Tämä kaunis ja tilava 4 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5-kylpyhuoneen premium-koti on erinomainen retriitti suurille perheille tai jopa 14 hengen ryhmille. Olet vain 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Breckenridgen keskustasta ja rinteistä, ja erinomaiset retkeily- ja maastopyöräreitit ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. We loved our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to town, but a more secluded feel. There was a good amount of towels, fans, pillows, kitchenware. The hot tub was clean and nice on cool evenings. We would definitely stay again.

There were a few things that needed to be fixed. The most important ones were the oven and the main bathroom toilet. A repair person was sent to repair the toilet but we still had to remove the lid and jiggle the mechanics to get the water to fill to flush it. Couldn’t raise the large shade in main bedroom because it was broken. Oven never heated properly. The house was beautiful and in a great location and if repairs are made I would definitely book there again

Location is great and house distrubition excellent. However the house was not clean enough, bathrooms had some details of cleaning, some of the kitchen cutlery were dirty and worst part were the Sofas, the kids found cheerios, pop corn and candy.

Great house and location

The house was great for ski trip with large group of family and friends. Loved the hot tub after long day of skiing and had a moose walk past while sitting in hot tub! Communication with property managers was great too

Family Ski Vacation

I can't say enough positive things about this property. The house itself is beautiful and the layout is perfect for a large family. The location was just 3 mins driving to the center of town, restaurants and skiing. The check process was simple. I highly recommend this property.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine, not professional decorated. The bathrooms were nice. The master bathroom window leaked; the company did not do anything about it. The hot tub was dirty and when finally got cleaned they did not even turn it on to warm up. After numerous emails asking for an early check in and the home cleaners leaving the house we still sat in the driveway waiting to get in. I do not feel Summit rentals cared at all that we were waiting in the driveway for house.

Amazing Fall Weekend

The house was immaculate, and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is huge. The bathrooms are all very well appointed, and the steam mister in the shower was a big hit with the dry mountain air. Large and level backyard was great for the kids to play catch and older relatives to safely walk. We enjoyed great views of the changing leaves from the deck. BBQ with a main gas line hook up was a nice feature. The only downside was being close to Boreas Pass Rd and thus the sound of traffic, but I should have paid closer attention to location on booking, and it was probably busier than normal with peak leaf peeping weekend. Close walking distance to Breckenridge Troll, and for those that like a longer walk, easily walkable to town.We would definitely go back

Amazing house!

I would recommend to any large party of people. Pleanty of room to spread out, great kitchen, spa and more. Tucked a couple minutes from town, this location was greatness. Property manager/rep was also super responsive. Much appreciated.

Great house great location

Hosts were proactive in communicating while we were at the property to make sure all was going well. The property had all amenities included with plenty of towels. Kids loved the sleds from the garage. Hot tub was really nice!

Convenient and Spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only a short drive to bus stop, main street or ski slope parking areas. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen was adequately supplied with most items. However, lacked serving platters and bowls for a family style dinner as well as a corkscrew. (corkscrew was provided the next day by property manager). General cleanliness was good. However, we experienced several missteps by their cleaning crew. A blanket on one king bed had numerous stains, a blanket in second king bed room closet was stained. The replacement blanket brought by property management had an old band aid attached. Hinge on door to twin bed room was missing all screws to top hinge. While other hinges were loose, not allowing the door to close properly. Only two towels were supplied in the basket by the hot tub. (additional were supplied by property management on our second day). It would have been very helpful if the garage door code would have been provided. Lastly, I found it odd that Vrbo quote did not reveal that property management company would charge an addition 3.5% fee on the remaining balance if not paid in full within 24 hours of booking.
