Mayaland on yksityinen keidas, joka on piilotettu päätieltä, mutta joka sopii kaikkeen. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen koti on suunniteltu tekemään vierailustasi täydellinen kaikin tavoin. Päärakennuksessa on 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta, joissa on moderni avoin konsepti. Kokin keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset monimutkaisen aterian tekemiseen. Aterioita sisä- tai ulkopuolella ja nauti rauhallisesta ympäristöstä.

Avoin olohuone sisältää rakennettu sohva, joka nukkuu mukavasti 2 lasta tai yksi aikuinen. Erillinen pääkoti on kaunis casita, jossa on queen-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Casita on Palapa katto, joka muistuttaa sinua, että olet Meksikossa ja vielä kaikki modernit mukavuudet ylellisyyttä hotelli.

Kotia ympäröi korkea yksityisyys aita, joka sulkee uima-altaan ja porealtaan sekä ulkokeittiö. Kuuntele vesiputous, joka virtaa altaaseen ja nuku rauhallisella tavalla mistä tahansa tieliikenteestä. Kävele mistä tahansa huoneesta puutarha-alueelle, etkä koskaan halua lähteä. Koti ja Casita nukkuvat mukavasti 7 aikuista tai 6 aikuista ja 2 pientä lasta.

Private Tropical Oasis

The house was unexpectedly wonderful and just what we needed for a relaxing vacation. The Private backyard made it seem like we were alone and we had at least two days where we did not leave the property because we just wanted some low-key time. There was fresh water always available The house was beautiful and we even had a spacious rooftop space for sunrises, sunsets, and even some morning yoga.

Peace and Love

Walking in, it looked exactly like the pictures. It is a beautiful home with a boho feel tucked in on the quiet south side of the island. We enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub and pool. We never needed to call the management because everything was perfect. We often went to Kin Ha for their beach club, which was laid-back and affordable. Having The Joint so close for their food and fantastic music was also excellent.

Loved Mayaland!

We loved our stay at Mayaland! Beautiful home, great for a family or couples as there are 3 bedrooms with full baths. All the conveniences of home, maximum 10 minute walk to Punta Sur, Kin Ha and Garrafin. Quick taxi or bus ride to north beach. Pool and patio are lovely! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Hidden oasis

This property is beautiful and has everything you need. I saw in previous posts that said the hot tub was not hot, that was not the case, it got hot for us and was a wonderful addition. Sunrise on the roof top is beautiful. There were fresh water dispensers in the house and casita were a nice touch. Plenty of towels and there were beach towels for each guest. The bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer and dryer worked well. If you get a golf cart there is an area you can park it within the gates. We will be back!

Beautiful Secluded Home

This was my first time visiting this beautiful home and came highly recommended by a friend who has stayed in the home on 3 separate occasions. This home is thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. The home was clean and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main streets.

What a great space for vacation. The outdoor living area is absolutely gorgeous. The house is fully stocked with anything you need. Very quiet neighborhood and off the beaten path. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

The best time!

We loved Casa Mayaland and the southern island area! We had everything we needed, well stocked and beautiful, safe property. Will definitely return! Ice cold AC and the pool were great after long days in the sun!

Everything about Mayaland was great! Such a nice place to relax. I know other reviews talk about "Gato" but she is cool and greeted us upon every return. I to am allergic to cats so pet her with a stick, she likes that!

Very nice property

Me and family had a bless time at this property the island was a pleasant beautiful the house was far from center and playa Norte but better was 20 min to get there in a golf cart the restaurants and food excellent muelle 7 restaurante is the best restaurant, house have everything you can inmagent very confortable so happy to be there

Best vacation home on the island!

This property was so beautiful and well kept. It comfortably fit 7 of us and we had a blast. The directions for the place from the ferry dock was clear and understandable. Our host was super communicative. 10/10 no notes.

The property was a great size and location for us and we generally really liked it for our stay. The only slight issue was the quality of the decked area outside which was a bit rotten in places which made it a bit dangerous. However, we did love it and would defintely stay again. The cat was a character and stayed with us when we were outside.

