You'll love the stylish whitewashed tongue and groove ceilings and walls, along with all nine-foot ceilings. The open living space flows for the perfect entertainers' venue! The huge kitchen offers tons of solid wood cabinets, an expansive island with five bar stools, new stainless appliances, and opens to a nice casual dining space and family room. The dining table seats six people comfortably, and the family room comes equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV with cable. There's also a full-size laundry room with a washer/dryer. All appliances and furniture are included.

This excellent home offers four spacious bedrooms, including two en suite bathrooms, and two with shared bathrooms. The primary main suite offers a walk-in shower and double vessel sink vanity, with a large walk-in closet too. The other main bedroom offers a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Enjoy prime outdoor moments and let the sea breezes flow with the expansive decks and covered porch facing the beach, and you'll never want to leave!

The Audubon Bird Sanctuary is only three and a half miles away and has one of the most gorgeous trails and sightseeing on Dauphin Island!

There is a flight of stairs you must climb in order to reach the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
