Tämä kodikas vesivärivaunurakennus, joka on hiljaisesti päärakennuksen vieressä, on lyhyt kävelymatka / pyöräretki Vesiväri-altaisiin, järvelle, pyöräteille ja lahdelle (5 minuutin kävelymatka Camp Watercoloriin, 20 minuutin kävelymatka / pyörä rannalta). Tämän kauniisti varustetun vaunutalon avulla voit ottaa kaiken mitä Watercolor tarjoaa. Se on täydellinen pakopaikka parille, joka haluaa paeta, sopii ystävien tarpeisiin matkalla tai pienelle perheelle, jossa on tilaa parille pienelle lapselle (jossa on tilaa pinnasängylle)! Täydellinen keittiö on ihanteellinen nopeaan ateriaan, jossa on liesi, uuni ja ylimääräinen vastatila, ja siinä on täysikokoinen jääkaappi, pesuallas ja mikroaaltouuni. Täysi kylpyhuone sisältää suihkun, kylpyammeen ja suuren pesuallasalueen.
Vaunutalo on rauhallisessa nurkassa vaiheessa II, ja siitä on näkymät kauniille lampille. Olemme askeleen päässä Camp Watercolorista, Publixistä ja Pizzasta meren rannalla.

Vain yksi kärry voidaan vuokrata per koti ja vuokrat myönnetään ensin tullutta palvellaan ensin.

Polkupyöränvuokrausta voi ostaa 30A: n pyörävuokraamolta, Watercolor Resort & Seaside Transit Authorityltä.

** Rantaklubin rakennuspäivitys - Olemme ilo ilmoittaa, että WaterColorin rantakerho laajenee tarjoamaan kaksi uutta uima-allasta, ravintola, jossa on istuimet sisä- ja ulkotiloissa, baarialue ja paljon muuta! Rantakerhon vaiheen 1 odotettu valmistumisaika on loppukesä 2019.

** Camp WaterColor -päivitys - ilmoitamme innostuneena, että Camp WaterColor (vain 2 korttelin päässä!) on auki! Se sisältää 3 yhteensä uima-allasta, laiska joki sekä ruoka- ja juomapalvelu.

** Tarjoamme saapuessasi vieraskortteja, jotka tarjoavat pääsyn kaikkiin akvarellipalveluihin (uima-altaat, laiska joki, rantakerho jne.). Perfect location for our fall break trip. Had everything we needed. We only ate breakfast at the carriage house, so didn’t do big dinners, but the kitchen was equipped for what we needed.

This is a basic unit. It is okay, but not nearly as nice as other carriage houses we have stayed at in Watercolor that have high end materials and larger spaces with walk in showers, walk in closets, etc. The attention to cleanliness was disappointing. The toilet had mildew growing in it, the floor had sand on it (there is no broom or swiffer), and there was quite a bit of trash on the ground around the trashcans and stairway, which was not present at other units on the same street. The owner or management company needs to inspect before new tenants arrive to ensure it is clean.

30A Vacation

We love our vacations to 30A and the overall watercolor community. I loved that this location was so close to several of our favorite places. we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the carriage house, the floor was full of sand, there was dust everywhere (in corners, on the walls, doorframes)

Perfect size for couples and young family

The property is in a perfect location for a couple who doesn’t need a full house or a young family. We stayed with our infant, 3 and 5 year old and the two older ones loved having a room with the futon to sleep together and not be far. The location was well situated near Camp Watercolor. It was very clean and organized and had all the things we needed for our stay. The host was quick to reply and answered all of questions before arrival. Check in and out was very easy. We would 100% stay again and recommend this place to family and friends

This carriage house was exactly as described and pictured. Perfect stay for my husband and I. Enjoyed the quiet street with nice trees and pond out back. Great location to Publix and Seaside too.

30A lover

I’ll start by saying we love 30a, especially Watercolor. We have been multiple times. It is a magical place. This, however, is the first property I would NOT stay at again. Pros-watercolor is exceptional. Multiple pools that are heated. Very Bikable. Family friendly golf cart community -property location is great. All of watercolor is pretty great honestly. We’ve never stayed in a bad watercolor location. -the bunk beds were in a separate room from the adult bed. This was nice with separate bedtimes. Not all carriage houses have this set up and was actually the reason I booked this property -ceiling.fans are nice. Also a little fan to put by bed was available. -host accommodated early and late check inCONS-this property did not meet the watercolor standards we are used to. Properties in this area are high end, immaculate, and magazine worthy. I sort of knew it wasn’t AS nice based on pictures, but it looks better in pictures than it is. Definitely not a posh getaway -there is no dishwasher, washer/dryer, golf cart, or bikes. This WAS in the listing, but I missed this from other properties. -lastly, and most importantly, it was gross. There was mold in the shower. Hair/shaving on the wall in the shower. Dirty bathroom floors. My 9 year old commented. I sent pictures. They thought late check out would make up for it. They need a management company who can monitor and is aware of area standards for both cleanliness and design.

