Tämä perheystävällinen loma-asunto lomatalo sijaitsee suoraan rannalla Panama City Beachin sydämessä. Hyvin varusteltu huoneisto sijaitsee Regency-tornissa 10. kerroksessa ja mahdollistaa esteetön, henkeäsalpaava auringonlasku ja ranta.
Kauniisti hiljattain sisustetussa 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneistossa on avoin pohjaratkaisu, täysikokoinen täysin varustettu keittiö, mukava avoin ruokailu- / olohuoneyhdistelmä kuningatar-sohva-nukkujan kanssa ja 2 täysikokoista kylpyhuonetta, joissa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.
Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat oleskelutiloissa antavat panoraamanäkymät Meksikonlahden valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin ja sinisiin vihreisiin vesiin. Liukuovi olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa yhdistää olohuoneen sisäpuolelle omalla parvekkeella, josta näet kaiken, mitä rannalla on tarjota rentoutuessasi mukavassa tuolissa tai rentoutua sängyssä siemaillen jääkylmää juomaa tai ehkä mukavaa kahvia aamulla.
Aivan kotiovesi ulkopuolella, yksityisellä sokerivalkoisella rannallamme on loputon vaihtoehto viettää päiväsi. Tee tilkka yhdessä 2: sta suuresta rannalla sijaitsevasta suolaisen veden uima-altaasta (yksi lämmitetty talvikuukausina), anna lasten leikkiä omistettujen taaperoiden uima-altaassa, rentoutua sisätiloissa sijaitsevassa porealtaassa, pelata tennistä tai biljardia, harrastaa kuntosalissamme, tai kypsennä BBQ uima-altaan äärellä. Meillä on myös Bikini Bobs Tiki Hut, josta voit tilata syödä ja juoda jotain. This is the 3-4 time we’ve stayed here and we love it!

We have stayed at all of Suzies properties at Treasure Island, this was our first time on the 4th floor. It was nice. View right over the pool, still beautiful views of the Gulf. Condo was clean and inviting when we got there. Plenty of bath towels provided for our family of 5.

Repeat Stay - Excellent Accommodations & View!

This is our second stay and couldn't be happier with the accommodations, view, and property overall. Owner is very responsive - just had one minor question and resolved immediately. Property is well maintained by on-site maintenance staff. Comfortable sleeping, large dining and kitchen, too. The pool and beach access - along with the view - can't be beat! We will definitely come back.

Very clean & spacious!

Mojito Treasure was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in. Plenty of towels and washcloths provided, the kids really liked the idea of the bunks in the kitchen area. Plenty of dishes, nice updated appliances, absolutely no complaints whatsoever! They even have all of the screws on the light switches and receptacles turned the same way! Very nice place.

Amazing

Suzies place is absolutely amazing very clean and spacious we didn’t have any problems what so ever with this place. The view is absolutely stunning. I will definitely be staying here again I recommend this condo to anyone. 5 star for sure.

Wonderful time during our first trip to PCB

We had a great time during our first day in Panama City Beach, January/February 2024. The condo was as expected and was very clean and comfortable. The view and sunsets were spectacular. The owner was very responsive. Definitely coming back.!

Awesome week!!

Our experience at Susie’s condo was wonderful! Check in was easy and the keyless entry worked out great!! From the time you first opened the door the cleanliness was evident! The smell of a freshly cleaned condo was met on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and nice. View was beautiful from the balcony. Susie was able to be contacted easily and quick to respond with questions! Only con was on arrival on Saturday, everyone is coming in and there are only 3 elevators, so there were waits or you had to walk 10 flights of steps, with kids this was a little difficult. Overall it was a great experience and I would book with Susie again at her beautiful condo!!

Fall Adventure

You definitely want to stay at Mojito Treasure 2. From initial booking to check out everything was a smooth process. Suzi has made it a point to try and think of every detail you may need all the way down to plenty of towel racks and hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. The condo itself is lovely with gorgeous ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. We cooked several meals and had every gadget we needed to make a complete meal including Thanksgiving dinner with homemade pies. We really enjoyed hanging out on the expansive balcony to play games or watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beds were comfortable including the pull out couch so everyone was able to get a good nights rest and be ready for the next days adventure. The fitness center was nice to have onsite as well as the heated pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the fact there are a few restaurants within walking distance and many others close by. We especially enjoyed Sombreros Taco's & Bar next door. Suzi is a great host and was available immediately the couple of times I had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing!!!

