TÀmÀ upouusi kaksikerroksinen koti sisÀltÀÀ kaiken, mitÀ voit kysyÀ rannalta! Koti on kÀÀnteinen pohjapiirros, jossa on suuret kannet ja variksenpesÀ nauttiaksesi upeista ranta nÀkymistÀ. Sijainti on kaikki, koska sinulla on lyhyt kÀvelymatka kadun lopussa sijaitsevalle yksityiselle rannalle. KÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ on saaren ravintoloita, leikkipaikka koripallokentÀn kanssa, karkkikauppa ja jÀÀtelökauppa.

Koti tarjoaa yhteensÀ 5 makuuhuonetta alla esitetyn mukaisesti. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyamme ja kaikissa huoneissa on 43 tuuman LED-Smart TV, paitsi huone, jossa on pankot. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös pÀÀsy ulkopuolella olevaan kannelle.

YlÀkerrassa sijaitseva keittiö on avoin ja ilmava ruostumattomalla laitteella, graniittitasolla ja keskisaarella, jossa baarituolit 4 hengelle. Keittiö varustetaan kauniisti kaikella, mitÀ tarvitset aterioiden luomiseen talossa. Ruokasalissa on iso avoin ikkuna nÀkymien ottamista varten ja pöydÀssÀ on istumapaikat 8-10 henkilölle.
Keittiön vieressÀ on kauniisti sisustettu olohuone, jossa on 65 "LED-Smart TV.

EnsimmÀinen kerros yhdessÀ kolmen makuuhuoneen kanssa lisÀÀ toisen perhehuoneen, jossa on 65 "LED-Àlytelevisio, jotta lapsilla olisi oma henkilökohtainen tila. Olohuoneessa on myös vedettÀvÀ sohva ylimÀÀrÀistÀ nukkumatilaa varten ja minibaarilla varustettu baarikeittiö.

EhkÀ tÀmÀn suunnitelman paras ominaisuus on talon takana olevat suuret kannet, joista on nÀkymÀt uima-altaalle ja joista on upeat nÀkymÀt merelle. Alakerra on tÀydellinen niille, jotka haluavat pÀÀstÀ pois auringosta ja nauttia valtameren tuulasta luettaessa kirjaa tai torkuttaessa pÀivÀÀ pois. We all had a wonderful time. It had plenty of space for our party of 14. The kids loved the hot tub and the heated pool. The elevator was perfect for one that recently had surgery and couldn’t do the steps well. We had plenty of pots and pans so we could prepare Thanksgiving meal for everyone. And the owner was wonderful to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. He was really quick getting back to us. We would definitely recommend him and would love to stay with him again.

Beautiful home! The kichen is stocked well, rooms are spacious with great attached bathrooms, the pool area is fabulous with the bar area and hot tub shaded, and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive. The elevator was helpful to get luggage and groceries to the upper levels. I would definitely recommend!

Great Family Beach Getaway

We had a great time for a week with 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-16). The house was great: clean and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and back yard were great when we weren't at the beach, just a few steps down from the property. Already considering coming again!

A Perfect Getaway for Our Group

There were 6 adults in our group. There were supposed to be 8 but one couple had to back out at last minute. Even if they had come, there would have been plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was roomy enough for a few of us to work at meal prep at the same time. The pool area, hot tub and tiki bar were all an added bonus. We loved the proximity to the beach access, too. And let’s not forget the elevator to bring groceries and coolers up from the bottom floor. Many great memories were made here! We’d love to go back!

Beautiful home, excellent location!

This is a beautiful home, well-suited for our family of 5. The location is excellent - a 2-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to the basketball court and 10-minute walk to Sunset Slush. Excellent communication with the owner. We hope to be back!

Perfect beach house for family/ friends

We rented this property to celebrate my birthday. I came with my family (two kids) and met up with my four best friends and their families (including 2 other kids). The house was perfect. There was space for everyone to be comfortable, come together for rowdy meals, and sit alone on a porch and read. The beach is a house away, so we rolled down with tons of toys from the house and had a blast (while still being able to come back for the inevitable bathroom breaks with kids!). The pool was perfect while the younger kids were napping. It was heated and we all were happy to spend hours in it with a few trips to the hot tub. The house was well equipped with cooking dishes/ needs. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. We would love to come back to Holden beach and would absolutely stay here again!!

