"Villa Serenity" sijaitsee viehättävässä Avianan lomakohteessa, joka on porteitettu yhteisö, jota ympäröivät heiluvat palmuja ja rehevän vihreät lehdet.

Aviana tarjoaa suuren lämmitetyn uima-altaan ja kylpylän. Muita mukavuuksia ovat lasten leikkikenttä, jossa keinut ja kiipeilyrakenne, viheriö ja varjostettu piknik-alue. Klubitalo tarjoaa täyden kuntokeskuksen, yrityskeskuksen, ilmaisen internet- ja pelihuoneen. Nauti iltaisesta kävelystä pitkin lomakohteen läpi ja ympärillä kulkevia kävelyteitä ja näet varmasti yhden tai useamman eksoottisen linnun, jotka tekevät Avianan lomakohteesta kotoa. Golfharrastajalle Providence on 18-reikäinen Premier-golfkenttä, joka sijaitsee kilometrin päässä lomakeskuksesta. Champions Gate on 36-reikäinen golfkeskus, joka sijaitsee suunnilleen 10 minuutin päässä Avianasta.

"Villa Serenity" se on itse Orlando, Floridian lomakoti, joka on sisustettu lämpimillä, neutraaleilla sävyillä kaikkialla ja siinä on:

4 tilavaa makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuoneella ja 3 kylpyhuonetta.

2 tilavaa oleskelutilaa, mukavat suunnittelijasohvat perhehuoneessa ja muodollinen olohuone, joka on myös vuodesohva, joka nukkuu vielä 2 vierasta.

2 ruokailutilaa, kahvila / bistro-alue tai voit valita muodollisen ruokailutilan isommille perhejuhlille.

Ylellisen uima-altaan mitat ovat 26 'x 12' ja se on täysin suojattu. Allas voidaan lämmittää tarvittaessa, ja siinä on vedenalainen valaistus. Se on myös varustettu uima-altaan hälytyksellä nuorempien vieraidemme turvallisuuden vuoksi.

Ylelliset patiohuonekalut ovat ihanteellisia ulkona illalliselle. Olemme lisänneet 2 sohva ja 2 mukavampaa patio tuolia ja pöytä ylimääräisille vieraille.

"Villa Serenity" -näkymästä on upea luonnonsuojelualue, joka mahdollistaa enemmän yksityisyyttä. Se sijaitsee vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Disney-huvipuistoista ja muista nähtävyyksistä.

Huvilassa on ylelliset mukavuudet ja varusteet, kuten suuri taulu-HD-televisio ja DVD-järjestelmä, joka on koukussa satojen kanavien kanssa.

Lisäksi siellä on Playstation 2 -pelikonsoli, jossa on langattomat ohjaimet, ja valikoima pelejä ja DVD-levyjä kaiken ikäisten lasten viihdyttämiseen!

Meille on asennettu ammattimainen pelihuone, joka on koristeltu kilpa-lippuilla ja kerättävillä retrometallisillä kyltteillä, jotka kuvaavat ”menneitä vuosia”.

Viihdytykseesi löytyy 8 jalkaa x 4 jalkaa biljardipöytä, jossa korkealaatuinen yläpöydän valaistus, ammattimainen jalkapallo- / jalkapallopöytä ja hauska elektroninen tikkataulu.

Lepoa pelatessasi on 50-luvun tyyli kromi pubipöytä ja kaksi korkeaa baarijakkaraa.

Lattia on peitetty kaupallisella tyynyllä pehmustetuilla vinyylilattialaatoilla.

Laatu näkyy huvilassa keraamisista laatoituksista suunnittelijakalusteisiin ja seinillä oleviin floridilaisiin taideteoksiin, jotta villa saa aikaan tosi erityisen Orlando Feel -tyylin.

The villa is located around 20 minutes drive from Disney and 40 minutes drive from universal depending on traffic. It is located on an estate which is very safe and secure and well kept. The nearest publix supermarket is a five minute drive away next to a Burger King and bars and restaurants around a 10 minute drive away. It would be good to have a welcome pack on arrival which provides some detailed information on the local area.The villa itself was extremely clean on our arrival with plenty of spare bed linen and towels provided. The facilities such as the washer and dryer are excellent and the kitchen has plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils. Some cleaning products and bin bags would have been useful to have been supplied.Bedrooms are all a good size with plenty of storage space and the beds are comfortable. It would be useful to have a hairdryer supplied in all bathrooms. The pool is very well maintained and a good size with plenty of furniture on the patio area but could do with some additional lighting for the evenings. The games room is a great feature but very hot as there is no air con in there. Overall we were really happy with this villa as two families sharing as there was plenty of space for everyone. The cleanliness of the villa was excellent which was important to us and the location is good as long as you are happy to drive.

