Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma pääsy master-kylpyyn sekä taulutelevisio. Se on myös parveke ovi, jossa pääsy parvekkeelle. Master Suite on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle.

Toinen makuuhuone on täydellinen lapsille tai koko perheelle 2 queen beds (valtava huone!) että mukavasti nukkua 4. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone oma televisio.

Olohuoneen sohva taittuu vuodesohvaan.

Tervetuloa Watercrestin lahden yläpuolelle Condominiums Panama City Beachissä, Floridassa. Ylelliset kerrostalot tyylikkäässä 18-kerroksisessa korkeudessa, joista jokaisella on oma parveke Meksikonlahdelle, ovat lomasi huippua. Tyylikäs ja kaunis kuin "maailman kauneimmista rannoista". Hotellissa on suuri, kausiluonteisesti lämmitetty uima-allas, jossa on laaja aurinkotuoleja, klubitalo, valaistut tenniskentät, kuntosalit, racquetball-tuomioistuin ja paljon muuta. Huoneessasi voit nauttia trooppisista kalusteista, täysin varustetuista keittiöistä, pesukoneista ja kuivausrummista ... kaiken tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi. Lähellä on St. Andrews State Park, Schoonerin ja kapteeni Andersonin.

Makuuhuone, vierashuone ja olohuone ovat kaikki televisiot nautinnollesi.

Keittiö ja ruokasali ovat hyvin varustettuja syömiseen ja ruoanlaittoon koko perheelle. Istu alas päivälliselle ruokasalissa, josta on upea näköala veteen! Tämä huoneisto ei petä!

Easy check in, parking was great and very easyOverall everything was great. Loved the open family room with all the windows and sliding doors going out to the balcony. The elevators were great too! Never waited over 5 minutes The kitchen and bathrooms need updating. The showers need new shower curtains. They were dirty. We would definitely stay again!

Great Condo

We loved the condo. Our one issue with the place was that it wasn't super clean when we first arrived but overall we really enjoyed our stay and I wouldn't let that stop anyone from checking out this location.

Not Teenager Friendly

I brought 7 boys down here for Senior Trip. The condo itself was nice, though a little outdated. The couch was old and dusty, the recliner had tears all over it so the cushion was poking through, and the silverware was the plastic handle kind from the dollar store. The listing stated that there was on-site parking, but never mentioned that it was 50 per car with a max of two cars. If you wanted to add an extra car, it was 86 to park across the street in a sandlot. We got a complaint for having too many people in our condo. This was because they had 10 other kids stop by for 30 mins at 1am. The rental company came barging into our room and interrogating the only 2 of our kids that were there at the time at 3:10 pm the next day while I was not there. They were threatened to be kicked out if I did not arrive in the next 15 mins. Mind you, I was at lunch on the west end of the beach. I was told that she would be doing random checks and if I wasn’t there, they would be kicked out. Who holds someone hostage to their room?!?! The Tiki bar downstairs was selling alcohol to minors the entire trip as well. Oh yeah, and we were charged a 49 late fee because we were leaving as the cleaning crew arrived at check out.

On the Sand

Loved our stay. Very roomy and the ceiling to floor bank of sliding doors even in the master bedroom was beautiful. It was so nice to be on the beach to walk daily sometimes twice a day. Chase was awesome to work with.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: Watercrest is an excellent condo location but we did have some issues with our actual condo. First the AC wasn’t doing it job. The master bedroom was hot at night. The ceiling fan died the first night. There was a stand fan in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need but we was not supplied with dish towels, clothes or garbage bags. The last thing two days before we left we was invaded by ants. I did call and left a message and didn’t get a call back. Then I emailed and got a response. That afternoon the showed up with ant traps and new filters for the AC. The furniture in the unit needs replacing. The blue recliner has foam showing. Loved the hardwood floors and the best thing about this condo was the view and balcony. Over all I would give the unit a 6 but Watercrest I would give a 9.

