Täm�� 1115 neliön jalkainen 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen rivitaloasunto nukkuu 8, ja siinä on näkymät yksityiseltä kannelta, joka tarjoaa myös pääsyn greenspace-tilaan. Nauti mukavista yksityisistä pyykistä. Se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä nopeasta gondolista tai hyödyntää läheisiä Red Hawk Lodge -hotellin mukavuuksia.

Sisäänkäynti tarjoaa asennetut koukut ja penkki mukavuutta varten ja tulevat koko päivän ajan. Olohuoneessa on taulu-tv kauniin kaasutakka ja queen-size-vuodesohva. Lisävaatteet ja peitot ovat kaapissa. Oma terassi pääsee olohuoneen läpi ja tarjoaa kauniit näkymät rinteelle ja pääsyn greenspace-tilaan, joten se on kuin oma takapiha.

Täysikokoinen keittiö on varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä keittiövälineillä ja astioilla, jotka tekevät aterian poissa kotoa ja joissa on liuskekivi ja graniitti. Ruokailutila kuusi istumapaikkaa ja on neljä ylimääräistä paikkaa aamiaisbaarissa. Ensimmäinen kahdesta kylpyhuoneet sijaitsee aivan olohuone ja on jalustalle pesuallas ja suihku / amme yhdistelmä. Molemmat kylpyhuoneissa on pyyhkeet ja Ensi vaiheen hygieniatuotteet. Yksityinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat lähellä sisäänkäyntiä, ja pyykinpesuaine on tarjottu avuksesi.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja taulu-tv. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä, jossa on poreallas. Vierashuoneessa on parivuode, jossa on parivuode, jossa on parivuode. Siellä on myös taulutelevisio.

Comfortable ski escape

Well maintained and equipped property. Comfortable furniture and good size rooms. Deck looks over stream and onto mountains - excellent and relaxing vista. Less than five minute walk to River Run gondola and village. A ten minute drive to A Basin and about 30 minutes to Copper or Breck.

Great location

The location is great, just a short walk to the River Run gondola. The house could use some updating, especially the lighting, but it is fairly comfortable. There were food crumbs on the floor and under the couch so it could have been cleaned better. The master bed is very squeaky/noisy, not good for a light sleeper.

Great location!

Great location. Right next to river run. Perfect for biking because you're right on the main bike path. The entry way is spacious to keep golf clubs/ bikes etc safe at night. Condo was spacious and clean. Wish we would have known that Keystone is pretty closed up on their "off" season. Only a few things open at river run this time of year and don't open for a few more weeks aka October.If you're looking for night life go to Breckenridge! Also the steam room and fire pit by pool area didn't work . Otherwise would recommend!!

Beds are super comfy and kitchen and bath have all the supplies you need. It’s located in a quiet area and very close to the pool and outdoor hot tubs. We will definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I have is that housekeeping doesn’t need to use air freshener. We had to air the condo out upon arrival because it bothered my husbands allergies.

A nice stay- beautiful ground level views!

The property was as advertised. Sometimes we gave a lower rating because it was hard to access the advertised outdoor activities as we could not find where to go, hours, or prices, where hiking trails started when going in early summer. We also gave us slightly lower rating because the light bulbs and the lighting options after dark were dim in the bedrooms (no dimmers) and it made the rental not feel as “homey”.The heated pool that was a few steps away, was not working for part of our stay, and so we had to go across the resort which made it difficult with small kids. (Red Hawk Lodge’s issue).Honestly, the ground level access to the walk & bike path and the beautiful Mountain views were definitely worth the price! I had read a review about a coffee pot, although it did work, it was more commercialized than not easy to use, and I could not make a decent pot of coffee with it. I would recommend that the rental consider buying a more user-friendly coffee pot. It was great having a laundry right in the unit, and the mattresses and pillows were all in very nice condition. If ever needed in the future, we would work with this rental company again! Thanks, Summit County.

Red Hawk Townhome

We usually stay within river run village and we appreciated the privacy and that the water was always warm/hot unlike some of the other places we have stayed. The only bummer for us was that the coffee maker was not very good, didn't keep the coffee warm, and didn't make very much. It's a cheap and easy thing to replace. The coffee maker even said to rinse the carafe with hot water in order to keep the coffee hot, which did not work. I texted management and they said that there was not another coffee maker or another option. None of the TVs were smart tvs which was also a bummer as we could not watch netflix or disney plus at night time and had to deal with "regular cable" and a bunch of commercials and ads. Other than that, management was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Quick ski getaway

GREAT location. 500 yards from the gondola. This is a very roomy condo. Wifi, heat, hot water all worked perfectly. We were a family of 5 with all adult children. The sleeping space was good. The only negative was the comfort of the pull out sofa but I don’t think those are ever comfortable.