Beautiful and quiet

This property is stunning. The house is as it looks in the pictures beautiful and spacious. House was clean, the a/c worked great, and had no issues. It’s out of the hustle of the city but not far from anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again. Jean and Alex were awesome hosts!!

The Mundaca team was unbelievable in their communication and responsiveness. They were on top of everything and always available. The place was so beautiful. Despite being hard to find since it's so new and without an address, the team mangaged to get meet every need from transportation to groceries on time. We all loved the amazing pool, including our two young boys. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

Beautiful property! This was our second time on the island and we had another wonderful experience. Quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we were looking for our vacation. Check in was easy and efficient. Place was clean and kitchen had everything you would need for functioning kitchen. A/C worked well. Plenty of room for 6 people. Pool and hot tub are awesome. We loved this place. Only issue we had was how to start the oven. No temperature dial so had to guess but it worked out. We will definitely be back to Isla Mujeres and we would definitely stay at Mayaland again!

Spectacular stay

There is nothing we wanted for. I booked this property for 2 couples. We wanted a little oasis to relax in and thats exactly what we got. It was so clean, very comfortable, and had an excellent vibe. We were happy to be down at the quiet end of the island, and enjoyed the drive along the water when we wanted to go to Centro or the Colonias. I have no complaints about the property at all. The hot tub never got more than a few degrees warmer than the pool, but this was not an issue for us at all. I would book again in a heartbeat. Wish I was still there! For us, the best bonus was the kitty that lived in the yard, very friendly and adorable. She's not allowed in the house, so if you have allergies, no worries.

Awesome accommodations February 2023’

Third visit to isla, by far this was the best property we have stayed at to date. Secluded interior street 90 second walk to the main roadway. Two bedroom inside, one bedroom self contained unit in outdoor building. Rooftop patio affords all day sunlight, view of the ocean. Property has a pool with spiller hot tub, barbecue area and an outdoor covered area to dine in in case it rains. Kitchen is large and has all the amenities minus a dishwashwer. Plenty of dishes, bowls, cutlery glasses, etc. main floor laundry, large bathrooms giid water pressure etc etc. list goes on Would definitely rent here again, only detractor was the barbecue which needs an upgrade

Great location, well equipped

House was great, we loved the location. Check in was a bit rough. Instructions are clear if you are taking a taxi but we drove ourselves and only had been provided with Google links. Phone dosent always work on Isla so the links were were useless. We ended up getting help from our golf cart guy, who coincidentally saw us pulled over on the side of the road. My only recommendation would be to provide directions using landmarks…like “navigate to the burracho burrow or the shell house and turn Xxxxx..,ect ect. Other than that, great place. We will likely be back. Thanks!

Year end vacation

We were at Mayaland the end of Dec 2023 into the new year. Overall a pleasant stay. Team was very responsive when we had questions or issues. 2 areas of concern: 1. The water pressure wasn't the best. They did come to fix it but not all showers had better pressure after. 2. There is a cat on the premises which was not noted in the listing. They got rid of it for a few hours the first day but it came back and did not leave the whole 6 days we were there. There were signs posted on the property not to feed the cat but we did see cat food in the house. Which means the owner knows of the cat. If you are afraid of or allergic to cats, please be aware. My husband is allergic so he was sneezing alot while we were there but the cat didn't bother us too much.

Casa Mayaland Doesn't Disappoint

Our normal spot on the island wasn't available, so we booked with Casa Mayaland. It was a wonderful experience. The compound is amazing. Once you walk through the gate, you are literally in your on little resort. The main house is very nice and has all the amenities. It has two very nice bedrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom in the bedroom. The other bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom. Both rooms have lats of storage and closet space. The AC's work really good. The Casita is a bedroom with bathroom included. AC also works very well. The Casita is cover by a huge palapa. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the hottub works great. The first night it wasn't getting hot but Alex, the maintenance guy, came right over the next day and reset the unit. It worked just fine after that. We had a local chef come cook two meals for us and she said it was one of the nicest kitchens on the island. There is also a grill and outside dorm room fridge. Highly recommend Casa Mayaland.
