Mökki kanavalla

3 sänky 2 kylpyamme ja 1 autotalli kanavalla. Lähellä Ana Marian saaren rantoja, IMG Academy ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Äskettäin uusittu sisälle ja ulos. Suuressa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, täysin varustettu makuuhuonesarja ja kirjoituspöytä. Kahdessa varahuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, myös täysin varustetuissa makuuhuoneissa. Kaikissa huoneissa on televisio.
Ulkopuolella on suojattu lämmitetty uima-allas ja peitetty Lanin. Telakka on 30 jalkaa pitkä ja siinä on myös kelluva telakka. Myös lähtökohtana on kaksi aikuista ja yksi lapsi kajakki. Haluan vuokrata kuukausittain, viikossa tai lyhytaikaisesti. Lähetä sähköpostia jrwmer @

Great place to stay, super convenient location. The neighborhood was super quiet day and night. The interior is spacious, more than enough room for a family and more. The pool was one of the cleanest pools I’ve been in on a vacation stay, great job to whomever maintains it. Our favorite part of the house is the exterior, the pool area and the dock. Overall super happy choosing this house, we would choose it again.

Excellent Hosts and Location

This home is beautifully furnished in a quiet canal neighborhood. Great place to stay with a boat for a few nights on land, with Anna Maria close by for beach, restaurants and shopping. 10/10

Winter break getaway

We had a wonderful time. The house was like the photos online. The heated pool was so nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the canal. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We were only there 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely go back again.

Family Relaxation

The property is everything as described and more. Very clean with all the essentials both in the kitchen and around the house. The pool was clean and enjoyed by everyone. The back area was a bonus with the tiki hut and canal. We had a blast fishing and watching boats go by. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will be sure to stay again on our next trip to the area.

Great space, clean with good amenities

Great house with great shared spaces and good sized bedrooms. Location is perfect if you’re bringing your boat. Close to the Gulf Pass, sand bars, fishing spot, and restaurants. The pool is crystal clear and a great way to end the day after being out in the salt water all day. Would stay here again 100%

Fun with family.

The house and property was great. Everyone had a great time. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Wish it would had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor amenities more. Overall a great place to relax with family. Would stay there again, that's for sure!

Photos do not do this place justice. It is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very kind. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking our dog in late at night. We spent a lot of time in one of the cleanest pools we’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if it was heated, but the temp was always perfect. The pool lights worked so we got to enjoy night swimming. There was plenty of room on the dock for our boat and the driveway has both a U shape and a straight area that was perfect for parking the boat trailer. The tiki hut by the canal was something we didn’t know we needed in our life, but relaxing under the tiki hut with our morning coffee quickly became a daily routine. The couches and beds were super comfortable and there were ample towels and appliances. We truly felt like it was our home away from home!

Awesome! Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for us, well kept, very clean, and well stocked. Fished for hours right off the dock. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Such a comfortable relaxing home, you are able to isolate, enjoy some peace and quiet, yet not far from restaurants and other conveniences. If you like to fish and relax. Stay here you won't be sorry.

Cozy Canal

This home is even better than the pictures! Owners were extremely nice and respond promptly to any correspondence. Enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and the canal as boats left and returned. The pool was heated and we used it everyday! This home is so close to everything we wanted to do on the beaches, ad great restaurants, all was easily accessible on Cortez Road. Thank you Maureen and Jason for a great week!

House was awesome and in quiet neighborhood with adequate parking for boat trailer and car. Pool was well maintained. Only thing you could complain about was water pressure in master bathroom but that is not an owner problem but new building codes for water conservation.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The house was so nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped with all that was needed. So nice to have a TV in every room. We had many hours of fun in the pool, and nice beach towels right by the glass doors out to the pool. Awesome outdoor area! The seawall and dock were perfect for docking our boat, and for fishing off of. Plenty of room for parking cars and boat trailer in the driveway. Would definitely rent again!

Great Place/Great Hosts!

As someone mentioned in a previous review, the pictures don’t do this house justice. This is an amazing place to stay! Lots of room, very tasteful decorating, well equipped kitchen (we cooked Thanksgiving Dinner), 10 minute drive to the beach, heated pool and more. The owners are very accommodating and responsive as well. After a day at the beach we came back to a very warm house and discovered the A/C had stopped working. I called Maureen around 5:00PM and she had someone out to fix it within two hours. Fantastic service! This is a great rental and you won’t be disappointed.

Quick Getaway in Paradise

We were looking for a quick getaway on the water, with a dock, and a pool and came across your home! We were excited to find a place that could accommodate our boat at the dock and also our trailer overnight in the driveway. The boat ramp was just across Palma Sola Bay. The property and home was 1,000 times better than the photos or description! So much time and attention was put into making this house the perfect tropical vacation home! Each and every room was thought out in much detail, including the set up of the pool, and all of the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. It was also spotless, comfortable and safe. We spent most of our time outside on this short visit - in the pool, in the kayaks, and in all of the sitting areas with both our cocktails by evening and our coffee by morning. We were so surprised to find bikes, fishing equipment, coolers, and so many other extras that were not even mentioned. Beautiful home in a nice quiet area, with lovely neighbors. Perfect for families! We cannot wait to book again and stay a bit longer!

A great property!

The cottage on the canal was fantastic! It is in a wonderful location, has a beautiful and quiet pool area overlooking the canal, and very comfortable accommodations inside. We would stay there again!
