4310-9th Street on täydellinen paikka, jossa sinä ja perheesi voivat tavata rentoutua ja rentoutua! Talo sijaitsee kätevästi iconic East Beach naapurustossa. Kävelyn kautta oven avautuvat avoin valoisa olohuone, jossa on 50 "taulutelevisio, ruokailualue, josta on upeat näkymät uima-altaalle. Vasemmalla olohuoneessa on 3 makuuhuonetta, joista 2 master-sviittiä.

Tunnet olosi mukavaksi ensimmäisessä mestarissa, jossa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaunis suihkukaappi, kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja minijääkaappi huoneessa, taulu-tv 42 tuuman taulu-tv kaapelilla, mukava virtalähde, kattotuuletin ja liukulasiovet, jotka johtavat altaaseen.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös king-vuode, kattotuuletin ja täysin varustettu kylpyhuone suihkulla.

Kolmas makuuhuone on kaksi kerrossänkyä ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi.

Myös puolen kylpyamme sijaitsee käytävällä nämä neljä makuuhuonetta.

Olohuoneen oikealla puolella on remontoitu keittiö, jossa on kaikki uudet laitteet. Keittiö näyttää toisen oleskelualueen yli 42 "taulutelevisiolla ja uima-altaalla.

Pois on oleskelutila on 2 ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta. Yksi kuningas ja toinen kuningatar. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on kattotuuletin ja on täysi kylpyamme välillä kylpyammeella suihku.

Pään ulkona istua uima-altaan ympärillä 2 keinutuolissa tai patio-pöydässä, jossa on 6 tuolia. On myös 6 mukavaa lounge-tuolia, joita säilytetään autotalliin ja joita voidaan käyttää uima-altaan ympärillä. Huuhtele hiekka ulkosuihkussa. Runsaasti pysäköintipaikkoja 6 autoa varten. Master needs a dresser even though there is a huge closet! Maybe some solar lights around back or string lights would give a little more light. Clean!

Our stay

Property was recently renovated. It’s in east beach which is nice, but the 9th street beach access was messed up so you had to go to 11th street to get on beach (10 mins extra walk). The beach is really wide at 9th and 11th so the walk is pretty good once you get to the access too. Tv in second living room never would work and there was palmetto bugs getting in the house and dying. Pool is nice but mostly shaded. They have people to come take the trash to the road and clean the pool for you. Thought it was worth what we paid for it, but if the price goes up I would book another property.

Nice place but bug issues

There were 5 of us all in separate bedrooms, 3 of got eaten alive by something you couldn’t see, mites or bed bugs would b a logical guess, we washed sheets, sprayed, fogged to no avail, each man had over a hundred bites from head to toe, big bites too, scabby bloody some puss, I slept in my clothes and that saved me, didn’t feel like contacting the owner since we would of probably just got gassed by an exterminator, so although a very nice rental, I would not recommend

Loved being close to the marsh as well as the beach. East beach is beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. They had lots of beach chairs and other beach necessities available for use. Kitchen was well stocked. We always do a low country boil and large pots were stocked in the kitchen. The pool area was great too. Very private with lots of room and fenced in so you can let dogs off leash. The only dog problem was the neighbors dog that kept using the front yard and driveway to do her business. Owners did not even care to pick it up. Overall we loved this property and if we come back next year would definitely rent this one again! Real escapes property managers were very pleasant and friendly over the phone. Which I appreciated.

Family Week At The Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My siblings and our spouses try to spend a week together at the beach. We range in ages from 70 to 86, but we still enjoy swimming and playing cards daily. There are no steps in this house which is a great plus for our crowd. The house is pretty much perfect in regards to bedrooms and bathrooms and large kitchen and large table. A handrail for the pool would be great, but it has been our experience that the pools down on the island just do not have handrails, but we managed. The realty company was great. Our only was that the wi fi router needed boosting, and it was locked in a room unaccesable to us or the repairmen. The lack of WiFi was very inconvenient as we only had it in the living room. We have reserved this home for next summer also, we will have the WiFi issue cleared up the first day, if there is a problem.

Great property

This house was spot on with amenities and space to house 3 families and not feel overcrowded. The ONLY complaint I have was upkeep and cleanliness of the pool and outdoor area. LOTS of leaves everywhere, deck patio, pool, clogged in gutters and made it very dirty.

Nice residential area two block walk to beach and an inner coastal pathway to get away from beach goers. Dog friendly with a lot of tile flooring. Great layout with two wings and essentially two master bedrooms.
