Todella mukautettu 7 makuuhuoneen, 5 kylpylahden edessä kotiin oma uima-allas, 3 koholla kannet ja marmori uima-altaan kannella. Käsin höylätty lähetyslehti ja sisustus ympäri maailmaa monilla ainutlaatuisilla kosketuksilla. Kaksi isäntäsviittiä, joissa king-vuoteet ja oma spa, kuten kylpyhuone. Kolme vierashuonetta (kahdessa kuningattaret ja toisessa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja alueiden tyylikkäin kerrossänky, jossa on kolme mukautettua queen-vuodetta ja kaksi parivuodetta ja kohotettu parvi käsintehdyillä kirsikkaportaikolla. Kodissa on tuotu italialainen 30x30-keraaminen laatta, kolme ainutlaatuista oleskelu- ja viihdytystilaa, baarikeittiö jääkaapilla ja useita Subzero-jääkaappeja. Käsintehty ruokasalipöytä avoimen konseptin keittiössä ja tulisijassa on ainutlaatuinen. Jos haluat ruokailun ulkopuolella, rentoudu 600 neliön jalkapeitepöydällä ja ruokailla 9-jalkaisella tiikillä ja betonilla ulkona olevalla ruokapöydällä, josta on näkymät veteen. Auringonotto korotetussa komposiitti aurinkoterassilla tai rentoudu 3. kerroksessa yläkerroksessa ulkosivuleikkauksella, josta on näkymät Koiran saarelle, josta on paras näkymä. Pulahda yksityiseen räätälöityyn uima-altaaseen lahden rannalla tai imeä säteitä yksityisellä rannalla.

Our family had the most perfect week at The Blue Heron. The listing is even better than the pictures show - so spacious, clean, and can see the ocean from every room. Alligator Point is a hidden gem & we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations/host!

Blue Heron/ family vacation 2025

Very nice and spacious home. The house is nicely decorated and is open, bright and cheerful with lots of big windows for enjoying the ocean and bay views. There are also, lots of spacious comfortable bedrooms and multiple porches which were so nice for dining and getting out of the sun. The pool was a nice perk too for taking a break from the beach. We would definitely recommend this lovely home for anyone.

The Sound of the Waves!

The location is superb! The house is right on the beach and across the street from more water. Every window you look out has a calming view! There was plenty of space for us 9 adults and 8 kids (what an awesome bunk room!) We really enjoyed the back porch with loads of seating. We were also worried about enough room to store food for the entire weekend - but the fridge and storage spaces are huge. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home away from everything

Home was very clean and plenty of room for our big family. We enjoyed feeling like we had our own private beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, adults enjoyed a game of cornhole on the beach and the teenage boys enjoyed fishing all day long on the beach and/or suggested dock across the street. Host Josh was very nice and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this home. May be a little far from any kind of Dollar General or grocery store but for us, we enjoyed not being near anything at all. True vacation with lots of great memories.

Great stay on the beach!

This house was perfect for our three families with teenage kids (13 people). Large gathering areas and places to get away all in one house. Water views out all windows. Steps from the beach. Access to the dock was a nice addition and gives something more to do. Very quiet area, basically had the beach to ourselves most days. Josh is very helpful and quick to respond! Would recommend this house and Josh to anyone.

Amazing house, ideal location, perfect setup for our families!!

This house, location and setup provided everything we were hoping for! The house is amazing - beautiful inside, huge kitchen with plenty of space and cooking equipment, lots of different spaces to hang out, lots of super cute bedrooms/bathrooms, amazing decks with plenty of outdoor furniture, and a great pool!! Our crew especially loved the bunk room and looking out over the pool and ocean from all decks! The location is pretty far out but wonderful - we loved that it was set apart from the hustle and bustle but be sure to stock up on groceries/supplies ahead of time. We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves! Fabulous beach with sugary soft sand, plenty of seashells, and dolphins just offshore! All felt super safe and calm. Perfect spot for families/friends looking to get away and enjoy a quiet beach vacation together :) So thankful to our hosts for being attentive and providing such a beautiful vacay spot. We’ll be back for sure!!

Relaxing Vacation, Beautiful Home

Despite a little disruption by Hurricane Debby, we had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful, clean, and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed fishing, collecting sea shells, and spending time on the beach! Josh was a great host!

Family vacation 2024

Overall, the house served its purpose for our family vacation. If you are looking to get away from everything this is the place to go, it is miles from anything groceries, restaurants and people.

