Vieraina haluamme esitellä teille kauniille rantakaupungin yhteisölle Englewoodille, joka on edelleen ylläpitänyt pienkaupungin viehätysvoimaa - et löydä täältä korkeita nousuja! Englewood on upea monipuolinen yhteisö - ihanteellinen kohde sekä niille, jotka etsivät ainutlaatuista ja rentouttavaa lomaa kosketuksessa luonnon kanssa, että niille, jotka etsivät aurinkoa, merta ja hauskaa. Keittiömme on varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja graniittiset työtasot. Kotimme tarjoaa avoimen pohjapiirroksen keraamisten laattojen läpi. Makuuhuoneessa on iso suihkukaappi ja queen-vuode. Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on kylpyamme / suihku. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa 2 erillistä vuodetta. Olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio. Talossa on hurrikaani-ikkunat ja se on rakennettu korkeimmalle. Meillä on ulkosuihku talon takana, joten voit pestä hiekkaa kätevästi rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen. Kun palaat rannalta, rentoudu, rentoudu tai vain haaveile, nauti ja ole mukava pihallamme tai suojatulla tilavalla Lanai-alueella, lomakotisi on vain 8 minuutin ajomatkan päässä koskemattomalta Englewoodin rannalta. Torstaisin kauden aikana putoavat vaikuttavat viljelijämarkkinat elämämusiikilla, luomuruoilla, tuoreilla leivonnaisilla ja niin edelleen. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked. It had all the comforts of home, even the use of the garage for our ebikes. Nice quiet neighborhood and central location.

Relaxing and quiet getaway

Genial hosts who provide a house with everything you need for a vacation rental. Bikes, beach umbrellas and chairs, outdoor and patio dining, TVs and DVD player, plenty of towels, and spacious rooms. Quiet, friendly neighborhood near a public library, playground, and tennis courts. Great parks and quaint downtown area.

winter getaway

we enjoyed our stay very much. the house is close to numerous golf courses which is our main interest. overall the weather allowed us to get out on the links regularly.

Clean and comfortable rental

This is a very clean and comfortable rental in a quiet neighborhood. The patio is lovely and there is an outside shower to rinse sand off after you come back from the beach (which is a super easy and short drive from this rental). Roland and Anita are super nice and accommodating. We had an excellent stay from start to finish.

Awsome Sunny Side Up home

Inside and out so well maintained. The hosts are some great fown to earth people. Loved are stay as usual with Anita and Roland. Very comfortable home. So easy to relax in. Also very well kept. Easy to use kitchen, showers and bath. Comfortanle front room and eatting areas. Just a joy to be there. Look forward to coming again.

Sunshine house

Absolutely loved our vacation home and the time we spent there The home was beautiful and spotless. In a great quiet neighborhood close to town and beaches Roland and Anita were absolutely wonderful Roland even installed a handicap bar by the toilet to help my husband who is handicapped Definately planning on renting again next year

Sunny-Side-Up Cottage

The house was immaculately clean, it had everything we needed. The location was in a very quiet residential area but only a 10 minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants etc. We play golf & it was perfect for us as there are many excellent golf courses in the immediate area. The owners were easy to contact, quick to respond and very helpful throughout. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to other guests.

Fabulous Rental

This is by far the best home we're rented through VRBO. It's very clean and in a great location. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, grocery stores and pharmacies. Anita and Roland are wonderful hosts. Very accomodating and helpful. We've already rented for next year.

Englewood

Pristine house, the owners thought of everything you could want or need. Beautiful lanai on the back of the home. Great proximity to beaches, Boca grande, Venice, Punta Gorda and Sarasota. Lots of wonderful restaurants. Close to library, pickle ball courts and playground. Great home. Perfect for 2 couples or a families.

Excellent Home!!!

This is the second year we rent this home. It does not disappoint. Quiet neighborhood and best of all very close to Englewood Beach and all major stores. Roland and Anita are attentive hosts. We spent many hours enjoying the huge lanai. Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunny-side-up cottage in Englewood. This brand new rental was clean, roomy and had many amenities. Just a short ride to shopping and the beach. Highly recommended! Our thanks go out to owners Anita and Roland for making this a special place!