Reasonable prices for fantastic views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious and big open windows. The recliners needed to be replaced. The leather one was partially broken when you reclined, the fabric was stained and gross. New flooring through most areas. Cabinets need updated and to be actually cleaned. Mutiple coffee pots, blender and a small airfryer which was handy! Housekeeping needs to clean vents, corners and behind doors. This is the epitome of lazy to not do so. Also wouldn't hurt to take a clean mop to the baseboards and walls. The windows in the front room needs a pull down blind the blackout curtains only work so well, the sides gaping still allows a LOT of light in , no one wants a lit room to sleep in. This was a problem. Maintenance was prompt to fix the master blinds so they worked. Took a couple times requesting a mop since we were there 2 weeks, no broom only a mini vacuum thing that I had to clean out and clean and dry the filter for it to even work. I already paid a cleaning fee and to have to clean the vacuum myself isn't ok. Again, laziness on Housekeeping. All in all, biggest issue was signs everywhere of lazy Housekeeping. Communicating with management prior and during was prompt 95% of the time. I was pleasantly surprised the pots and pans were in nice condition and plenty. The moldy vents tells me there's a mold issue (not surprised, but concerning) that needs to be addressed and some remediation needs to happen. I liked how the building was laid out for accessing your room and pool/beach. I do think some signs need to be posted warning people it gets slippery when wet (rain), my chikd and husband both fell flat on their back when they rounded a corner going to our room, it had rained and we didn't realize it rained inside the walkway. Security was excellent! And all very kind. They definitely did their job and I appreciate that a lot.

Peaceful

My husband and I really enjoyed this unit. The living room is very open and spacious. We have stayed at Watercrest before, but we specifically picked this unit because the master bedroom overlooks the beach. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony, which can be accessed from the living room, as well as the master bedroom. We saw dolphins almost daily and found some wonderful shells on the beach. An added touch were the military jets that flew by regularly. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Beautiful View

The condo had a perfect view. We enjoyed being able to see fireworks from the balcony on the Fourth of July. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was plenty of room in the condo.

GREAT RENTAL

Condo was great very spacious, we had everything we needed and the views were amazing. I will definitely plan another stay in the future. My only negative for the stay was the pullout couch it definitely needs a new mattress as it was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep on. I still give property a 10/10.

The master bedroom stays warmer than the rest of condo even with the shade closed. Other than that it is a great condo. Price is much cheaper than other condos at Watercrest. We love Watercrest! Excellent location on the quieter end of PCB!

Beautiful balcony, but condo in need of update

Beautiful private balcony view. Very spacious and well stocked with cookware and start up supplies (hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc). However, while the unit itself was very clean, it was in dire need of updating. Sofa, chairs, and beds were worn out, uncomfortable and need to be replaced ASAP.

Spring 2024 PCB stay

We found Water Crest to be cleaner, safer, and more tended to that other places we’ve stayed in PCB. We chosen 1003 because of the beautiful wide view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great rental company

We had a great stay. The rental company was always a step ahead. Easy check in and out. Unit was as described. Our only complaint is the air conditioner was very cold in the living spaces and it was very hot in the master bedroom. We never could regulate it! Overall great stay.

Nicest room we’ve stayed in to date!

My wife and I have stayed in PCB at least once and sometimes twice a year for the past 8 years. This was by far the nicest room we’ve been in. HUGE living room and the view is incredible. The rooms are plenty big, showers were average but everything else was amazing. Hotel wasn’t busy at all this time of the year. Beach wasn’t crowded. Very close to everything. I’ll absolutely be staying in this exact room again.

Girls trip

We had a great time! Only problem was kitchen is small, no where to put food away and garbage disposal doesn’t work. Would definitely stay there again though!!

Family Vaca

This condo had amazing views! We would definitely book again! A very fair price compared to other rooms at Watercrest. We love the quieter end of PCB with less traffic. Very close to St Andrews State Park.
