Historiallinen, maalaismainen, chalet - harvinainen Park City -helmi, joka sijaitsee vuoristossa kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ Silver Star -hiihtohissiÀ.

Maalaismainen perheen koti kolmella tasolla suuri kutsuva suuri huone. KerÀÀ myrskyisÀ tulipalo maistelemaan perinteistÀ Park CityÀ, joka on kaikki hÀvinnyt nykypÀivÀn maailmassa. YlimmÀssÀ kerroksessa on master-sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode ja suuri kaksinkertainen suihku. Nauti omalla parvekkeella, jolta avautuu nÀkymÀ hiihtorinteelle ja Silver Star-tuolihissi. KÀvelykerroksessa on 2 muuta makuuhuonetta ja yhteinen den-tila, jossa on kaapelitelevisio, oma poreallas ja perhepelejÀ. TÀmÀ suuri lomamökki on yksinkertaisesti ja tyylikkÀÀsti sisustettu, ja se tarjoaa sekÀ hÀmmÀstyttÀvÀn tilaa ettÀ sijaintia. Uudet sÀngyt, sohvat, poreallas ja moderni LVI takaavat turvallisen ja mukavan oleskelun.

Koko chalet on vieraiden kÀytettÀvissÀ. 3 kerrosta, 2 yksityistÀ parveketta, yhteinen kÀvelytie, yhteinen autotalli ja ajomatka, jossa on tilaa kahdelle autolle max.

SisÀÀn- ja uloskirjautuminen on erittÀin helppoa ja riippumatonta. Olen yhtÀ joustava kuin voin olla riippuvainen muista varauksista. Asun Park CityssÀ ja olen aina noin vastaamaan kysymyksiin, mutta en hÀiritse sinua, jos et tarvitse minua!

Temptation-asunnot ovat hyvin pidetty salaisuus Park CityssÀ. Ensisijaisesti asuinrakennus, lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ Silver Star -hiihtohissien alueelta, nÀmÀ hirsimökit sijaitsevat vuoren puolella. Huoneisto on noin 100 metrin pÀÀssÀ hissistÀ (pÀÀsee hiihtÀjille, jotka voivat hiihtÀÀ sinistÀ maastoa). Silver Star -kahvila- ja hammaspyörÀkauppa ovat myös siellÀ ja ihania paikkoja aamiais-, lounas- tai huhtikuuhiihtoon. Itse asiassa se on yksi harvoista paikoista, jotka olen löytÀnyt palvelemaan valkoviiniÀ valikossa! MikÀ on parempi tapa lopettaa iltapÀivÀ! Vaihtoehtoisesti kuljetus vuorelle kulkee usein, ja se pysÀhtyy noin 100-luvulta. Lomakohteelle pÀÀsy kestÀÀ muutaman minuutin. TÀÀltÀ löydÀt kaikki lomakohteet; hiihtokoulu, luistinrata jne. jne.

BussipysÀkki on muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ, ja sieltÀ pÀÀsee helposti kaikkeen Park Cityn tarjoamaan. Bussipalvelu on ilmainen ja sÀÀnnöllinen. Jos pÀÀtÀt tuoda auton, on yksi katettu autotalli ja yksi paikka ajotieltÀ. LisÀajoneuvoja varten ei ole katupysÀköintiÀ.

Excellent place, excellent location

Such a wonderful, comfortable house. We stayed in late March, and getting to the silver star lift was as easy can be. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, and there's a nice big dining room table to eat as a group. House was clean, and the hot tub was a gift sent from heaven after a full day of skiing. Susie was easy to reach and was very helpful getting us situated. Highly recommend this house for anyone!

Excellent Stay at Park City Town Home Within Steps of the Mountain and Lifts

Very roomy accommodations newly updated and tastefully appointed. Wonderful master suite, fully outfitted kitchen, huge fireplace, and new hot tub. Nice views of the mountains and surrounds from most rooms. Large garage, plenty of storage, fast WIFI, and very comfortable. Location is outstanding...just a 5 minute walk to the lifts and you are on the mountain. Very quiet, safe, and secure area but just a few minutes drive to grocery stores and downtown. We loved our time here and would definitely come back again.

