TÀmÀ vuonna 2002 rakennettu 1 331 neliön jalka koti sijaitsee vain yhden mailin pÀÀssÀ rannasta! Asuin melko umpikujaan naapuriin, tÀmÀ talo on tÀydellinen perhelomailuun. KeskeisellÀ paikalla sijaitseva talo on lÀhellÀ supermarketteja, ostosmahdollisuuksia, puistoja, keskustaa ja viheralue on vain 0. 5 mailin pÀÀssÀ. MonikÀyttöinen polku Jasmine Street -kadulla tekee siitÀ helpon, turvallisen ajomatkan rannalle. Koti sisÀltÀÀ 3 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuoneissa on kuningas, kuningatar ja kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta. SiellÀ on kiinnitetty kahden auton autotalli pitÀÀksesi ajoneuvosi lÀmmön ulkopuolella! Nauti siitÀ grillistÀ takapihan patioilla. Talo on varustettu kaikella mitÀ tarvitset: kaapeli, HBO, nopea internet, pyyhkeet, kahvinkeitin, keittiötarvikkeet ja paljon muuta!

My whole family (5 of us) felt comfortable and safe. The house was stocked with all the necessary essentials and a few extras too! Conveniently located to beach , shopping and all the fun things to do. Located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. I highly recommend staying here as Patrick is a most excellent host!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was awesome. The house was spacious and the fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. The two car garage was perfect for our 65 GTO that we brought down for a car show. We could walk to the beach and nature trails. Super close to downtown.

Family visit

We came up to Fernandina for Dickens on Centre and found this cute place to stay so we didn’t have to drive far. It’s very convenient to shopping, the beach and downtown Fernandina.

Not clean and old

Older home. Master king bed is old, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Beds all had dust and dead cockroaches under them. Killed 5 cockroaches while staying there 3 weeks.

Business vacation

The property was as shown on VRBO. Good location to walk or bike, easy access to nature trails or the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great. Our dog loved the fence in yard.

Property as described

Communication with the host was excellent! Check in was no problem The house was as described with a big fenced yard for the dogs in a local residential neighborhood . We ran into an issue with the air conditioning and the owner had the ac repair fellow out there three times on a Saturday to get it resolved. Although we were inconvenienced by this technical issue I found the owner to be empathetic and understanding and would definitely rent here another time in the future

Needs updating

The property owner was very helpful and they had everything you would need for a stay. The property is quite dated and needs updating and the backyard needs some work. The house was clean, so no issues there, but updates to kitchen, backyard, lighting inside and out back is needed for sure.

Great house

The house was just as advertised. It had everything we needed and was in a safe neighborhood with a close to downtown location. Check in/out was a breeze and the fenced yard was great for our dog. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Perfect house for us

We had a great stay here! The house had a great layout for our family, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, garage was a great place for the kids to play and ride bikes. We were able to walk to the beach one day. The house was well located and on a quiet street.

Family Winter Escape

Fernandina Beach house

We really enjoyed renting this house for our annual car show trip to Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island! The house was spacious; we were even able to park our Corvette in the garage! The house was well stocked with kitchen items, coffee supplies, beach supplies, games and puzzles. The beach was within walking distance (a mile or so) and downtown was so close. Thanks to the owner for an enjoyable stay!

Fernandina Beach

We come there every year and have for the past 0 years. Usually rent a condo, but wanted more parking and privacy. This rental was perfect and we enjoyed it so much. It was quiet, not far from everything, and a perfect location. My wife already wants to stay there again next year. I have zero complaints and want to thank the owners personally.

Loved the house and the location!

The rental experience was wonderful. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked for our visit. The location. Was also great. If I had one suggestion it would be to tidy up the landscaping a bit. That said, it was perfect for our needs and I would definitely return.

Memorial Weekend Birthday Getaway

The house was in a great location close to everything we needed access to. We enjoyed our stay! It was exceptionally clean and the backyard was perfect for our little dogs. The home was well cared for and had so many amenities that we wanted for nothing. The premier host was very responsive via phone if we needed anything or had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars from me and I’m not easy to impress :)

Nicely appointed

It is a well appointed house on a cul-de-sac. The host is great. He responded to our questions and concerns promptly and even came over to help us with a particular issue that turned out to be a minor thing. As advertised it is a mile from the beach so we needed to use our car to go back and forth. It is also a short drive to the historic center of Fernandina Beach. Very dog friendly and a nice fenced backyard for our pup to hunt skinks. We really enjoyed our two weeks there.

Needs some clean up

First impression was bad because the yard had not been maintained in a long time. Front porch dirty. Towels were thin. That said the interior was somewhat clean, and the house well served our needs, appliances good. Nice back porch and grill. Quite neighborhood. Very safe.

Pledge the Pink walk

The house was nice. We had a really good time. We had everything we needed as far as dishes, appliances, etc. The only thing I would like to say is that the light switch that turns on the light in the kitchen if you flip it up or flip it down it stays on. In order to turn it off we had to get it to center between up and down. You may want to have the electrical checked out. Also, one of the girls tripped on the cracked sidewalk and that could cause a problem for you somewhere down the line. Other than that, we had a great time and we would come back.

Great Location

Location, location, location! We stayed at Patrick’s house for two weeks in April. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is convenient to everything in Fernandina Beach. The house is one mile walk/drive to direct beach access. It is three-quarters of a mile to a cool nature path where you can see multiple birds as well as alligators. Beach bars/restaurants on the Atlantic are about two miles from the house. Downtown Fernandina Beach is a quaint area loaded with restaurants, shops, and bars with live music. We recommend stopping in at the Green Turtle for live music in the evening in an outdoor setting. We enjoyed eating at The Salty Pelican in the downtown area, and The Salt Life Food Shack, and The Sandbar & Kitchen on the Atlantic beach area. The downtown area is about two miles from the house. Publix, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, CVS, and many other businesses are within a mile. The house is spacious and clean with nice TV’s and cable. The living room furniture is comfortable, and we slept well in the beds. The master bathroom could use a little TLC. The backyard is fenced in and worked great for our two dogs. The backyard has a wonderful covered patio with a good gas grill. The two-car garage has beach toys, bikes and a washer and dryer. We truly enjoyed our two weeks in Fernandina Beach where Patrick’s house is centrally located. It’s far enough away from the busier beach area, but close enough to easily access everything.
