Tämä ylellinen Guadalupe-joen rannalla oleva ympäristö luo hemmotellun ylellisyyden ympäristön, joka ylittää Guadalupe-joen tavalliset hinnat. Tämä koti suunniteltiin kokoontumispaikaksi suurille ryhmille. Se sopii täydellisesti perhelomille, kokoontumisille, erikoistapahtumille, naisten, miesten ja pienyritysten retriiteille, hääille, kirkon kokouksiin, golfmatkoille, työpajoille tai klinikoille, pariskunnan viikonloppuihin ja muihin! Kuuluisalla "Hevosenkengän silmukalla" sijaitseva, kukkulalla istuva istuu tämä upouusi näyttävä koti. Se on suoraan joen yli Whitewater amfiteatterista. Whitewater on ulkona amfiteatteri luonnonkaunis Guadalupe-jokea pitkin, ja suurilla nimillä kuten Willie Nelson ja Texas Troubadours. (Vieraile Whitewater Amphitheatre -verkkosivustolla tulevia esityksiä varten)

Tässä talossa on kaikki tarvitsemasi täydelliseen pakoon! Siitä hetkestä lähtien, kun astelet sisäänkäynnin läpi, sinut huijataan! Tämä tilava koti tarjoaa korkeat katot, suuren avoimen pohjaratkaisun, täysin varustetun gourmet-keittiön, modernit kalusteet ja monia suunnittelijayhteyksiä. Alakerrassa on hienointa ylellisyyttä! Nauti upeista näkymistä Guadalupe-joelle neljän liukuvan lasioven ja runsaasti ikkunoiden läpi. Luulet näkeväsi kaksinkertaisen! Keittiössä on 2 jääkaappia, 2 pesuallasta ja 2 astianpesukonetta. Siinä on jopa "Sonic" jääpalakone !! Sinulla ja koko ryhmälläsi on runsaasti tilaa rentoutua kauniin mukautetun saaren, jossa on 10 baarituolia, tai suurten maatilatyylisten ruokapöydien, joissa on 10 paikkaa, ympärillä. Alakerrassa on 4 tilavaa makuuhuonetta, 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa 2 queen-size-vuodetta ja päälliköllä on king-size-vuode. Yläkerrassa on vielä 4 makuuhuonetta, joista on näkymät joelle. Kaikissa 8 erillisessä huoneessa on oma termostaatti ja oma kylpyhuone kaksoisallasineen, syvä kylpyamme / suihku ja wc sekä älytelevisiot. Astu ulkopuolelle ensimmäisen katetun terassin päälle propaanigrillillä tai kävele toisen tason terassille, jossa on hiiligrilli, rentoutua auringossa! Viikonloppuisin voit kuulla näyttelyn Whitewater amfiteatterissa heti takapihasta, voit jopa nähdä lavan! Jatka polkua omaan vesijohtoon! Aloita letkut täältä tai jäähdytä vain ja katsele mukuloiden kulkua. Kodin edessä on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa yhteensä 20 vieraalle. Tämä talo on hieno suurille ryhmille ja on todella ainutlaatuinen!

The kitchen was nice with huge center counter and enough spaces for our group of 14 people move around. The house is open floor plan, very nice for large group activities. Every room has its own bathroom that is a big plus for every family. The property well maintained and clean. Easy communicate with manager. We had a great time here.

Great rental for big groups!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent five nights at the White House on the Horseshoe for a family vacation and it was excellent! The location cannot be beat. You are steps from the river through your private access gate. Also, the part of the river you come out to is shaded with lots of space to lounge, and the water is deep enough in that area to swim or drop in on your tube. We were able to watch/listen to a concert at Whitewater from our balcony on Saturday. You can definitely hear the bass from inside the house with the doors closed, but it’s not overwhelming and did not interfere with those that went to bed before the show was over. The house itself was spotless with more than enough space for a big group. The fact that each room has its own bathroom and thermostat is a major plus. Our group spent much of our time sharing meals and doing puzzles on the long tables, and playing games or just chatting on the comfy sofas. We really enjoyed watching through the floor to ceiling windows as a storm rolled in on one of the days we were there. The only issues we had are that the cookware is pretty worn with the nonstick coating flaking off, and also there is no storage in the kitchen for pantry items or in the bedrooms for your clothes. Even so, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

Great Place for Large Family Events

Was in town for a family wedding and this property was perfect. Great kitchen and family room for gathering with the 30 of us that stayed at the house. Also really liked each of the 8 bedrooms had their own bathroom.

Perfect stay for a larger group or family.

We had a group of 25 and this was the perfect house for The Weeknd! You can’t beat the location and the River access was amazing . Highly recommend. The customer service was exceptional.

Great Easter Werkend!!

This house was just perfect for our large family! Had everything we needed and the kids loved playing in the River! All of the 8 bedrooms were large and perfect for families!!

Amazing property!

We absolutely loved everything about this beautiful property! It has everything you need and then some! The industrial size Sonic ice machine is the icing on the top!! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and each bedroom has its on en-suite full bath for privacy.

Perfect for family wedding

We had 8 adult couples staying there for a family wedding. It was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom and thermostat (which was a huge bonus for a family who can’t agree on temperature)! It could not have been a more perfect set up for us!

Had a fantastic time!! I wish the weekend could have been longer. Cant wait till next year.

Property was exactly as advertised. the ease to river was perfect for my group and the large kitchen/ dinning room made eating together such a great experience. I hope this will be our annually meet place moving forward. Only negative I have is that I wish there were darker curtains in each room. Thanks again

Love this House - Great for big groups

This was the second time our annual "5 families" trip stayed at this fabulous house. We had 20 people and it never got crowded. Great kitchen for cooking. Bedrooms are comfortable and spactious. But the very best part of this house is the location. You just walk down and float the Horseshoe. And if you're lucky, the Whitewater Ampitheater across the river has a band and you get free live music. Definately recommend this house!

Fantastic house

My husband and I took 26 of our young adults from our church for a retreat, and we had a blast as this home. Absolutely beautiful, looked exactly like the photos. Perfect location, extremely clean and organized. We loved having the 2 refrigerators, two dishwashers, 2 microwaves and the ice maker. The bedrooms were also ideal. Beautiful, excellent quality level, and we loved the individual bathrooms. Would def stay here again. Thank you for the opportunity to experience your home.

Hill Country Retreat on the Guadalupe

The White House allowed us to gather 6 children and 11 grandchildren under one roof with each each family in their own room with private bath. The large kitchen island and two fridges took the pressure off of food storage and meal preparation and the grandchildren loved sitting with their cousins on the benches at mealtime. The Sonic ice machine was amazing for daily excursions to Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake and just hanging out on the Guadalupe River. The best thing about family gatherings are the memories and the White House provided a great setting to make memories!

We appreciated how each room had it's own private restroom and thermostats. We had adults and children for this stay. Each family member/friend was able to have their own space. The location is ideal for enjoying the river view, fishing and hanging out. The kids caught fish and roasted marshmallows, the adults hung out inside and outside around the firepit. Linens were plentiful and the property was clean. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious and well located property.

The White House

Everything was awesome! Beds were super comfortable, and having a thermostat in each room was so wonderful! We use fans, so having one in each room was really great. I don’t know if it had been a while since the last cleaning, but I reached down under a bed into a cobweb. That was not good. It would’ve been nice to have salt, pepper, and sugar on hand, but we survived! Overall, we had a great time. It is a beautiful house!