The best for small families

We love staying where with our family of 4. We can cook if we want, bring all our food, and close the door to the kids room when it’s time for bed. The host is so responsive and this year we took advantage of the chairs they supply! This is a wonderful way to visit watercolor and get all the benefits with a small family. We brought our own bikes and bikes everywhere! This is our second year at this exact property and we will be back!

Fun time

Nice property as advertised. We had air conditioning issues and no parts available but owner stepped up. It needs a better house cleaning service. We had a great time and used it as an overflow apartment for bigger family house. Do not plan on cooking meals as the kitchen is small and not stocked well. Bring your own salt and pepper, bicycles and laundry Matt. :)

Watercolor little gem

It was perfect for us. If you want the amenities of the Watercolor community (beach club and camp watercolor) but don’t need a full home, this place is perfect. The bedroom/bunk room was larger than expected. It was like a large hotel suite with a kitchen. The previous reviews are accurate and helpful. (For example, the ice maker is loud, but just turn it off and you won’t hear it). The location was ideal and host very responsive to the one question we had. We are a family of four and for a family it is a little small, but If you plan to be outside most of the time, and we were, it was perfect.

Great WaterColor Stay

We loved our Spring Break family getaway to WaterColor! Staying in the carriage house was an affordable way for us to experience the many WaterColor amenities and a fine size for our small family. We rented bikes for a week from Shoreline Beach Services, and they even delivered them. The house is a short walk or bike ride to Camp WaterColor, where we enjoyed daily visits to the children’s pool and lazy river. We also biked to the Beach Club and Seaside. The house is clean and cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a convenient home for a great WaterColor stay.

The best place!

This is our 2nd time to stay at the carriage house. We love this place! It is the perfect size, so clean, has everything you need for a beach getaway. Bianca is so quick to respond and very helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to Camp Watercolor! We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay in Watercolor/Seaside area..

My husband and I just got back from our trip. The carriage house is amazing! It was perfect for my husband and I. We will be bringing our two kids next time to enjoy the bunk beds. Easy walk to Camp Watercolor. Bianca, was so responsive throughout our stay. Can't wait to come back!

Great way to visit watercolor on a budget!

This place is perfect for a small family to visit watercolor without paying the high prices of a house! It worked great for our family of 4. However, there were a few things that would have been helpful to know ahead of time and a few things that could easily be fixed. No Hand / dish towel in kitchen Coffee pot is miniature- makes only 4 cups Cutlery is a mess, and probably not enough stuff to do much cooking beyond scrambled eggs. So if you’re going to do much cooking, you’d need to bring some things of your own. Ice maker is a very loud and is on the same room as bed, so it has to be turned off at night. Not enough plates and bowls for more than four people or one meal - no dishwasher so hand wash only. Refrigerator and stove not wiped down Strong bad odor in under-sink cabinet; trap smells funny and no disposal…smells continued to leach out during trip. Each entry you were hit with the off smell. The owner graciously explained this was because of Florida water, but because the sink is in the main sleeping area, this was off putting. Back porch wasn’t clean - dirty napkins on the porch upon arrival. No dish rag or scrub brush to do dishes Overall, we’d come back to this spot for sure! It was perfect for our family but needs a few fixes to really feel comfortable and relaxing.

Cozy corner at the beach

Very cute apartment with just enough space for our family of four (two adults, an infant, and a small child). Excellent air conditioning and all appliances worked well. We especially loved the spacious tub/shower. Easy walk to Camp Watercolor which was a lot of fun for the kids. Also not too far to walk to the little shopping area with restaurants and the beach. Owner was SO responsive throughout our stay and in preparation before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful property and beautiful cottage! It was just like the description. The area and house were SO peaceful and so perfect for me, my husband and our two girls. My girls loved the bunk beds and it was so quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay here! The host was always so responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Nice carriage house and in a good location. It's hard to tell the next stair from the other when walking down so recommend taping/painting a strip in the top end to keep from falling/tripping. The A/C unit is noisy when it comes on and tended to wake us up at night.

A simple stay in Watercolor/Seaside area…

The carriage house was simple and perfect for the 2 of us. We rented bikes and traveled by bike everywhere. The only thing that could have been better is that the place had ‘real’ tv/cable. Even when I travel I like to turn on the news to see what’s happening in our world even while away on vacay. Good price/quiet location/no problems at all. The property manager person, Bianca, was super accommodating which made things even better!
