This three bedroom luxury condo is the perfect mountain retreat. Conveniently located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, you'll have prime access to the slopes and all this town has to offer. This home is recently fully renovated with updated appliances and exquisite interior details.
LOCATION â Kingâs Quarters is ideally located on the 16th hole of Park City Golf Course, right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. From the doorstep, itâs an easy three-minute walk to the lower ski lifts at the base. This is a particularly prime location as PCMR has implemented parking policies requiring drivers to make reservations in advance and pay a $25 per day fee. Avoid the hassle and enjoy the ease of accessibility in this excellent location! Beyond the slopes, Historic Main Street is just a mile up the road. Take a quick drive to Main to enjoy endless restaurants, bars, shopping, art galleries and more. There is a bus stop a few steps away from the condo offering free, easy transportation to virtually anywhere in Park City. If you choose to rent or bring a vehicle, there is one underground garage parking space available.

From the living room, step right outside onto the private deck for a soak in the private hot tub and take in the beautiful views of the Park City Golf Course and the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort. The Three Kings Condominium complex offers exclusive access to the outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor saunas and clubhouse facilities. From the condo, itâs an easy one-minute stroll for guest access to the club house and community amenities.

Our family purchased our first Park City home in 1997. We quickly fell in love with this charming little ski town that boasts of two of the most renowned ski resorts in the world - Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home. Over the past several years I have expanded Olcha Property Management to represent a selective collection of exceptional homes in the Park City and Deer Valley area, this lovely property included.
