Quiet time is 10pm to 9am. Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Service dogs are not allowed to be left attended in the condo at any time.

Exceeding max guests of 6 and parties will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund. Excess mess or damage will incur additional fees.

Great location

Easy check in. Great location. Easy walk to Turtle Bay and beaches. My kids enjoyed the loft. We used the wagon to take the beach chairs and boogie boards to the beaches. Everything was clean. We would definitely come back.

All the comforts of home

We really appreciated Farrah and Jay's communication prior to our stay. We could tell they cared about us enjoying our time as much as possible. They offered advice about surfing locations and other local activities. The property had all of the needed toiletries, kitchen supplies etc. We enjoyed the nearby tennis/pickleball courts and walking trails.

Stellar stay on the North Shore!

Our family was attending a wedding on the North Shore, 10 minutes from the property so the location was ideal. The condo and grounds are well maintained, easy parking with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The owners provided everything you could need for a day at the beach, including a wagon to tote them in. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pot, pan or gadget you might need. The Welcome Binder was very useful and detailed. We felt very cared for.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Perfect location with access to Turtle Bay Beaches just a short walk away. Farrah was a fantastic host and always available for any questions and advice. Turtle Bay Condo

Our rental experience in this condo was excellent. All details were accurate and well described in the listing. The condo was SPOTLESS, amenities were perfect--especially the beach chairs and beach towels--and the condo community was quiet and relaxing. Thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the restaurant at Turtle Bay golf club and the beach bars at Turtle Bay resort. I would recommend this condo to anyone--the listing provides all the information you need.

Great place

Owner was very communicative with everything. Places to eat, shop etc. Place was clean and had snorkle gear, boogie boards and sand toys. It was nice to have a free parking space. Great water pressure in the shower. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Washer and dryer available. We enjoyed the location and stay. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful place, excellent location!

I looked at a lot of the condo rentals in the Kuilima complex and this one was certainly the best! The kitchen was well supplied with everything you need, as was the rest of the condo. We really appreciated the sand toys, beach umbrella, wagon, etc. Beds were very comfy, huge beach towels, tasteful decor - everything was just as described and pictured online. Air conditioning was just fine on both levels and all rooms. Farrah was quick to respond when we couldn’t access the condo on arrival, but that was my error - I just didn’t realize the door code would not work until 4:00 and we arrived abit early. Farrah and her husband were very helpful and understanding - sorry to have disturbed you with my calls. I would highly recommend this rental for families. Close to everything worth seeing on the North Shore, grocery store nearby. Loved it all, thanks so much!

Simply Perfect!

My husband and I and our three adult sons stayed at Surfer's Paradise for Christmas 2023 and it was perfect! Our stay started with Farrah, the owner, contacting us the day before check in to let us know that we can check in earlier than scheduled . Lucky us! Upon arrival we were so pleased with the location. Our middle son is stationed in Honolulu so we wanted him to feel like he was on vacation and this spot hit the nail on the head! It's in a gorgeous resort community with fantastic restaurants, pristine beaches and hiking trails all far away from the crowds. The sunsets were incredible! The unit itself was beautiful. It was clean, neat and very well organized. We are building contractors and we loved the interior finishes, design and decor. Beyond aesthetics, Surfer's Paradise was stocked with everything that you could possibly need during your stay; beach items - chairs, cooler, boogie boards, towels, beach wagon for transport; fully stocked kitchen with extras like seasonings, paper products, coffee filters and dish soap; both bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner and there was laundry detergent for the washer. All you need to bring is your personal belongings and food if you plan on doing some cooking. All in all, we loved everything about our stay at Turtle Bay and would definitely return to Surfer's Paradise!

Turtle Bay Resort w/out the Big Price Tag!

If you are looking at Turtle Bay Resort...stay here instead! Our 5 night stay was perfect in every way!! My husband and I were traveling with our 3 adult children and enjoyed the proximity to the resort (short walk & within the resort main access road.) We enjoyed the resort's restaurants, bars, and walking trails. You can even purchase drop-in for their fitness center and group exercise classes. However, we enjoyed strolling back to the condo for our own private time. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us with every amenity (beach gear including chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, cooking utensils, etc.) Loved the cleanliness and north shore hipster/surf vibe decor as well as the attention to detail (labeled items where things go, reminders, tips for hikes/places to go etc. (As an aside, Wauma Falls hike charges $25 pp cash only fee...plenty of other free pill box hikes we enjoyed. We utilized the condo complex's 3 pools and tennis/pickleball courts as well. Beds including the living room pull-out were super comfy and the shower pressures where great. We cooked in 3 nights and had every cooking utensil needed including for grilling as well as the crockpot. Check in at main gate was easy and secure. Host Farrah was delightful and checked in making sure we were settled and if we had any questions. By far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Can not beat the price especially compared to the $$$ at TBR!!!

Darling Condo in the middle of Peaceful Turtle Bay for Family of 5

Our family is comprised of 3 teenage/college sons. We traveled to Turtle Bay as a peaceful spot before heading over to Ko Olina. We stayed 3 nights in the condo and found it to be just perfect. The property is amazing and easy to navigate. We walked everywhere daily and enjoyed Roy's on the beach too. Walking is the thing! If you don't like walking/ are unable to - a car is a must as the property is expansive. There is everything under the sun to do at Turtle Bay. Private Beaches by the Horse Stables, Trails to walk galore, the Resort itself, shopping, bird watching, rentals of segways, bikes... you name it-Turtle Bay can please everyone young and old. We especially appreciated all the little extras that Farrah had on hand- beach supplies, towels, cooler, beach wagon, box fans, etc. The kitchen had plenty of supplies for meals and we truly were grateful for the use of her spices, coffee and filters. The boys loved the BBQ on the deck and the loft area with bunks was more than ample to sleep them. Everyone had their own space and no one felt crowded. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the living area at night and watching movies on the large TV. The bathrooms were well stocked with bathing products and plenty of towels. The décor is cute, simple beachy and very serene with all the white tones. We were able to easily clean daily as she supplied everything (including trash bags) to do so. The air conditioners worked beautifully and the property was very quiet. Parking was a snap and right outside the condo. We had a wonderful time and definitely plan to reach out to Farrah for our next stay in Turtle Bay. We are particular travelers and found Farrah's condo to be clean, quiet and family friendly!! MAHALO!

We have been coming to the North Shore since we were children. My husband is a former professional surfer and my children are just beginning to love the sport. We've always wanted to own a piece of "paradise" and eventually retire in Hawaii. We looked at many properties over the last 7 years before deciding to purchase our condo. We chose our condo for its proximity to the beach, family friendly layout and its chic, yet comfortable decor. We hope you enjoy our "Home away from Home" as much as we do!
