Bella Vita istuu 50 metrin päässä yksityiseltä rannalta aivan 30A: n päässä. Vietä lomasi vain muutaman askeleen päässä Sugar White -rannoilta ja Emerald Watersiltä! Tämä 6 BR / 6 ½ BA: n rantamökki nukkuu 18 hengelle (18 vuodepaikkaa ja 2 vuodesohvalla). Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Tässä kodissa on Grand Porch, joka tarjoaa loputtomia auringonlaskuja, kesän tuulia ja auringonlaskua! Tämä koti on myös mukana vaunun talossa ja alemman tason huoneistossa. Tämä koti on tilava, valoisa, Beachy ja Perfect Beach Getaway perheellesi!

Kaunis ranta- ja rannikkorakenne antaa rauhaa ja rauhaa rentouttavan päivän jälkeen rannalla. Vieraiden yksityisyyttä varten katso enää, on erillinen avoimen konseptin kuljetushuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode, täydellinen kylpyhuone ja baarikeittiö. Vaunun talossa on myös taulutelevisio, sohva, tuoli ja bistro, joka on tarkoitettu yksityiseen ruokailuun. Kaikki perheenjäsenet olisivat innoissaan pysyä kauniisti sisustetussa yksityisessä studiohuoneistossa, jossa on yksityinen pääsy tämän henkeäsalpaavan kodin alemmalle tasolle. Wonderful family vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Easy walk to a private beach, restaurants, activities ( including pickle ball!) close to the area. I highly recommend this home for a large family. Very spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed for a few home cooked meals. We will be back!

Bella Vita Stay

Wonderful house in a wonderful location. Accommodations were top notch for our large family..we especially liked the large front porch which became our evening gathering spot for conversation. Close proximity to the beach was also a plus as we were able to go back and forth quickly and easily. We loved the quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle yet the location was close enough to enjoy those activities if needed. Had a small problem with a stopped up drain but it was fixed very promptly. Great house and location !!

Fall Break Perfection

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. For this trip we were joining family members from several states. The home has been very well-maintained and was very clean upon check-in. The location is amazing! Short walk between the two houses across the street out to the beach. On two of the days we were there, there was no one within 50 yards of our group at the beach. The beds we slept on were very comfortable and I can't imagine a more accommodating home for 16 family members to spend time together.

Neighborhood Nook by the Beach

Great location on calmer end of 30A. Loved the hidden neighborhood feel. Short walk to beach where sometimes a deer was grazing! House worked well for our big group. Front porch was a great gathering place, very large. Great room was really spacious. Kitchen was well-stocked. All appliances worked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Back yard area for grilling was very private with beautiful twisted trees. The only negative was a slight odor in the carriage house and basement apartment, but both were very clean and attractive. We had a great week here.

Beautiful, Versatile Property in a Fantastic location

We stayed at Belle Vita in July 2022. We had twelve people and the house was so spacious and open feeling even with that number of people. We had guests arrive from Alabama, North Carolina, and Texas. First off, the house was exactly as described. It easily had all the amenities listed and so much more. We were impressed with the large cabinet of games for the family to play on rainy days and the younger ones enjoyed playing the video games that were in the bunk room. This house was well equipped and had everything that you would want for a vacation. The kitchen was also extremely well equipped. Coffee bean grinder, blenders, lobster crackers etc. This kitchen is better equipped than my house. Lots of plates and cups for big family meals. Kitchen appliances are new and worked well. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated with “real furniture”. Not the cheaper wicker type stuff that is evident in a lot of beach rentals. Beds were memory foam mattresses and super comfortable. But the best surprise is the outstanding water pressure. It was a joy to shower and it felt like all the worries of the world were fading away. Lots of hot water with dual commercial water heaters. The carriage house was only a couple of steps away from the kitchen and it felt like an oasis from the real world. Big trees surrounded the entrance way to the door and deck. It was so nice. The basement apartment was great for teenagers. They could come and go easily and have an exciting time. The neighborhood is so close to Stinky’s Fish camp that we could walk there and not have to drive. It is on the far west section of 30A and was quite easy to drive to Publix and Walmart without fighting 30A traffic. But the beach, OH THE BEACH! Just a few steps away from a private beach. Never was crowded. We never felt pushed to “share our space” Most days we were by ourselves. In July! Remember not easy ups. Just the 7-foot round umbrellas. Overall, this house was one of the finest, cleanest, beautifully decorated and well maintained that our family has ever rented. We have been vacationing on 30-A for over 20 years. We have seen a lot of change, but this house is one we will return to again and again.

House was perfect for our family. My daughter and son in law with my 18 month old grandson was able to stay in the carriage house and give them the privacy needed while the rest of the family stayed in the main house. We was slighted disappointed that the downstairs bedroom was not connected to the main house but it worked okay for my in-laws because they like getting away from the crowd sometimes anyway.

We really enjoyed our time at this spacious beach house! It's tucked into a peaceful, quiet area community off 30A by Gulf Place. The beach entrance is directly across the street, which was amazing, literally steps away!!!! The house had everything we needed—tons of space, a big front porch that was great for relaxing, and all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, and a wagon) ready to go. It was the perfect setup for a laid-back beach trip. Beach Luxury Vacations was fantastic to work with—friendly, helpful, and on top of every detail. We had a smooth, stress-free stay and would absolutely come back again!

