Tervetuloa Beachside Luxury Home -kauppaan, hiljaiseen jalokiviin, joka sijaitsee rannalla aidatulla alueella, vain muutaman minuutin päässä Clearwater Beachistä ja kävelymatkan päässä aktiviteetteista ja ravintoloista. Tämä lomakoti sijaitsee yhden talon päässä rannasta.

Beachside Luxury Home on upea loma-asunto, jossa on 3000 neliömetriä ja jossa on huippuluokan kalustus, graniitti työtasot, näkymät rannalle ja paljon muuta!

Tämä hämmästyttävä ja tilava vuokra tarjoaa 4 makuuhuonetta, jotka on sisustettu kauniisti ja 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, joissa majoittuu yhteensä 12 vierasta.

Tämä koti on rakennettu vastaamaan korkeimpia odotuksia, joita haluaisit ylellisen kodin vuokraukselta. Kalustus on mukavaa ja ylellistä. Tämä on täydellinen vuokra-asunto rentoutuaksesi pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla. Yksityisyyttä tarvitseville on erillinen makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku - kaikki sijaitsevat ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Tässä maanpinnan makuuhuoneessa on pääsy uima-altaalle.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kahden auton autotalli, pesutupa täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla.

Toisella tasolla on avoin konsepti, olohuone, ruokailutila ja moderni keittiö.

Täysin varusteltu keittiö on varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, mukautetulla kaapilla ja graniittitasolla. Saarella on 4 vierasta, mikä sopii lapsille täydellisesti viipymiseen ja nauttia välipaloja ennen siirtymistä seuraavaan seikkailuun. Niemimaalla on vielä 2 vierasta. Keittiö on avoin ruokailu- ja oleskelutilalle.

Muodollinen ruokailutila, jossa on 8 paikkaa. Meillä on hieno perheen oleskelutila, jossa on tilaa kaikille vieraillesi. Mukava olohuone tarjoaa loistavan paikan rentoutua pitkän päivän jälkeen rannalla. Olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet, iso taulutelevisio, jossa on tulisija ja pääsy suurelle parvekkeelle.

Puoli kylpy sijaitsee myös toisessa kerroksessa.

Kevyt ja lumoava avoin pohjaratkaisu on tyylikäs ja mukava.

Tässä upeassa rantatalossa on toisessa ja kolmannessa kerroksessa suuret parvekkeet, jotka tarjoavat upeat näkymät rannalle ja samalla antavat sinun tarttua rannikon tuulet.

Kolmas taso tarjoaa loput makuuhuoneet. Master-sviitti king-size-vuoteella ja kylpyhuone, jossa on tupla turhamaisuusallas, erillinen suihkukaappi ja erillinen kylpyamme. Päämakuuhuoneessa on pääsy omalle parvekkeelle, josta voit nauttia rannalta. Se ei yksinkertaisesti saa mitään parempaa kuin tämä.

Kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, iso tv ja Playstation lapsille. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Nämä kaksi makuuhuonetta jakavat eteisen kylpyhuoneen, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Yksityinen splash-allas sijaitsee ensimmäisellä tasolla yhdessä mukavan ulkouima-pöytäsarjan ja grillausmahdollisuuden kanssa. Nauti Floridan elämäntyyliä yksityisen uima-altaan ympärillä, jolla on yksityisyyttä kaikilta naapureilta. Kun vietät lomasi täällä, et ehkä koskaan halua palata kotiin.

Beautiful place, great atmosphere

We loved this place, it was beautiful, plenty of room for the nine of us. I thought originally that the queen bedroom also had a bath but it doesn't. My mistake. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom however so that was OK. The kitchen and dining areas were great, lots of room, plenty of cookware but you may have to look for it. The property management texted off and on to check on us and seemed very responsive when I had a question. If able, we would certainly choose this place again. Depending on who goes next year we may reserve it again. Word of caution, if you don't like parking in tight spaces, be prepared.

Beachside vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are repeat renters - Beachtime rentals overall is great. Here are some specific pro-cons for the rental property.Pros:The house is great - roomy (4 bedrooms and lots of beds to accommodate guests) and steps from the beach (2nd house from the beach). They give a great start of basics - bathroom toiletries, dishwasher soap. And towels for the house and beach are provided. The beach is so close and the best part of the house. The small pool in the back is also a pro! The property manager was quick to respond and super helpful.Cons: We have rented this house multiple years and some updates are needed. The couch and pillows are super worn, beds are not comfortable, pool light has never been functional. This year the grill outside was the biggest con - it was greasy and filthy (unsafe due to grease fires) and it was incredibly small for the house and guests it holds (18 inch round grill). It smelled and had grease and meat on it. We had to purchase our own grill for our stay. Last con was parking. Cars are only supposed to be permitted in the garages and not on the shared driveway. We had number days where cars were blocking access to our garage and had to ask cars to be moved at one point. The good thing was - this was managed quickly by the property manager once we reported the issue.