Love this condo. Always love coming back each year. So clean, so simple, so fun with all of the colored utensils and dishware. So beachy, and Homie at the same time!! go to the beach, do the fun activities in PCB, wonderful resort with gated entrance and security. Watch dolphins right off of your deck!

Nice place in a nice environment

Nice condo in a nice building. People are very friendly and the building is well taken care of. The kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of pots and pans, plenty of counter space. Nice TVs. Beautiful view of the beach and sunsets. The dishwasher would need to be replaced though, and the washer and dryer are very noisy. The swimming pool was heated and very clean. The hot tub was also very nice. We were there for two months in winter and we enjoyed our stay. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time at the beach.

Home Away From Home… Already Booked For Next Year!

Mojito Towers is truly a PCB vacationer’s dream condo. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with any possible appliance or cooking tool you will need. We were able to stream our cable service on all three of the flatscreen tv’s and had amazing wireless service. The keyless entry was nice… no keys or cards to keep up with. Suzie was wonderful to communicate with - she always responds the same day. We can’t wait until next year!

Loved our state here!!

We just got home from a fun filled week here! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything you can really need to enjoy your stay including extra TP(brought my own just in case), shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, dish soap/pods, hair dryer and pretty much any appliance or pan you would need! It made the stay extremely easy and comfortable. The check in was a breeze and the elevator was never an issue. The only thing I did not care for was the karaoke down at the pools. Not my thing. Especially when it seems like it's right outside my bedroom window! But I only remember that 1 night and it calmed down by 10. Definitely did not impact my stay! The door was easy to unlock, the washer and dryer in the room was a lifesaver for sure! When we arrived one of the fans was making a terrible noise and after looking at it, the glass was cracked. I notified Suzie of it and within a day or so someone was there to replace it! I highly recommend renting this condo!!! Hopefully we will return in the future!

Best Condo!

This was by far the best condo we’ve stayed in. It was immaculate, and very will stocked. Everything worked as it should. I would definitely recommend this condo. The owner was very thorough about reserving the condo, and was quick to answer any questions I had.

Relaxing week away from the Midwest!!!!!

We had a terrific time at this condo. It’s our third time in PCB and enjoyed the regency towers very much. The Condo is extremely clean and all updated! I liked the washer and dryer being in the hall! The Kueirg/coffee pot combo was a nice touch. Everything worked well and we had zero issues during our stay. The pools were crowded but there was plenty of space on the beach and we enjoyed the reserved chairs each day. Sunday night our girls sang karaoke and had a blast dancing with other teens. They also joined other kids during the week for volleyball down by the pools. There are a few bench swings by the courts too! Bikini Bobs service was always friendly and fast for both food and drinks! I had the pineapple drink and tried the nachos, corn dogs, hamburger and fries ... all good. One night we walked to Schooners -about .7 miles and one night we went across the street for a quick bite and drink. The other night we took the suggestion in Suzie’s book to try Sisters of the Sea just a few miles away and it was the best meal for the week. Susie's communication before, during and after the stay was convenient and worry free. Elevators all were working and you could check out different items from downstairs if you wanted to play cornhole, etc. the only negative were the beds weren’t that comfy, but considering all else - we made the best of it and had a great time!

The most amazing stay ever, will be hard to beat!!!

The condo was perfect and very clean !! It was the best setup for our family. I love that it had all King size beds & 2 full baths. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. The view was magnificent and the weather was awesome for 2 full weeks. We will be back in September & then again in May 2023 if Ms. Suzie will have us. The beach chairs were an awesome extra for us. This was our first time in PCB as well as renting from Suzie. Suzie's takes pride and takes the time to make sure your stay is pleasant as well as memorable. Many of the units in this building are privately owned and rented out. Comparing her unit to others is second to none! It is spotless, up to date, easy access, and can't beat the view of the gulf!