Beautiful home

We’ve never stayed at Englewood, FL before it was always Siesta Key or close to siesta…I would highly recommend Englewood..the home we stayed in was beautiful, had everything needed for a long stay, the owners were excellent to work with, they checked in with us before arriving so they can meet up with us to give us a key to their home, the garage door opener (a plus to have) along with a bottle of wine. The day before leaving they contacted us wishing us safe travels back home…they’re super NICE people also gave us recommendations things to do in the area (restaurants, bars beach activities, farmer’s market etc…)there home was A+…neighborhood was quite and very well kept up! Will definitely book again in the future!

Winter Escape

This home is really nice and has everything you could possibly need for a long stay in the Florida warm sunshine. Englewood is a great area. Anita & Roland are personable and just great people. She called us after we booked to make arrangements to meet us at the house to give us keys and information about the house and area. We have only ever experienced communication with owners via e-mail and text. It was great to actually meet and talk to them.The house is really nice and has everything you need. The 2 outdoor spaces are definitely an added bonus. Being from Michigan it was a real treat to be able to set out front in the morning sun with coffee. Late afternoons and evenings on the Lenai as the sun goes down when we weren't out. Back out front after dark under the stars. The property is very private on 3 sides. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept, and the residents are very friendly.Englewood beach was closed from Milton. But it was a short drive to Manasota Key, Venice beach & Gasparilla Island all beautiful & have amazing sunsets. Nice golf courses close by and all kinds of shopping & restaurants just minutes away. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Paradise

Our 1 month stay at Sunny Side Up Cottage was more than we hoped for! It is true to the description… comfortable beds, the cleanest home we have ever rented on VRBO, well stocked kitchen, 4 bikes to ride in a quiet community, coolers, water toys, beach mats and umbrella, gas grill with full tank.It is a short ride to an Olympic size community pool and to the beaches. Location is east and away from traffic congestion. Everything in the home works! We used our account for YouTube and Netflix. The home is surrounded by lush greenery on 3 sides so you feel secluded from neighbors. There is a home behind the house, but we only saw them a few times. The owners live 5 minutes away and could not be more accommodating! I would highly recommend this gem to all!!

Excellent Stay in Englewood, FL!

We stayed at Anita and Roland's property in Englewood for four weeks and enjoyed every moment of our visit. Anita & Roland were gracious hosts (thank you Roland for the delicious homemade bread!) and welcomed us in-person when we arrived....a very nice way to start our visit. The house exceeded our expectations....it was very clean, well appointed, spacious and use of the garage was a welcomed feature. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches and anything else you might want. We've done many property rentals both here in the US and in other countries as well and this was definitely one of the best. We would stay here again if our travels brings us to southwest Florida. VERY NICE

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. One of the best things about the Englewood area is the lack of the usual heavy Florida traffic. Pretty easy to get around. The home has a nice, private setting with really only one house that was visible which happened to be directly in the back facing the lanai. There has been some planting in the back that someday will make a nice visual screen from that house. The weather wasn't as nice as usual so we did not end up using the provided bikes. They looked nice and ready to ride! The house seems fairly new and in great condition. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Roland & Anita were in Germany while we were there but a neighbor was our contact and was super. We only had a couple questions (good restaurants and trash day), and were responded to right away. Could not have asked for better communication throughout the entire process! The lanai was a great place to sit and watch the birds & relax, provided the weather was good. Plenty of starter supplies were available. A few things that could be improved upon would be a "cheat sheet" on how to use remote, Netflix available but need your own subscription, the 2 chairs at the island could be upgraded (kind of wobbly), a tv in 2nd bedroom would be nice and alarm clocks in bedrooms would also help. Other than those few things, the house is great and we would definitely rent it again. Thanks to Roland & Anita for making it an easy rental!!!

Very quiet neighborhood but just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and stores. Used to stay in Bradenton. Will return to Englewood. Much less traffic. House was great. Would have booked for next year, but not available.