Absolutely Wonderful

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house! The house itself was beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was a favorite of the kids, while the adults preferred the hot tub! The short walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. Being so close to the bridge was definitely a major plus!! This was our family's 11th trip to Holden Beach and this house is definitely one of our very favorites. I was a little concerned about being on the 3rd row, but the walk to the beach was shorter than some of the oceanfront houses we have stayed at in the past. We look forward to staying here again!!

Family Vacation

This house is great to accommodate large families! We had 4 families with children ranging ages from 3-18 & they were all entertained the entire time. The kids loved the heated pool & hot tub, the adults enjoyed the tiki bar area & lounge chairs. The beach is super close & this house has plenty of chairs, sand toys, & carts to make the short walk a breeze. The teenagers loved being able to take a short walk tor he beach to go fishing. All bedrooms are fully equipped with linens & towels & comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. We loved sitting in the crows nest in the morning while enjoying our coffee. 10/10 house & accommodations, we would definitely stay again!

Exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. As two families traveling with 5 teenage boys 13-16 years old, we never quite know how things are going to work out. The house is in a great location that allows for views of the ocean and the inter coastal water way. The teenagers could walk to the beach and we could still see them from the crows nest. The owner was up front that he couldn’t guarantee pool heat for our March stay (uncertain weather/air temp) but we rolled the dice and went for it anyway. We had some super windy days, a drizzly one, and a rainy one, yet the younger teens were delighted to have a warm pool to enjoy each day. The elevator was awesome for moving luggage and groceries as needed. We had two questions that required communication with the owner throughout our 7 day stay and he was readily available and helpful. Location & House Perfect!

We had a weeklong Friendsgiving with 7 adults, 8 children. The house was clean, open with everything you'll need in the kitchen. The hot tub and pool was a favorite. Only challenge was frig space but could be solved in a mid week run vs getting a weeks worth of food on day one. We loved the house and can't wait to book again! Host was quick to support our questions!

Beautiful home, beautiful views

Owner was very communicative and professional. The house was beautiful, and the ocean view from the kitchen was phenomenal. Even saw dolphins a few mornings! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, fully stocked house. Do be prepared to climb stairs (even though there is an elevator) and enjoy the stars from the crow's nest.

Loved the location & amenities!

We had a fabulous beach trip! Young kids (toddler bed and bunk beds were perfect) up to 70+yo grannies with mobility issues (elevator was clutch!), and everyone enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room, heated pool was used frequently by the littles, only got to enjoy the hot tub one night, but Wow!, and the location -- beach an easy stroll for eveyone (with beach cart and chairs provided), and the view from any level of the house was gorgeous, sunsets from the crows nest were tops. We also used the community playground nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Shae was easy to communicate with and a great host. Look forward to return trips!

Our family loves to travel! We have been blessed with two athletic boys who give us a chance to watch ice hockey and lacrosse in many states and in multiple Canadian cities. We have lived almost all our lives in North Carolina, and certainly call the NC beaches our second home. We spend all the time we can (when not at work or school) at the coast, and are happy to get to share this piece of our happiness with your family.

This house gives families the balance of convenience and quiet. When we are at Holden, we don't drive anywhere - we walk to the island restaurants and to get candy or Italian Ice... we walk to the basketball court and playground... we walk to the pavilion for summer concerts.... and we get onto the beach just across Ocean Blvd. But we are just distanced enough from the bridge and the incoming / outgoing traffic flow that we have quiet days and nights and are completely comfortable with our daughter (who is 7) riding her bike up and down the street.

Why is this rental unique? In our travels, we hate hassle. Dragging beach chairs and toys; the stacks of beach towels; a pack and play or high chair while our kids were small. So our goal in this house is to cover that effort for you. As part of your rental price, we provide beach and household towels, child sleeping arrangements, special seating for your youngest guests (high chair and booster seat), beach chairs, sand and pool toys, a beach cart - hopefully everything you will need to enjoy your vacation without the work of bringing everything you own! And - if we have forgotten something or an item that would be of added value to you or something you need is in disrepair - PLEASE give us a call so we can address it immediately. This added benefit is our way of trying to make your vacation easier and more enjoyable!
