Kona Isle C-28 on loistava uusi lisä Knutson & Associates Property Managementille tammikuusta 2019 lähtien! Olemme ylpeitä siitä, että voimme edustaa tätä upeaa toista kerrosta, Kona Isle!

Nämä toisen kerroksen yksiköt ovat todella merkittäviä. Riittävän suuri, jotta voit nauttia upeasta näkökulmasta ja riittävän alhaiseksi, jos et ole ylittänyt ylimääräisiä portaita kolmanteen kerrokseen.

Yksikkö C-28 on upea 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpy-asunto, jossa on ulosvedettävä sohva olohuoneessa. Siksi se on loistava vaihtoehto 4: lle! Rakennus C on monimutkaisen alueen eteläpäässä, joten sitä pidetään "Shadier" -sivuna, joka mahdollistaa mukavuuden Havaijin lämmössä!

Olohuoneessa on myös ilmastointi.

Love Kona

This was a great place to stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Great location for going out and exploring the island. We will be back hopefully soon.

Great stay in Kona

After flying for 24 hours, checkin could not have been easier. Condo was as advertised and very well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in which we love . Small beach chairs we super handy for beach excursions as well as beach towels and snorkeling equipment… small cooler and cold bag worked great for the beach as well

Kona paradise

We stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed the location and grounds. We enjoyed the beach area next to the ocean with the lounge chairs and bbq. It was a great area to watch the sunset. The other people staying in the complex were super friendly and we had great conversations one afternoon by the pool. The check-in process went flawlessly and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit itself had everything that we needed and the lanai had a great view of the pool and ocean.

Amazing!

My husband and I loved this little condo! The location is fantastic, the view was amazing, loved the salt water pool, sitting in the sand watching the waves crashing on the rocks, the sunsets. The furniture and the bed were all very comfortable. It was handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. We will stay here again!

Ocean view!

The location is awesome, walking is 1.5 miles from town, the condo has everything we needed, and a great welcome goodie bag with delicious coffee! The on-site office manager, Brian, was very friendly and helpful! The place is nice and quiet. There is a beautiful area to sit and BBQ if you like right at the water’s edge. The bed was comfortable but the best part was the balcony with the view of the ocean! We will definitely be back!

Sunset views and Crashing waves

The sunset view from the "beach" area was great. It was very relaxing to sit and hear the waves crash on the rocks as the sun goes down. This was the best part! The property is older and outside is well maintained. Pool is simple but clean, provided noodles for floating. Nice to have a designated parking spot. Unit was on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and a corner unit-best thing going for it. It needs TLC. It could be amazing with some maintenance and updating. Has an a/c unit in the living room only and lots of fans, which took time, but did cool the unit down for sleeping. Provided beach chairs-BUT they are old, rusted and ripped. Umbrella doesn't have a cover. Stove is old and rusted on the drawer, cabinets are chipped. Baseboards are rough-need painting or replacing. Worst part was dishes were not clean! Had to wash before using. Would help to have a dishwasher to be sure things are cleaned between guests. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai (doesn't match the picture) The property manager pushed to "welcome" us- not necessary.

Enjoyed every Moment

We really enjoyed our stay very much. The Place was bigger than expected and the kitchen very well equipped. The lanai offers great Ocean views. The Pool is awesome and very clean. Also the barbecue area Next to it is a wonderful place to hang out during Sunset. The views are breathtaking. All in all, this is a great place in a great, calm neighborhood on one of the Most beautiful islands in the world.

The pool was fantastic and we loved watching sunset from the private beach. The inside was a bit dated but unless you’re planning on spending your Hawaii vacation inside then it shouldn’t be a bother. Great value for the money and the property management company was easy to work with and very responsive.

Overall we loved everything about this condo. The patio also had an incredible view of the ocean! 4 stars given on cleanliness due to the fact that a lot of the dishes weren’t fully cleaned - but was not a problem at all!

Amazing

This condo was exactly as advertised and a great price for the area. The property was beautiful and the view was incredible from the lanai. My kids loved the pool and the beach area. It was a perfect base to explore Kona. The condo had everything we needed-chairs, umbrella, small cooler and even masks and and snorkels. The pull out couch was VERY comfortable and soft. The check in process was very easy with great communication. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay close to Kona.

Nice unit with a great view

This was our fifth stay at Kona Isle, but the first time in this unit. It could use some more plastic cups for use by the pool or down by the grills/beach, but that's a minor issue. It was great for towels, beach accessories, etc. The unit was just what we needed, with a great view from the lanai and generally quieter than other units we've rented. Would be happy to stay in this unit again.

Kona Isle is our favorite condo on the Big Island!

The sandy beach area on the property is our favorite spot to relax; on lounge chairs with shady umbrellas and palm trees, the Kona Isle's private beach is between an expansive green lawn and and the ocean crashing against lava rocks. The lovely, well-maintained pool is heated, the grounds well manicured, and we always enjoy the library on the premises. We have stayed in perhaps a half dozen different units in the Kona Isle; this one has one of the best locations on the property. The unit's owner and management company appear to be in the process of updating the unit as needed and were very responsive. Yes, we'd stay here again. Aloha!

Big Love on the Big Island

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic trip - the location is excellent for what we needed - it's not close to an oceanfront beach, but it is close to the water and has beautiful views. We wanted to be in Kona and close to food options - we didn't do much in the rental but try to recover from each day's adventures. The property was cute, clean, and functional, and it was easy to follow the guidelines. Looking forward to our return!

The wall mounted ac unit was noisy, so I did not use it. The air flow from windows was nice and I was comfortable overnight. Most afternoons were a little too warm for me, but the pool was refreshing.

Beautiful views from a lovely condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for just over a week in this wonderful suite at Kona Isle Condominium. It is well located and delightfully decorated with a small exception of one broken chair back. There was only two of us so we didn't even need that chair so it was not an issue for us. Knutson and Associates Property Management answered all of our questions in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The onsite resident manager is one of the hardest working people I have ever seen and keeps the complex looking great. I recommend this location.
