Keittiö on hyvin suunniteltu, jotta sitä voidaan kuljettaa helposti isolla baarilla ja ruostumattomalla laitteella. Varastoidaan pienillä laitteilla, leivänpaahtimella, tehosekoittimella, käsisekoittimella ja kahvipannulla. Kattilat ja pannut, leivonta-astiat, tarjoiluastiat ja lautaset. Kaikki tarvikkeet, joita tarvitset valmistaaksesi aterian, ja Bar b que: n takapihalla. Lisäksi lastenruoat ja muoviset patio- / kannettavarat sijaitsevat keittiössä.

Juuri keittiöstä on mutatila / pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, roikkuuvat koukut märille vaatteille ja kenkätila. Myös puoli kylpy helposti. Pehmeät rantapyyhkeet ja jääkaappi ovat kaapissa ja rantatuoleja pidetään isäntäkaapissa, nauti rannasta!

Takapihalla on ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettuja huonekaluja tai mukava kalusteella varustettu kansi, jolla voit nauttia milloin tahansa päivästä, levätä taaksepäin ja katsella auringonnousua yli kupillisen kahvia.


Näköalayhteisö kasvaa, ja loman aikana voi olla rakennustehtäviä. Rakennusajat vaihtelevat vuodenaikojen mukaan, mutta jäävät klo 7.00 a. m. - 6:00 p. m. arkisin ja klo 8.00 a. m. - 4:30 s. m. viikonloppuisin. Prime location and good layout

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at the lookout, first in Live Aloha. The layout worked very well for traveling with parents, two small children, and grandma and grandpa – everyone had their own space. We loved the front porch and happily spent hours relaxing, reading, and watching the Lookout happenings go by. Was sadly too hot to use the hot tub, but the vineyard pool is an easy two min walk. These older homes in the complex are starting to show a bit of wear and tear, and keypad lock was broken when we arrived – so we struggled to even get into the house at check in time. A super nice young man from maintenance was able to fix it that evening, but until then, we had to leave someone at the house so we didn’t get locked out. We also found a glass next to one of the beds that was growing mold that cleaning clearly missed – eekkkk. Again minor things, but reflective summer occupancy, fast turn-arounds for cleaning a whole house, and hard wear on the homes. Still worth it to come stay here for a few days.

Great location and comfortable

Very central location at the lookout overlooking the long grass park. Front row for slip & slide and wiffle ball tournaments. Covered seating on the veranda for afternoons and evenings, bistro table on the West side for morning coffee. Nice furnishings and appliances.

Best Family Vacation Yet

The table that seats 8 was great for family dinners. Everyone talked about how comfy the beds were and even the futon in the media room. Loved that this house is next to the grass field so we could drink our coffee on the porch while our little played in the grass. Also loved that the house was stocked with tons of games, kids toys, etc. we will definitely be staying here again.

We didn’t want to leave!

The back porch overlooked a big lawn with plenty of space for our kids to run and play and was easy for us to keep an eye on them. We had friends staying one house away from us and we felt very safe having our kids run back and forth from each house. We enjoyed the amenities so much that some of us never even left the LookOut property during our stay. The grounds and pool area were very clean and welcoming. They have shuttles to pick you up from designated spots and take you anywhere you need to go within the large property. The private beach was a favorite spot for us and was the perfect setting. We built so many memories and didn’t want to leave.

The home is very well maintained, very clean and comes with everything you can think of for cooking, towels, etc. Nice newer development with great walkability. Close to winery tasting rooms and town. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend others to stay here. The only downside is that there should be room darkening drapes in the master bedroom on the 1st floor. The lights from the neighbors porch shine in all night and when the sun comes up at 5:00 am it is extremely bright and hard to sleep. But that should not deter anyone from staying at this house.

The only thing that could've made it better if if the hot tub at the house was working. End of Summer Family Vacation

Beautiful House, Poorly Maintained

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after our check-in time, but staff were still cleaning up the property. No big deal, but they missed numerous pieces of trash in their hurry. Numerous small details like burned out bulbs were relatively quickly fixed by the property company after we called about it.However, we soon discovered the hot tub was not working; the water was cloudy and smelled terrible. They sent people out to work on it several times over the week we were there but couldn't get it working (said it was probably a bad logic board). My special needs daughter was so excited about this and it was a huge disappointment for her.The management company offered us a small PRE-tax refund that amounts to ~7% post tax (taxes are still paid on the full amount??). We asked for more since this is why we chose this property over other cheaper ones, but the manager needs to approve, and EVERY time we have called she is not there; we left a number several times and she NEVER calls back. No refund yet and it's been a month at this point.The property is lovely, if only it were taken care of.

Amazing house; Broken AC for 3 days

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful, comfortable, and an all-around pleasure to be in so I highly recommend booking it. However, the AC fan was fully broken upon our arrival. Two maintenance people came on day 1 and day 2 and didn't fix it. And then they proceeded to ignore the issue without any communication. We're talking it was 90-100 degrees the week we stayed following Memorial Day week. After some unpleasant conversations with the Lookout property management on day 3, they sent an actual AC expert who replaced the parts and fixed the issue. Being 8 months pregnant and in a boiling house was not fun. I will say that at as a last-ditch effort, they did offer some discounts which we did appreciate but 3 days of a 6 day vacation was spent in a very hot home.

Loved Cali Style 84 !

It’s in a great location within the complex about midway between the two pools and facing the grass lawn green belt where my granddaughter was able to run free. The house layout was perfect. In fact, we’re retired and looking to downsize and I’ve kept the home diagram in case we build. We loved the wrap around deck and having king beds in each of the bedrooms along with each bedroom having a bathroom. We aren’t TV watchers but those who are will appreciate a tv in every bedroom. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We plan on staying in this home next summer.

Exactly what we were expecting

Reviewer Comments: If you want to enjoy summer at 93 degrees at the private lake or two pools, and still enjoy a fresh and comfy house when you are back from fun outdoor activities then Cali-Style 84 will be exactly what you need. I guess the same will apply regardless of the temp outside (for example in Winter). House is placed in the best location of Lookout to avoid morning heat in the bedroom when still sleeping and evening heat when you want to be at the Jacuzzi or in the kitchen. Enough space for parking and the house includes everything you need for 4 days.