Ok but not close to parks

The place was clean and actually as pictured. I won’t take that away from the residence. The TVs were extremely small in the bedrooms. They were smaller than computer monitors.There were no extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags or spices. The pool was very cold but might be nice in the summer.It took us more than an hour to get to the parks everyday. So, this might not be the place if you plan on going to the parks at a decent hour.But if you’re looking for a clean, safe place, it would be nice

Liebe Rachel, vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Unterkunft mieten durften. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien für 7 Tage bewohnt. Das Grundstück liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Den Pool haben unsere Kinder ausgiebig genutzt. Das Spielzimmer bot die Möglichkeit sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Wir konnten unsere Ausflugsziele gut erreichen (Seaworld, Disney, Outlets). Bei einem kleinen Problem hat Rachel sehr schnell geholfen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft und Rachel, als Gastgeberin, nur weiterempfehlen! Dear Rachel, thank you very much for letting us rent your accommodation. The accommodation was nicely furnished and very clean. We lived in the house with two families for 7 days. The property is located in a quiet area. Our children have used the pool extensively. The playroom offered the opportunity to pass the time. We were able to reach our destinations well (Seaworld, Disney, Outlets). Rachel helped very quickly with a small problem. We really enjoyed the stay and can only recommend the accommodation and Rachel, as a hostess!

Retirement Getaway

We enjoyed the home, the pool and the way it had a conervation area behind the house. We got to watch many different kinds of birds while floating in the pool and sitting on the patio. Only downfall of the trip was the overwhelming traffic that we encountered every time we went anywhere. Our fault. We should have known being that close to Disney Attractions.

Great family home

Neighborhood was nice and we felt safe in the gated community. Entry to the house was easy with the QR code for the gate and the code for the deadbolt pinpad. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teens. The kids made use of the pool (we paid to heat it ane glad we did as it was chilly a few days) and games room. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms and extra bedding. The kitchen is well equipped wity the essentials. The only negative would be there is no outdoor grill. There is a plug in electric grill that we used and got the job done but was a bit tricky to get the hang of. We would definitely return here again and give the property 5 stars

Beautiful property but needs more cleaning

We had a great experience, but there were a few things that could have been better. The showers in all the bathrooms were really dirty. Also the cabinets in some rooms were dusty. In the master rooms closet there were spider-webs.

Summer 2023

Planned a vacation and MIL’s 80th birthday. Was a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room for everyone. I have OCD and cleaned before I left. Only thing for cleaners to do is wash linen.. lol. But overall had an amazing time, was relaxing after just going through breast cancer and treatments. Only issue I had was the couches had food and trash under cushions and under couches was good and cigarette butts. Cleaning crew needs to be more detailed oriented. Thank you for opening up home for our stay.

Presidents Day week vacay

Please don’t publish. I loved everything but the pool heater issue. I only want this between me Rachel and Sven. You guys do an amazing job and I don’t want my issue to be published. . It could’ve been my fault, not reading or seeing about the pool heater. But I just wanted to be up front and honest about how I wasn’t aware. Thank you so much for understanding. It was a big and beautiful house with a gorgeous pool. It was wonderful having linens lots of shower towels, kitchen towels, and extra pool towels. The main thing that was not cool was the pool heater. I don’t remember anything in the synopsis of the house that said to prearrange the heater to be on so it’s free. I told Sven the weekend on call person that I had no idea that it wasn’t heated and he said that we could’ve arranged for it to be turned on without a charge. Well I don’t think that’s fair. My kid was so looking forward to having a heated pool at the house but we weren’t told to prearrange it. So of course my daughter is worth every penny but it’s the principle of it. That was the whole reason we rented this house as opposed to staying on Disney property. I think it would be much more appropriate to let the renters know about the pool not being heated and offer the prearrangement but if the renters forget to call then it’s on them. I don’t think it’s okay to not let renters know, especially ignorant new renter like ourselves then ask them to pay $190 extra for what was already expected. Sven was very nice and and answered my Sat calls right away. He said you must be new renters because usually people prearrange the heater. Yet again how would I know this since I’m a new renter or even if I was a decade long renter. It should be posted online so at least I could’ve called Rachel or Sven ahead of time. I hope that makes sense. I am sorry if that sounds rude and bold but it was a big shocker. I am very honest to a fault but I am a big believer in constructive criticism and positive kudos as well. It wouldn’t be fair of me to be mad, not tell you, then give a crappy review. Thank you for an amazing villa and for the hospitality. I hope I hear back from you.