Incredible Stay

We had an incredible stay at this beach house booked through Beach Luxury Vacations. The house was perfect for our large group—spacious, well laid out, and super comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The carriage house and separate apartment were such a great bonus for extra privacy and we loved that every bedroom had its own private bathroom. The location couldn't have been better—just 20 feet from the beach entrance. It was so easy to come and go throughout the day. The home is in a quiet, peaceful community, which made it feel like our own little retreat. We also really appreciated all the beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were provided, making beach days a total breeze. Beach Luxury Vacations made everything easy from booking to check-out. Great location close to the nice private beach

Concrete wash off area would be nice to help with the sand . Had private chef cook fish we caught offshore. Kids had a good time at dark on the beach running around catching crabs . Much quieter and private than Watercolors area .

Perfect Beach House Just Steps from the Sand!

We had the best time staying at this 6-bedroom beach house just off 30A! You seriously can't beat the location—it's only about 30 feet from the beach, so we were on the sand in seconds every day. No need to pack the car or haul a bunch of stuff—just walk out the door and you're there. The house itself is super spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was more than enough room for our whole crew to spread out, and the setup made it really easy to hang out together in the main living area or grab some quiet time in your own room. We loved how close it was to all the fun on 30A too—tons of great restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby, but the community was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends looking for a beach vacation with space, comfort, and unbeatable access to the ocean. We're already talking about coming back!

4th Year at the Wonderful Home

We've rented Bella Vita and worked with Beach Luxury Vacations for the past four years—and we absolutely love both the home and the company. The location is perfect, with the beach entrance right at the end of the driveway, and the community is peaceful and quiet. Every year, management makes sure we're set up with essentials like six backpack beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella for our beach days. One of the things we appreciate most is returning to the same home each year. It's always clean, well-maintained, well-stocked and we know we'll be well taken care of as returning guests. Beach Luxury Vacations goes above and beyond to make us feel special. Each year, we receive thoughtful welcome gifts—engraved Yetis, champagne, embroidered 30A beach towels, and even a beautiful (and delicious!) charcuterie board upon arrival. Great Time with Family!!

Such a great place to stay! We had our entire family 9 adults 8 children and we were very comfortable in this home! We absolutely loved the privacy of the beach that is just a short walk across the street from the home. My grandchildren loved the bunk room with the video games! Definitely will be back!

Thanksgiving at the beach!

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering for Thanksgiving week. This house is very large and the bedrooms are spacious with a lot of privacy. The location is as close to ocean front as you can get without actually being on the ocean. Literally steps away from the beach access path and you can hear the waves from the front porch. The appliances are much nicer than the usual rental appliances. The kitchen is large and we made a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with no problem--didn't need to buy any extra utensils. Especially appreciate how much silverware is stocked--plenty for 12 people without having to constantly wash and replace to keep enough spoons and forks in circulation. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. We lucked out and had great weather--warm enough to swim in the ocean on Thanksgiving. Dune Allen is our favorite section of 30A and this stretch of beach next to Topsail is the best. We would definitely stay here again if we have a large group.

Perfect for a large family of 11!

Perfect for a family of three generations, all operating on a slightly different schedule.Very soundproof which was great having 3 children 3 years and under. Also great having two private spaces, the carriage house and basement apartment to spread out. Close proximity to beach was of utmost importance! Many trips back and forth with little ones. Wonderful experience!

Family Beach Getaway!

Home was beautiful and comfortable! Great location steps away from the private beach. Accommodations were wonderful and the house property company helped with any questions we had promptly. Our only concern was the kitchen items. Maybe add additional coffee cups, kitchen towels, cutting boards, sharper knives….

Amazing vacation

We had a wonderful week! House is very nice and spacious, plenty of room for a large group. Literally steps away from a private beach. The water is beautiful, beach has white powdery sand.....couldn't ask for a better family vacation!!

Nice quiet private beach right across the street

Just across the street is a nice private beach, not crowded and very quiet! The home is very large and the bedrooms have more room than you know what to do with. The kitchen has everything you need, the keurig duo was a huge plus. Everything was very clean and tidy. Beach Luxury Vacations was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The guest app made things very simple. Thanks for great relaxing getaway.

We highly recommend this home and company to everyone!

We are so lucky to have found this home! It is just a few step to the private beach. We had such a relaxing vacation in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach equipment was a fabulous bonus, many beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, and kids toys. The home is very spacious and so amazingly clean! The management company was wonderful and so helpful with everything from check in, to boat rentals to restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend this home and company to everyone!

The property accommodated our family and friends very well. Loved the house and decor. Loved the location and privacy of the beach. The front porch was a great location for late evening cocktails. We were very disappointed in the studio. We expected something more updated, instead it seemed more like a 3 star rated accommodation. I think it needs an updated bathroom. Put in a request for maintenance on the shower drain in the bunkroom bath, to my knowledge, no one ever showed, we were able to correct the problem ourselves. The vent above the stove does not work, at least we weren’t able to get it to draw. In the carriage house, there seems to be a bug problem, we sprayed and they seemed to go elsewhere. Also, there were maggots in the grill and the automotive starter doesn’t work. Overall I would give it an A-, we will be back and will recommend highly.