Park City Ski Trip

We traveled to Park City with our adult children for a ski trip. This property is very well maintained, comfortable and communication with host was perfect. Location is wonderful. The lifts close to the property were closed due to lack of snow but the parking lot is a two minute drive or about a 5-10 minute walk. The fireplace and hot tub are both added bonuses. We ate in most days/evenings and the kitchen was well equipped to handle all of our needs. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Great location, great for groups

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had two couples and three kids so the two living spaces really gave some nice space for everyone to spread out. The walk to the Silver Star lift was a breeze and there was never a line. You could then get to PC Mountain and Canyons really easily then end up back at Silver Star. We loved it. The fireplace was wonderful every evening. The house is a little tired and could use a bit of TLC, but the location, cleanliness, views, space, and communication with the property manager were all ideal, so we would stay again. We really enjoyed Park City!

A rare find

Susie’s place was great. We loved the private hot tub that was sparkling clean and a great place to relax at the end of the day. Kitchen was well stocked and we ate around the dining table every night. Location couldn't be better, we skied straight into the condo after each day and totally avoided the crowds. The bus goes from the end of the road and takes you all over town. We had a car, but really didn't use it when we were there. All in all, a great find. Hopefully will be back.

Best spot so far

We do this trip every yr. Normally stay in canyons area. Silver Star area and this rental were the best of both worlds. I was tempted to keep quiet on it to keep crowds away. The condo is rustic wood logs with all the comforts you’d ever want. Wood burning fireplace, big sunrise views in the morning, huge bathroom and bedroom upstairs. Very close to lift. All you’d ever want for a ski trip. Gotta give shout out to Silver Star ski shop and rentals - unbelievably friendly and service unmatched. Great place to rent and leave over night. Wonderful vacation and I’ll be back next year.

Sprinf Skiing

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Park City property! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the slopes and close to everything we needed in town. It made getting around super easy and convenient for our group.The home itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for our party of ten. We never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. One of our favorite features was the working fireplace—it made the space feel so warm and cozy, plenty of wood provided! It really added to the mountain vibe we were hoping for! TVs are wired for streaming and have plenty of options for every one.The amenities were fantastic, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We’re already talking about booking this place again for our next trip!On top of that, the host was absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication was clear and timely, and they provided us with tons of helpful information about Park City and the surrounding area, which made planning our activities a breeze. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and paying was super easy. You can really tell they care about making the experience as enjoyable as possible from start to finish.Highly recommend!

Great condo close to the slopes

Really enjoyed this log cabin condo! We had 10 plenty (4 adults 6 teens) and felt we had plenty of room. One thing that was really awesome is how you can ski down and walk across the street and your home. Susie was an excellent host and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Great property

The house was just what we needed. Space for all of us to spread out a bit, good kitchen. Location was great- conveniently close to the mountain, quiet at night. Know that the master bedroom is a loft upstairs. Hot tub worked well after Ali runs. Garage is not attached,but it was really nice to keep car protected overnight.

Great Ski House

This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location is great, just a short walk to the free shuttle. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, silverware and good knives. It is comfortable and clean. Amenities include a wood burning fireplace with lots of wood, a hot tub and garage parking and most impressive was the heated primary bathroom floor! The host was extremely communicative and responded promptly to questions. Would definitely return.

Holiday weekend at Park City

The house was great- clean, updated for the most part. Master bed was very comfortable with warm bedding, but fyi- the master is an open loft with a door. So noise definitely carried. Kitchen and bathroom had all basic essentials which was great! Getting to village definitely requires a car or the free shuttle bus. Also- this home is lift adjacent, not ski in/ski out. Thankfully the lift near the property opened on day 3 of our stay and was a 5 min walk to and from. Hot tub was fabulous! Overall a great trip!

Wow, what can I say. Place was perfect for a guys (adult) ski trip. Location worked out wonderfully for lift access as well as access to grocery, shopping and restaurant needs. The wood burn fireplace (with provided firewood) and the private hot tub were icing on the cake. Highly recommended and would definitely return! Thanks Susie!

A warm, gracious CLEAN mountain lidge

Susie was so responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure to spend time in this sparkling clean, historic home, steps from the base. Also proximate to snow shoeing and cross country skiing trails and a stones throw from local bus stop. Highly recommend! Ps consider adding a blender to the very well stocked kitchen.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

The Temptation condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex, it is a couple hundred yd walk to the base of the Silver Star ski lift. For intermediate and advanced skiers, you can ski literally to the door.
The brand new private hot tub is perfect to relax at the end of the day, if you can tear yourself away from the roaring log fire in the great room. This is a place to enjoy the company of friends and family.