Not what we expected

This property is much farther away than we expected. It says a 35 minute drive to the Sea World area but due to traffic it was well over an hour. The house is a very nice house, but could have been cleaned much better. There were handprints all over the glass door, no one had attempted to wipe it off. Other areas had been missed during the cleaning process as well. These were things that are normally overlooked, but due to all the fees I would expect more. The game room is SO hot. It is a garage with no air conditioning and a fan is provided to blow the hot air around. The worst part of this house is the close proximity of the neighboring house. We tried to go out and sit in our pool and have some relaxing time, but the renting neighbors were horrible. At one point they had 16 people in their pool area. These pools are made for around 4 -5 people to sit or float in. They were around 10 feet away. They listened to music ( very obscene music) as load as it would go. I told the property manager of this and she said I could call the police. ( I feel she should have taken care of this ). The next day the same thing happened, but this night they stayed up until 3:00 am talking on the porch that is right outside the master bedroom window. It sounded like they were in the room with us. We got up the next morning and left a day early because we could not take another day of it. I told the property manager we were leaving early and didn’t get a response. I have stayed in numerous VRBO properties and have never had any problems. I would not stay in this house or in this area again. I know if those neighbors hadn’t been there this could have been different, but being able to hear them in our bedroom was ridiculous at that time of night. It was no easy driving home for 12 hours after no rest.

Wonderful home away from home!

We stayed at this propery during our children's April vacation. The home was very clean, well kept, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Everything was as pictured on the site. There was an abundance of towels for everyone to use, the pool temperature was consistently pleasant and so was the interior temperature of the home. The neigborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The grounds were well kept and the bugs were pretty much non existent which was a very pleasant surprise considering the climate. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the property to others and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Florida. Eventhough the location of the property was further away from some of the central attractions we still found the property to be in a great location. The traffic was not too bad and there were plenty of local places near by to get what you needed. What was also nice was the fact that the peoperty manager was able to accommodate an earlier check in at the last minute at no extra cost. Thank you Rachel. Everything in the home was clearly labled so there was no guessing - a plus! The only thing I would recommend is a few more rolls of toilet paper and trash bags, at least one roll of paper towels and a sponge in the kitchen. We bought our own supply of these items, but it would have been nice to not have to. Despite this, we had a great time at this property.

Great for what we needed

Everything was great. We enjoyed the house it was spacious, clean, nice location. I do wish there were updated and larger TVs for the bedrooms. Also the master only had Queens. My husband and I couldn't sleep together as he is 6'4" and I'm 5'10". We hated that. Everything else was nice. Wonderful communication with owner. Overall very nice houseand stay!

Family Disney vacation

House was clean, well stocked with kitchen, Towels, chairs and other necessities for a home away from home. My kids loved the pool table and outdoor pool. Plenty of space for the whole family. We would stay there again. About 20 minutes to Disney which was great,

We are Doug and Vida Williams. We emigrated from South Wales 30 years ago to Ontario Canada where we live with my daughter and son in law and our 2 grandchildren. We live near one of Canada's great lakes so we enjoy taking our grandchildren to the park near the lake and walking our dog along the lakeshore stopping for ice cream along the way.

We had often thought of a vacation in Florida and by chance friends of ours offered their villa to us for a weeks vacation early 2017. We fell in love with the beautiful tropical trees and plants and the chrystal blue waters of Florida and decided to purchase a home of our own there. We looked at many homes in the Davenport area and purchased "Villa Serenity" as it was by far the best maintained and tasteful home we saw. "Villa Serenity" is bright and spacious and beautifully decorated. "Villa Serenity" is located in the Aviana Resort which was by far the most beautiful and well maintained resort we visited.

Having viewed many properties we decided to purchase "Villa Serenity" as it was clearly very clean and well maintained. We also loved that there are no neighbours behind so more privacy for ourselves and our guests. When we first entered the villa we saw how bright, spacious and welcoming it was. We quickly realised that this is the one for us. "Villa Serenity" is located in a quiet part of the resort and the west facing pool allows for lots of sunshine through most of the day to well in to the evening. We enjoy watching the sun go down in the evening from the Family Room or out on the patio.
