"Meren tähti" - BEACHFRONT & WTRWAY NÄKYMÄT W / Htd. Pool, Prv. pääsy rannalle

"Meren tähti" on 4 Bdrms./3. 5 kylpyä kulmassa suoraan kadun toisella puolella merta, esteettömät näkymät ja pääsy yksityiselle rannalle. Ocean Blvd. W. - 1/2 mailin päässä sillasta, jossa on vaihtoehto lämmitettyyn yksityiseen uima-altaaseen. Suora näkymä rannalle on täysin auki ilman esteitä .. seuraat kirjaimellisesti aaltoja, jotka punoittavat surffailun hiekkaa! Kannen ympärillä on kääre (molemmissa kerroksissa edestä taakse)! Istu edessä kuistilla katsomassa ja kuunnellessasi suoraan edessäsi hiekkaa kaatuvia aaltoja tai istu peitetyllä takakuistilla, josta on näkymä uima-altaalle, tai tarkkaile veneitä kulkevan vesiväylän varrella. Äskettäin kunnostettu tänä talvena uusilla salin lattiapinnoilla, maalaamalla portaikkoa pitkin, ja päivitetty televisio isännässä, uudet terassit edessä kuistilla ja uudet ulkoasut.

Hyvä asia tässä kodissa on, että jos ranta on liian kuuma tai liian tungosta, suunnaudu omaan uimapaikkaasi yksityisyyden suojattuun takapihan keitaan. Rentoudu uima-altaan äärellä rauhallisessa ympäristössä, ui muutama kierros tai jopa pelata uima-allaskoripalloa yhdessä Holden Beachin saaren suurimmista uima-altaista!

Pysäköi autoilla kahdella sivulla kodin alla ja suunna sitten korallin ovelle, joka vie sinut viikon paratiisiin. Valitse yksi kahdesta makuuhuoneesta rannalle päin tai kahdesta takana olevasta kahdesta (yksi näköalalla uima-altaalle). Kahdessa neljästä makuuhuoneesta voi jopa kääriä kuistilla talon koko puolella, pohjoispäästä näkymä uima-altaalle. Kolmannella tasolla on avoin lattiakonsepti, jossa on puoli kylpyamme / olohuone / ruokasali, keittiön baarikeskuksen työtila ja iso keittiö, jossa on täysin astiat, lasit, työkalut, kattilat ja pannut. Mukava ruokakomero. Tai voit nauttia massiivisesta esiportaan tällä tasolla merinäköalalla tai kävellä käärekannen peittämällä takakuistilla uima-altaalle.

Jokaisessa huoneessa on kaapeli-tv. Smart TV Master Bdrm: ssä. Kirjat / pelit olohuoneessa. Ranta- / uima-lelut alemmassa ulkokäyttöön --- Muista puhdistaa ne ennen kuin laitat takaisin kaappiin. Ota WiFi koko kotona.

Allas puhdistetaan kerran viikossa ja valvotaan viikon puolivälissä (jos haluat lisää uima-altaan tarkkailua / puhdistusta, lisämaksusta). Tämä on yksi saaren suurimmista uima-altaista ja sitä voidaan lämmittää ..... KYSY LÄMMITYSKULUT VARAUKSEN AIKANA.

Tämä koti sijaitsee kulma-alueella ja on melko lähellä pääsisäänkäyntiä Holden Beachin saarelle. Se on 1/2 -3 / 4 mailin päässä Lasten puistosta, koripallokentistä, Holdenin rantakapelista, kaupungintalosta, postitoimistosta ja 3 ravintolaa (sijaitsevat saarella). Laituri on vain tien varrella noin. 1 maili. Useita muita ravintoloita, vesiliukumäkiä, putt-putt golf, kauppoja, jäätelöbaareja sillan yli. Holden Beach Island on upea ja hauska paikka luoda muistoja perheille ja muistuttaa niitä kesäloman päiviä.

What a wonderful vacation home . The house suited our needs perfectly. The view was phenomenal, the pool area was wonderful (very large pool, comfortable seating in both the sun and the shade), kitchen was well equipped. Loved the shade porch overlooking the pool. The hosts were available to answer any questions we would have and were very accommodating. It is a short walk to the beach and the beach cart and chairs provided by the hosts made everything easy.I guess the best recommendation is we are looking to rent again next summer.

Great Location and Beautiful Home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and convenient to shopping. The house is pleasantly decorated with open airy feel in the living area. Great view from front deck and nice seating area around to the rear of that deck. Pool was greatly enjoyed by the grandchildren, especially. While we did encounter a couple of issues at first. They were quickly resolved. Very attentive owner who strives to make your stay wonderful. Hope to come back in the future.

The Perfect Vacation

Amazing location in a great little beach town!

We had a great time during our stay here! It has all of the amenities we were looking for and the property owner was wonderful and communicated everything we needed to know. Even stopped by to start the pool heater which we really enjoyed, and worked with us on switching properties after a family illness prevented some guests from attending. So awesome to walk across the street to the private beach access! Will definitely stay again!

We spent most of our time on the back patio overlooking the beach with no obstructed views 🤩❤️. Owner was fast and helpful with all communication. Will go back!

Family vacation

We have never been to Holden Beach before and we absolutely fell in love with it! Our weather wasn’t that great but we managed to make the best of it. The pool was amazing and the house was plenty big for all of us. We can’t wait to make another visit next year!

Great getaway!

Great property for your vacation. Home was super clean, hosts were extremely responsive to communications, and check in/out was extremely simple. Quick note if you have little ones - make sure they don't drag their feet on the wood deck surrounding the pool. We came home with a handful of splinters!

Comfortable home in a great location!

We had a great time at Star of the Sea! The location is perfect and convenient to the beach, coffee shop, grocery store, etc. The view of the beach was great and House was comfortable for 2 vacationing families with young kids. We opted to pay for the heated pool since it was April and the heater worked well. Owner responded quickly to questions via text.

Great Family Vacation

We can't say enough about our family vacation. The property was perfect for the family - everything open and inviting along with a great pool. There were tons of toys and beach items that we really didn't need to bring anything. Communication with the owner was fast and handled any questions or needs that we have both before the trip and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with this house on Holden Beach. I rent a couple times a year typically at Emerald Isle. This was my first visit to Holden in over 30 years. This was the cleanest house that we have ever stayed in. This was a family trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very spacious living area and beautiful views.

2023 Holden trip

Lovely view, spacious living area, well appointed Pool was wonderful, kids loved it. Lots of room for whole family 10 of us) I love to shell and walk to east inlet was a great vacation We usually rent oceanfront but none was available for our size group. This provides perfect unobstructed view of ocean and a very short walk to the beach. Would definitely come again

Great house on Holden Beach

Great house right across from beach. Big pool that the kids loved. Holden Beach is great because it’s really only residents that can goto the beach so it’s not crowded. The Star of The Sea has everything you need and a open view of the ocean (lot across street is empty so perfect view). Hosts were very responsive and everything went smooth. Thanks for a nice holiday.
