PÀivitetty 22. kesÀkuuta. KesÀ 2019. 1 tÀysi viikko ja pari lyhyempÀÀ oleskelua (4-6 yötÀ). Alennettiin muutama jÀljellÀ oleva paikka. Hanki ne ennen kuin ne ovat poissa!

Golden Pond # 3a on pienin ja kustannustehokkain paikoista. Jos tarvitset pienemmÀn kodin, budjetissa OGP3 on tÀydellinen! Useimmat vuodenaikaa, se on vÀhemmÀn kuin yhden hotellihuoneen hinta per yö, mutta sijaitsee keskellÀ West Beach, laguunissa (mukava laituri ja uima-allas!), ja vain lyhyen kÀvelymatkan (1/4 kilometrin) rannalle (kÀvelet aivan minun Seafoam kotiin!).

3BR 3BA. LaguuninÀkymÀt. Yhteisön laituri, ranta, uima-allas. Kiva! Ja mukava hinta!

Etsitkö jotain hieman pienempÀÀ kuin useimmat kiinteistömme. Aivan yhtÀ mukavaa! Ja edulliseen hintaan !?

On Golden Pond # 3, eli OGP3, on kaunis lomamökki, josta on nÀkymÀt Little Lagoonille ja helppo pÀÀsy laiturille, rannalle ja uima-altaalle. Julkinen uimaranta on 3 minuutin kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ hiljaisella tiellÀ lÀnsirannan tuntumassa, aivan Seafoam-kotini vieressÀ!

TÀmÀ ammattimaisesti sisustettu 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpy duplex koti nukkuu 10 (K, Q, T & T + SS & SS). Lomakodissa on myös katettu pysÀköinti ja pÀÀsy satamaan, uima-altaalle ja rannalle. TÀssÀ laitteessa on televisio, kaapeli, dvd-soitin, internet, puhelin, jossa on ilmainen kotimainen kaukopuhelu, ja se on valtava arvo.

Fabulous one month stay!

We had a fabulous one month stay. It is located in my favorite area of Gulf Shores. The home was perfect. My daughter loved having the cove and boardwalk to ride her bike every day. It was wonderful to have views of the lagoon and the pool is a stones throw away. We loved the neighborhood so much, we actually found a house down the road and we are now Gulf Shores residents. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.

Such a treat!!! Great place to "snow bird"

We stayed for all of December. It was so nice and relaxed! Check in was easy, and the owners were great to work with, as were their support management company the few times we needed anything. Great place to "snow bird"!

Beautiful beach house

We enjoyed our stay so much that we couldn’t leave! We extended our stay several more weeks. This is the perfect location between the lagoon and the beach! We’ve been riding bikes and walking. We’ve enjoyed fishing from the pier. We’ve made several huge sandcastles at the beach! We’ve had everything we needed at this lovely duplex, including a jacuzzi tub! This has been the most enjoyable beach vacation ever!

Exactly as described

My family enjoyed this property. It’s literally across from the beach. A fishing dock and pool is located in the small area as well. The kids and family enjoyed the location and convenience of everything being so close together.

Booked On Golden Pond 3A at the last minute. The owner was very accommodating, and all details were handled without any problem. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Loved the access to the pool and the dock in the lagoon. I highly recommend and will be back.

Thanksgiving trip

This was the perfect property for our family. The pictures are very accurate. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the extras I didn’t bring from home. It is in a great place for pets, would stay again. If you are going to the beach it would be an easy walk. The weather didn’t cooperate for us. We really enjoyed it.

Perfect Place

This was a great beach house for our family! Tons of space for everyone to utilize day and night! All beds were comfy and the pictures were as described! Very short walk to the beach...6 minutes or 2 songs and great area! Lots of parking on site, great decks and loved having our own rinse area as well! Definitely staying here again if it's available and thebrates are very reasonable and competitive! Bama Beach house team was a pleasure to work with and VERY fast as communicating! Thanks again!

Location, Location, Location

We loved the location of this rental property. Tucked away between the beach and waterway with the fishing pier and pool just a short walk from the home and the beach just a few hundred yards from the door. Close to restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to not be congested. The Fishing pier was awesome. My kids spent more time out there than anywhere else. The house itself needed a little love and repair, we had a few issues with minor things not working when we arrived, but the management company was responsive. The entire home could use an upgrade, but for the price it was great spot for our vacation.

Nice getaway but a little disappointed

The house is in a great location with the lagoon and dock on one side and the beach just a couple of minutes away on the other. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. However, the house was not clean for our arrival. Some of the kitchen cabinets were sticky on the outside, dirty on the inside. Bathroom floor had hair on it. So, that was really disappointing especially considering what we paid to stay here.
