Pelaa taloa seuraavien tyttöjen pakopaikkana tai perheen yhdistämisessä tässä kaksikerroksisessa Savannah-huoneistossa jopa kuudelle Lucky-vieraalle. Tämä koti on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Forsyth Parkin suihkulähteestä ja lähellä Savannahin nähtävyyksiä, kuten rouva. Wilkes, Green-Meldrim-talo, Crystal Beer Parlor ja Alex Raskinin antiikkiesineet. Riverfront on lyhyt 12 minuutin kävelymatka, City Market ja Broughton Street vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Todellisessa Savannah-muodissa ensimmäinen taso alkaa puoli portaita kadulta. Anna labi, koristeltu omistajan antiikki-kokoelman ja hienon Kiinan kanssa. Ruokailuhuone sijaitsee aivan labin edessä ja istuu jopa kuudelle henkilölle. Keittiö istuu aivan ruokasalissa ja siinä on kaikki olennaiset osat, joissa on astianpesukone, jääkaappi, liesi ja pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Kotiin takana on valoisa ja hyvin sisustettu oleskelutila. Vetäytyvä sohva ankkuroi huoneen runsaalla paikalla istua ja siemailla! Vieraat voivat käyttää suosikki-suoratoistokanaviaan taulutelevisiossa tai nauttia peruskaapelikanavista. Puoli kylpy on aivan olohuoneen ääressä.

Yläkerrassa, kolme muuta sänkyä ja kylpyamme. Sohva on yksityisessä nurkassa portaiden yläosassa, ja ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa aivan nurkan takana. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on Queen-pylvässänky ja kaunis yksityisen taiteen kokoelma. Pakkaa matkalaukkuasi antiikkikalustelta ja nauti ruuhkautumaan hotellihuoneisiin pitkän päivän lopussa.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja vaatehuone. Vieraiden käytettävissä on myös taulutelevisio, joka on asennettu sängyn yli. Täysi kylpyamme - jaetaan molemmissa makuuhuoneissa - on salin päässä. Kylpyamme / suihku yhdistelmä on täydellinen nuoremmille vieraille ja laaja turhamaisuus tekee valmiiksi tuulta.

Vieraat voivat myös nauttia yksityisestä pihasta, joka on jaettu puutarhatason vuokralaisille. Ota kiinni vanhojen ystävien ja perheen kanssa pullon viiniä samalla, kun cicadas laulavat kesäaikaan. Kun on aika tutustua kaupunkiin, päästä muutaman korttelin eteläpuolella Forsyth Parkin kuuluisan suihkulähteen kuulemiseen. Koska pohjoiseen tulet törmännyt moniin Savannahin paikallisiin kauppoihin, kahviloihin ja ruokapaikkoihin.

Great rental spot for a girls weekend

Perfect location, great apartment with all the space and amenities needed for a perfect weekend. Beds were comfy, the apartment was clean and the location was so easy to walk to almost everything we wanted to do.

Perfect location, furnishings, and experience

Very impressed with cleanliness, furnishings, and overall experience. Easy check in/out. The decor made it feel like we were staying in a classic Savannah apartment. The books on the coffee table and bookshelf were perfectly curated. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely look to book with Lucky Savannah in the future.

Incorrectly Advertised

Listed as a 3/2. The “third bedroom” is a small office at best with a small uncomfortable daybed. The reason we wanted a 3/2 was to put our 2 year old in a crib in his own room, where he sleeps best. (We already had a 5 month old in her own crib in our room)Standard size Crib (foldable) did not fit in this room and he had to sleep in the master joined closet to second bedroom. He heard the baby all night and kept us and mother in law up all night! Not a great experience. Be warned, it is a solid 2/2.5 bedroom.

Great place

Location is wonderful, unit itself is very pleasant, two big bedrooms and one tiny one, be careful with all the stairs (can be tough tor people with knee issues), the front key lockbox can be a bit tricky to open and there is just one key. Well stocked with tea and snacks. Trash bins/dumpster behind the building. Monterey Square and the Mercer House are right there. Forsyth Park also super close. Walk on Jones St. It is worth it! Highly recommend Repeal 33 for dinner. Maybe woulf be good to provide 2 large clear umbrellas to use. Also some bathroom soap. Easy to get to River St. Overall this place was great...beautiful, safe, convenient!!

Historic Savannah “Lucky” Stay

20 min. Walk to River Street. Beautiful walks through Forsyth park located at the corner of this property. We were barely in the townhouse during our trip, but the accommodations and location cannot be beat!

This home is tucked in a quiet little area in Savannah Georgia. Our family of three stayed here. Lots of room. Very clean and beds slept well. Love all the charm! Be ready to walk the stairs coming and going from the street to the upstairs entrance. Great exercise! You can’t go wrong staying here! Three bedrooms and one and a half baths. Even a great little area down below to enjoy your coffee, tea, water or whatever floats your boat! Enjoy!!

Stairway to heaven!!

This place is so beautiful! My mom, sister and I really enjoyed this place. It had everything we needed for our stay. There are quite a few stairs to get to the unit, but we really didn’t mind that at all for such a nice place. Super close to Forsyth park and all my favorite spots in Savannah!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was literally walking distance to everything. The property management company was super responsive. The apartment was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

I was in Savannah on a research trip and this place was within 5 minutes of everywhere I needed to go. It is literally up the street from the Georgia Historical Society and 4 minutes the Bull Street Library. It is also walking distance from City Market. I would definitely book this place again.