Wow! Beautiful Beach Home!

The House was huge and beautiful! Private pool was much loved by the kids! Steps to the beach (literally) and close enough to not have to worry about runs to the bathroom and to the kitchen/garage to replenish the cooler! This area of IRB is nice and quiet relative to Clearwater and Madeira Beach. Would definitely rebook with this property again!

Relaxing Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and steps away from the beach. We like to cook on vacation probably more than most and truly appreciated the well-stocked spacious kitchen and dining area. Our party of 9 could sit together for our dinners. Bedding/Beds were comfortable and lots of room to spread out. Joanie, checked us in and even made sure that our TVs were working and helped us with the remotes. She was very welcoming and would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing beach vacation with the family

The home is a very nice property to stay at. I would stay again.Cons: - can’t park more then 2 cars ( HOA Will force you to move a car away )- if you wish for heated pool you have to prepay and it’s not a per day / use kind of thing.- avoid large vehicles / trucks it’s a slightly narrow street.- only master bedroom has beach view / able to hear wavesPRO: - the beach is but 20ft away from the home.- decent view from master bedroomThere is a French cafe near by please go there!!! Best breakfast I have had in a while.

Family Fun!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect and we look forward to returning but not during hurricane season. lol The house was suitable for my family. All families had their own bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living room area was open which allowed us all to hang together. Prayers to Florida! Sounds like Milton was wild, more so than Helene. My one request is a refund for the one night we didn't stay because we had to evacuate. That day was Wednesday the 25th of September. I realize work and life in Florida has been crazy and when possible we would love our refund. Thank you.

Family birthday celebration

My family and I celebrated my birthday at Beachside Luxury Hone in Indian Shores. There were 10 of us including my mom and my 2 grandchildren. This house was amazing! It was just steps from the beach, had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We didn’t need to bring half of what we brought as this house had it all. We even had a view of the water. I am always nervous maki g accommodation arrangements as my family is very picky and they told my I did “a phenomenal job” with this one. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back!! Mona and Joani from Beachtime Rentals were amazing also. They were quick to respond every time I had a question. I could not say enough about our experience. I highly recommend this house and Beachtime Rentals.

Beach house was a 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this rental house which is right on the beach and would recommend to anyone. My wife and I brought four of our kids (ages 11-19) along with one nephew and two of our kids’ friends for a total of 9 people and had plenty of room for everyone. Space was not an issue and the location could not have been better. The only minor issue we had was that the rental cars we got were a little too big to fit all the way in the garage so we had to leave the garage doors up overnight, but it is a gated community and never felt concerned with it at all. Obviously, locking the man door to the garage is all that we had to do from a security standpoint. Overall, 10/10 and have already talked to our point of contact about renting this place again next year so hopefully that is testament enough about how much my family and I loved this place!

Spacious house for 7 adults & a baby

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great house that gave space for everyone to have time to themselves. Excellent bathrooms and beds. Not great choice of restaurants in walking distance but if you like to cook kitchen had it all and in very nice conditions. Very comfortable furniture.

Anniversary vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there to celebrate 3 couples 50 wedding anniversaries. We really had a wonderful time!!! The place was amazing. Such beautiful deck views of the gulf and such spacious bedrooms and bathrooms not to mention the private pool. We all had a terrific time!!! We are all thinking of returning next year

Disappointment

Our disappointment was in the listing identifying 3 working bathrooms. We called at the beginning of the week to identify that the lower level bathroom had no working shower, after three (3) maintenance checks throughtout the week (because I texted several more times) ..... (to which two handymen visits and one plumber consultation visit all came in staying for less than 4 minutes and without a single tool in hand) we received plumber service on Friday afternoon. (These observations documented above were commented on by my son-in-law, who is master degreed construction manager for a manufacturing plant. The plumbers informed us they believed by the looks of things that the cartridge that was replaced in the shower control had been busted up for a while. The crawling infant in our family ruined every outfit to her pants knees due to the dark gray filth residue on the floors. Kitchen cabinet was off it's hinge; and I personally found three sinks without filled or even provided "Soft Soap" dispensers. Upon looking around I located (under sinks) empty dispensing soap bottles. Further looking I found a huge gallon sized refill jug full in laundry room and proceeded to refill all soaps myself. The location and structure of the home was luxurious, but the cleaning and maintenance were substandard.
