TÀmÀ tilava 1045 neliöjalkaa 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto nukkuu 8 ja siinÀ on pÀÀsviitti, jossa parisÀnky ja oma parveke. Molemmat parvekkeet ovat nÀkymÀt Dercum-aukiolle ja tarjoavat etÀisyyden nÀkymÀt vuorille. Se sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla River Run Villagessa, joten olet askeleen pÀÀssÀ ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja paikallisista juhlista. LisÀksi olet lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ nopealta gondolta.

SisÀÀnkÀynti tarjoaa kiinnitetyt koukut ja penkin avuksesi ja tullessa ympÀri pÀivÀn. Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio, joka on asennettu kivikaasutakan ylÀpuolelle ja queen-size-vuodesohva. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja suuri taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Nauti oman parvekkeesi lisÀystÀ ylellisyydestÀ. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas ja ovi erottaa suihku- / amme-yhdistelmÀn ja wc-alueen yksityisyyden lisÀÀmiseksi. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja kiinteÀ taulutelevisio.

Property is very nice, great location to walk to Gondola. Unit faces the parking lot, so if it snows during the evening during your stay, unless your a very sound sleeper you will be woken up by the sound of the plows and there “back up beeping”.

There was drywall in the hallway right in fro t of the unit from two holes in the ceiling. I understand repairs happen, but construction debris should be cleaned up. The carpet at the entrance of the unit was frayed and the carpet throughout most the unit was old and needs replacing. Multiple knobs/handles were lose and falling off in the kitchen. Finally, the screen door in the master bedroom was off its rails, so you couldn’t close it.

The instructions for picking up the keys were clear as was all communication regarding our stay. We've rented at Keystone many times from Summit County Mountain Retreats many times over the years and have always had a good experience. We were disappointed that despite contacting the office shortly after leaving town about my daughter's AirPods being left in the unit, they weren't returned to us--we were able to track their location at the unit and then elsewhere in Summit County in the days after our stay.

Great stay!

The whole family loved the unit and property
from the spacious, well stocked room, the pool and hot tubs, the mini golf, to the shops and restaurants located behind our building. Also just a short drive to Dillon and Breckenridge. There’s no shortage of things to do!

Annual Ski Trip

The location to Keystone Resort is perfect. The unit had a few minor issues. The fireplace did not work and the heat wasn't sufficient to keep the unit warm so portable heaters were used that were stored in the closets. The guest bedroom door will not close due to the second bed in the room.

Overall the condo was in poor condition. Carpet is at the end of its life as was a couch and one bed frame. The fireplace was not working. One elevator in the building meant long wait times or take the stairs, which is fine when not in ski boots carrying equipment. Overall the condo is due for a facelift.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yum it had a great layout but needed a little updating. Disappointed that the sauna did not work in the complex

Excellent condo in River Run

Loves this property! Easy access to the gondola. I loved that the pool and hot tub were on site. The room was clean and well furnished. We'll be back!

Perfect property for the family

This property in the perfect location with a gorgeous view! Plenty of room for the kids and us. We loved the the extra balcony in the master bedroom.
