keinut ja paljon muuta.

Sijaitsee rauhallisella West Beach -alueella Gulf Shores, ja sinulla on 100 'kaunista omaa rantaa, mutta vain muutaman minuutin päässä Gulf Shores -ravintolasta, kaupoista ja nähtävyyksistä.

House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

A MUST Oceanfront Rental for large Groups

The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

Family reunion

We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the amenities, layout, cleanliness, views, etc.... Our extended family of 12 had an amazing time. From our 90 year old matriarch, to our newest 3 month old addition, there was plenty for everyone. We all had our own spaces to relax, play games, read, watch movies, sleep, fish, swim, cook, and the list goes on. We can’t think of another thing we could have asked for. We had a few things we needed in the house that were not there when we arrived, and the management was SUPER responsive to our needs! The service was great! This house and the management team exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to revisit this beach house with our family!

I loved the big couch and kitchen table so that everyone could be together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had lots of extras, ice maker was a plus! The elevator made it convenient to load and unload. Great views of the beach from the house and pool. Even when you were in the pool, you felt like you were at the beach. Beds were comfortable and AC worked fantastic. The only downside were the biting flies the first few days made being on the beach miserable. We had to use insect repellent on top of our sunscreen. Even at the house they were bad. We discovered that when the wind blows from the North, they blow in from the bay area. The wind changed and it improved the rest of the week.

Our large family of 30 stayed here and it was so amazing. Right on the beach, shower and spigot outside for rinsing sand and private pool. Would definitely stay here again. It had two fridges and an under counter ice maker. Thank you!

Amazing week at the beach!!!

We have stayed in many beach homes over the years, and this one was the best by far! The house was in excellent condition and very, very clean on arrival. The heated pool was AMAZING to have right on the deck, overlooking the beach and ocean, which was only steps away. The setup of the bedrooms worked excellent for our group, and we could have easily slept more people. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an abundance of living space for everyone to spread out and chill when we weren't at the beach or pool. The management company was extremely responsive and answered any questions/concerns within minutes, providing excellent service. Would highly, highly recommend -- 10/10!

Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property in a great location, far enough away that we almost had a private beach but close enough to run out if need be. Highly recommend this house. The only issue we had was the pool was supposedly heated to 88 but never got above 72. Made it a little hard on the kids. Still would not keep me from coming back. The pool pump just needs to run 24/7 in order to keep the water circulating to keep it warm.

Put hiball glasses in the cabinets.

Ladies beach trip

Overall the house was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is a visible WiFi password and clean up instructions posted somewhere visible to guests. Wonderful house and the most amazing trip! Thanks again!
