Pysy Lucky Savannahilla: Bright Historic Row-home minuutin päässä Forsythista!

Tämä valoisa ja tilava kolmen makuuhuoneen koti sijaitsee Habersham Streetillä, ja se sijaitsee Savannahin puiden reunustaman asuinalueen keskellä. Vain itään Forsyth-puistosta, Savannahin suurimmasta viheralueesta, hotellissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset todella rentouttavalle lomalle Savannahissa. Tämä tilava koti on päivitetty modernin matkustajan tarpeisiin, mutta rakennettu vuonna 1900, Queen Anne -tyylinen arkkitehtoninen koti oli yksi suosituimmista arkkitehtonisista tyyleistä, jotka tulivat esiin viktoriaanisen aikakauden aikana.

Syötä aulassa, jossa olet tervetullut korkeisiin kattoihin ja kehystettyyn taideteokseen. Aivan eteisen vieressä pääset muodolliseen olohuoneeseen, joka on kodin edessä. Vieressä on ruokasali, jossa on istumapaikat neljälle Lucky-asiakkaalle ja baari-cart, joka sopii illallis cocktaileille! Siirtyminen kodin takaosaan, keittiö tarjoaa ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita ja kaiken mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon herkullisen aterian. Keittiön ulkopuolella on oma piha, joka sopii erinomaisesti aamukupille joe- tai ilta-lasillista viiniä.

Sijaitsee kodin toisessa kerroksessa, ja löydät kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, jossa on runsaasti kaappitilaa ja oma kylpyhuone. Aivan aulan alapuolella on huone, jossa queen-vuode ja Queen-vuodesohva (valokuvat tulossa pian!). Kodin edessä, kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on Twin ja Trundle.

Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä keskustan sydämestä tämä koti on ihanteellinen matkailijoille, jotka haluavat jäädä puiden reunustamalle, hiljaisemmalle asuinalueelle kaupungin uhraamatta mukavuutta. Head West ja ruokaile joissakin kaupungin parhaista ravintoloista, kuten 700 Drayton, Fox & Fig ja Hitch. Koska pohjoispuolella kohti Broughton Street, vieraat voivat tehdä ostoksia he putoavat eri paikallisten jälleenmyyjien, kuten Pariisin Market & Brocante, 24e, ja shopSCAD muutamia. Vieraat ovat noin 15-20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä joen eteläpuolelta, 10-15 ja kaupungin markkinat sekä nopeat 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Forsyth-puistosta.


Voimme toivottaa koirankumppanisi tervetulleeksi tähän lemmikkieläinystävälliseen kotiin, mutta pyydä, että löydät muita järjestelyjä kissoille, linnuille ja muille karvaisille ystäville. Lemmikkieläinmaksu on 75 dollaria (ei palauteta) per koira, jonka maksimipaino on 35 lb koiraa kohden ja 2 koiraa rajaa kohti. Jotkut asunnot voivat sallia suurempia koiria, kysy lisätietoja.

What a charming and well appointed house! Kitchen set up was wonderful and so easy to cook in with everything at our fingertips. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We felt right at home. The location was within walking distance to everything with a Kroger just a block away. We highly recommend staying here and would love to rent it again next year!

The house was great for the 5 of us women. Plenty of room. The management company was super responsive when we requested xtra towels. Check in was easy. They let us store our bags until we could get into the property. The showers could have used a deeper clean they were somewhat dirty, and the house itself had a lot of decorations. All these areas were super dusty. Felt a little unclean.

Great location! Easy walk to Forsyth park and historic district. Easy communication with host when we had a small snafu with water temperature - they sent someone over same day. It was lovely having laundry available. The entire stay was seamless.

Good location next to grocery, spirits store and local coffee shop. Less than a mile from port and river which was nice for walks. Only recommendation is house could use a few more linens in kitchen.

Weekend in historic Savannah

Just popped in for a quick weekend in SAV to visit family and found just the right place to hit all the top spots within walking distance. The house was two levels with the bedrooms on the top floor. Well laid out kitchen and precious side porch for long chats. Bonus points was the Kroger which is only a block away if you should need anything.

Great weekend

My wife and in-laws had a great extended weekend. The location was on a very pretty street and there was plenty of room for everyone. There’s a nice coffee/ cafe one block down and the park is just 3 blocks away. It’s a quick Uber drive to get downtown. The property has all of the amenities and very thoughtfully decorated. The upstairs en-suite bathroom was great, the shower floor appeared stained and the shower door doesn’t close properly. Despite that, I would highly recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely historic home in a nice location but a few things need some attention for the rate you are charging. The first thing we noticed as we arrived is the cigarette smoke smell downstairs especially in the kitchen. Very off putting, especially when wanting to cook and eat in there. We had to purchase a few candles and keep lit all weekend to help with the smell. The listing says there are 2 full bathrooms on 2nd floor. Not true. There is an ensuite master bath but only a tight 1/2 bath as the 2nd to service the other 2 BR's upstairs. You have to go downstairs to first floor to find a small corner shower to bathe. Definitely inconvenient and misleading. Both guest bedrooms need bedside tables and a reading lamp. No where to put anything you might need at night and no way to read in the bedrooms at all. The shade in the twin room needs fixing or replacing and the master shower has a good bit of mold on the white tile grout. The couch in the living room needs some throw pillows. It is pretty uncomfortable without. Also noticed some black dog hair throughout the house. All in all, it was clean, beds were comfortable, house is nicely furnished and decorated.

Great Stay!

We spent 5 days at this beautiful property on Habersham! We loved it! It had all of the amenities that we were looking for. Lots of space, easy to entertain in. And it is so close to the park! We look forward to staying there again!

However, there appeared to be cameras in various places throughout the home, and the smell of the dogs they own was pungent. This made us feel as if we were being watched and the smell posed an allergy flair up for one of the guests. My daughter used her points through marriott to book this home and I don't feel it was completely worth it

Savannah Family Trip 2024

The location of this property is awesome for historical walks and tours. We were able to walk to the market and River St within 20 minutes with great stops and scenery along the way. There were 3 cars in our party and we had no problem parking. The kitchen is great for preparing meals. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was a combo of old Savannah flavor/beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were offered a few options and then some more as we were looking for some specific requirements regarding location and # of bedrooms & bathrooms. This property, the best of those offered, had everything except the listing noted only an ensuite bathroom upstairs on the bedroom level, which we were not pleased about. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find an additional 1/2 bath and suggest this important detail be added to the listing info. We were delighted with everything about this property - especially the owner's decor. There was lots of art and items presumably collected from all over the world and it was all lovely to look at. Also, the place was very clean and well appointed with good bedding and everything we needed. So - 1 star for the management company for not giving us the place we booked and it appearing that we would be compromising on what we wanted. 5 stars for them being communicative and helpful - averages to 3 stars..

Good location

The property was comfortable and in a convenient location. Fees added on top of the nightly rate (management fee, cleaning fee) were rather high when compared to the reasonable nightly rate.
