Mikä on lähistöllä:
Tämä talo ei ole telakka tai rantatiellä veteen, vain hiekkaa. Kävele Mississippi Soundin lämpimälle hiekkarannalle tai lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Meksikonlahden aaltoilta. On runsaasti pysäköintitilaa talon alla ja laajennetun ajotieltä, joten voit vapaasti ajaa Dauphinin saarelle ostos- ja ruokailumahdollisuuksiin.

Best vacation home! It was perfect for my family!

Perfect for multi family vacation

This house was exactly what we needed for 2 families to vacation at the beach! Everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. The outdoor showers were great to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. Highly recommend this house and will book again

Family Perfect Vacation

This property was lovely from top to bottom. Our entire family was very pleased w the stellar views amenities and ambiance of this vacation destination. The owners are tremendous and have done a lovely job in arranging this property. From great tech to quality products. We enjoyed our stay and literally had zero issues whatsoever. Perfect Family Stay

The only negative we had for our stay was that the pool had some damage that prevented us from being able to use it. The property manager notified us as soon as he knew and even tried to find another place for us. When he couldn’t he went out of his way to make up for it. Honestly, while we would have liked to have the pool with so many kids, it did not put a damper on our trip in any way. We were so enamored with the property manager’s perfect blend of Midwest neighbor and southern hospitality that we are making it a point to stay at one of the properties he manages again next year.

Comfortable home

Loved the kitchen and supplies for easy cooking for a large group. The deck and pool was a great asset for the kids and grownups to enjoy. Easy access to the bayside or public beach access right across the street. Nice and quiet location. Beautiful view of the bridge. Loved the set up with a bedroom on each corner for everyone to retreat to when a little rest was needed.

Our favorite DI Beach House!

We love the wide open floor plan of this bay side home that’s perfect for our large family. The back deck and covered porch is perfect for viewing dolphins in the bay and enjoying both sunrise and sunset.

Very pleasant

We started out at one house on the bay and we loved it. The air conditioning went out unfortunately and we had record breaking heat so we had to change houses. I was not as impressed with the new house but it was much cooler and Vacasa was kind enough to find us a new house to get out of the heat so I am very appreciative of that.

Relaxing

Great property! Family loved being on the bayside but be in walkable distance from the golf side. Boys were excited for the big grass yard to play wiggle ball in. For future occupants here are some questions I had before coming. The house does not have beach items (chairs, toys, etc), but has a parking pass for you to park right by the beach. The kitchen has an ice cream maker and double air fryer. It does not have a griddle for pancakes; it does have a small electric skillet but we couldn’t get it to work. Make sure you bring extra dish soap, trash bags, laundry soap and zip lock bags. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.

Family vacation

House was great with well stocked kitchen except for only one dish towel! Loved the front porch and back deck. Access to the bay was nice—just a short walk across the backyard. However we like the ocean and would want a house located on the beach if we booked again.

The house was Great! Very clean very nice, everything worked as it should. Location was great for family! Very quite and laid back. Only complaint would be the actual beach behind the house wasn’t the best for hanging out on and swimming! Luckily public beach is right across the road though! But minus that it was a 5 out of 5!

Sun Chase Dauphin Island

This property was excellent! There was plenty of room and every bedroom has it's own bathroom. It was great having the bay right in the back yard and the ocean just a short walk across the street. Dauphin Island is a very relaxing atmosphere. Our family would definitely stay at this home again.

Great place, backyard beach access.

House was great. Easy check in, clear instructions, clean home, as described. Beach access from the back yard. For management - There was no code for the lock box sent, so I just used the door code every time. Also the light on the top of steps, was out, needs to be replaced.

Perfect place for our family 🐶🐶

We had more than enough room for all 6 of us plus two pups! The grass yard was great to play in and the bay was just a short walk. You can also easily walk over to the beach side as well. The only complaint was the skillets were a little out dated.

Family Christmas Getway

This home is absolutely beautiful and met our family needs with 4 separate rooms with individual restrooms. There was ample space for everyone to spread out or for us to be together as group. The kitchen was a good size for preparing meals. The view of the ocean was great! Access to the local restaurants/stores was also easy! Would definitely recommend this for future family events.

Sun Chase at Dauphin

The beds were very comfy and the house was in a great location to the beach and the bay. Mosquitoes were out of control and made it had to enjoy night sitting outside and kind of during the day. A screened area would have been nice. Also, not a deal breaker but a walk path to the bay would have been nice due to the fact the grassy area is like a marsh. We would rent again and we always vacation in DI.
