Huomaa: 4. yön ilmaista ei sovelleta joulun, uudenvuoden ja kevätloman aikana, ja kesällä 10%: n alennus maksetaan automaattisesti vähintään 7 yön oleskeluun 4. yön ilmaisen sijaan. 4. yön ilmainen, tarvittaessa, sisältyy automaattisesti hintaan.

Syksyllä 2019 historiallisesti kauhistuttava WIFI korvattiin kuidulla ja WIFI ei ole nyt vain luotettava, mutta nopeudet ovat nyt noin 50 MBS.

1100 neliömetrin 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen Cascade Village -huoneisto (yksikkö 350) on täydellinen kaikkina vuodenaikoina sijaitseva vuoristomaisema! Siinä on täydellinen keittiö, puu takka ja oma terassi, jossa on istuintaloja ulkona. Cascade Village sijaitsee alle 2 mailia pohjoiseen Purgatoryn (Durango Mountain Resort) hiihtoalueelta ja 25 mailia pohjoiseen Durangosta.

Tässä kauniisti sisustetussa yksikössä on avoin konsepti, jossa on mukavat kalusteet ja liinavaatteet, jotka kaikki edistävät sen lämpimää ilmapiiriä.

Cascade Village on alle 2 mailia pohjoiseen Durango Mountain Resortin hiihtokeskuksesta, 26 mailia (alle 30 minuuttia) Durangon pohjoispuolella ja 25 mailia etelään Silvertonista (alle 30 minuuttia).

Cascade Village -hotellin palveluihin kuuluu lämmitetty sisäuima-allas, sauna, ulkotiloissa / sisätiloissa olevat kylpytynnyrit, biljardipöytä, ulkotenniskenttä, suksivuokraamo ja ILMAINEN suksikuljetus Purgatory Resortiin.

Pysy kanssamme ja tarjoamme alennuksia sekä kesä- (koskenlasku, jeep-retket, ratsastus jne.) Että talvella (suksien / lumilautojen vuokraus (Cascade Villagessa), rekiretkiä, moottorikelkkaretkiä jne.).

Peruutusehdot: Varaus vaaditaan 300 dollaria. Tämä 300 dollarin maksu suoritetaan erääntyvälle summalle ja se palautetaan vain 72 tunnin kuluessa varauksen tekemisestä. Jos saapumispäivä on 45 päivän sisällä varauksesta, vaaditaan koko maksu kokonaisuudessaan varauksen yhteydessä. Peruutukset tai muutokset, jotka johtavat lyhentyneeseen oleskeluun ja jotka tehdään 45 päivän kuluessa saapumispäivästä, menettävät koko varauksen summan, kun taas peruutukset, jotka tehtiin yli neljäkymmentäviisi (45) päivää ennen saapumistasi, menettävät vain 300 dollarin maksu suoritettu varauksen yhteydessä. Winter vacation

Great spot for access to the mountain and ski resort. Condo was great, washer dryer in the condo was a plus. AWD helped with the ice conditions but most of the other people there did not have AWD, some were chained up so just be aware of the weather. Roads were cleared like clockwork early in the morning on grounds so the 24” of snow we got was not much of a factor- thankful for that snowplow guy, great work! And restaurant on site was great food, would highly recommend it.

The scenery here and the solitude was just what we were looking for. Although the pool and hot tub were closed, our family enjoyed the tennis court and grassy field which had two small soccer goals. Great family time. We enjoyed hiking to the very nearby Spud Lake and summer activities at Purgatory. Property was clean and kitchen had everything we needed.

Did contact rental company and they provided a comforter from Walmart clearance. It was not comfortable sleeping as the temperature was all over the place in the condo. We also asked for the 2nd paper towel roll that was supposed to be provided for and it never was given.

The unit was exactly as described, and it was very clean. We had no problems, so I cannot rate how well they would handle problems. I just know that it was a very carefree rental for us, and we would definitely rent again. They have a DVD (maybe Blu-ray) player that was not listed in the amenities. Streaming was very good, no buffering. Because the kitchen is so well equipped, they don’t have much cabinet space for groceries. So we pulled out the TV trays in the downstairs bedroom closet, placing them right at the snack bar, and that made up for the deficit of cabinet space.In short we were very pleased and have already recommended this place to friends.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the walkway to the condo had not been shoveled. Considering there had been 9" of snow was a slight issue. In looking for a shovel to help other people to avoid the problem I could not find one. The view was wonderful as was the comfort of the condo. In checking for the coffee for the next day a small, hotel size, bag was provided. In calling the service desk to ask about what was the schedule for the ski up I was told there is only one at 8:45 and another one for return to the condo from Purgatory at 3:15. In checking this out I was told Purgatory runs this and contact them, which I did. There are plenty of towels and bedding. There are no grocery stores close and one small bar two miles away has a food truck outside to buy something to eat. The television is streaminng only. This means you do not have any sports channels, national news CNN MSNBC, or channels like NBC, CBS, FOX. The parking underneath the units was nice as was the ski rental in the service building. Since the owner, who we have no idea who owns the condo, could not be contacted, I would recommend they have someone check on the cleanliness of the cleaners. There were dirty dishes in cupboard and the bathroom drain woukd not function.