Great large family retreat

We had 17 people including kids of all ages staying here for 5 days. Our only complaint was we didn’t book for longer. Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked. Location was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, safe, right on the beach. ***bring black garbage bags to put over bedroom windows. no curtains or blinds, which made the east facing rooms very bright by 7 AM.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This is the perfect home and location for a vacation with a large group. The home was spacious and had everything we could possibly need (including plenty of refrigerator and freezer space!). The deck was big enough for 8 people to be eating outside while the rest of us relaxed on the outdoor furniture enjoying the amazing view. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach and kayaks are provided for some water adventures. Josh was great, meeting us upon our arrival to go over all of the details and was readily available if I had any questions. The location is a bit remote, but that is okay because you won't want to leave once you get there!

Incredible stay

Blue Heron - Luxury accommodation with great views

Blue Heron is a beautifully appointed property. Its layout is thoughtful with ample space. The older adults were able to use the bedrooms on the main floor and the elevator made access to/from the house super easy. It was more than enough space for a large family or group. The kitchen was impressively stocked with state of the art appliances and anything you might need. The location is great, centered between the beach and bay. This made it easy to watch for wildlife especially the dolphins! Both the beach and property dock were only a few steps away. This time of year, it was also very quiet on the point with low levels of traffic. We do recommend following the owner’s suggestion of acquiring your groceries ahead of time. The Dollar General has basics and is still about a 20 minute drive away.

Large house with lots of room

The property was perfect for our large family party. Best bunk room I've ever seen for the kids (5 little girls) with room for the 3 boys elsewhere. It is FAR to a grocery store and we should have done it on the way, but that is not an issue with the lovely house.

Great Family Stay!

Big thing about this place was SPACE. We loved our stay at Josh's place, there was 20 of us of all ages and there was so many different spaces inside and out. We loved our stay and will defiantly be back!

Anniversary Celebration

Our family of 16 gathered for our 25th wedding anniversary and The Blue Heron was a perfect place. The house, pool and beach are exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked all of our meals there except for one we had catered from Catering Connections which was also terrific. The beach is private so very little traffic. There were plenty of beach chairs, sand and pool toys for our large group. The sunsets are amazing! Josh is SO helpful and very responsive. We flew into Tallahassee from different parts of the country and because Alligator Point is quite remote you really need to have enough rental cars for your return because you won’t get an Uber or Lyft to come out there to pick you up. Because part of our group had Ubered down from the airport, we didn’t have enough cars to get everyone back so it was quite a scramble and Josh was able to help us arrange transport back. Above and beyond!! Wonderful memories were made in this perfect spot.

Wonderful beach home and fun family vacation!

This beach home was the perfect vacation home for our big family vacation! It was absolutely gorgeous, clean and everyone loved how spacious it was! Pictures do not do this place justice! Communication with the owner was great! He answered all our questions/needs in a timely manner and was great to get to know! Would highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Wonderful, Large House for a Large Family Gathering!

It's pretty amazing to find a house that will fit our entire family (11 Adults + 5 Kids) - it was the perfect place to host a celebration for my parent's 40th Wedding Anniversary. The host was super responsive and helpful each step of the way!

Amazing stay!

Everyone loved our stay at Blue Heron! This house is gorgeous, clean, and includes everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. Communication with owner was stellar. The elevator was a huge plus when unloading the car and getting everything upstairs. There is so much to do! There were 14 of us and no one was ever bored. Some folks hung at the beach, some hung out in the pool, some used kayaks, some chartered a fishing trip from the marina down the road (and caught tons of fish for dinner!). I've never seen so many pristine sea shells, including sand dollars and conchs. The stars at night were unbelievable! We saw the Milky Way, and dozens of shooting stars. We were even treated to a bioluminescence show by some sort of Gulf critters (algae? plankton?). No one wanted to leave! We highly recommend the Blue Heron.

Perfect place for wonderful vacation

Everything was PERFECT! Mr. Simmons was fabulous to deal with from beginning to end. He is so courteous, friendly and informative. The house was even better than the description. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were so comfy, linens were fresh and clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you for opening your beautiful home to guest!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the house. The house was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of space to spread out with multiple sitting areas and tables for games. Loved the pool and all of the porches. We had everything we needed and more.

Welcome to our beach house! This home was custom built over a 2 year period, many custom touches to be the best house on the gulf. Too many features to include online. Built to exceed hurricane standards and leave nothing to be desired in a relaxing beach vacation.

Once you've stayed with us, all other vacation rentals pale by comparison. You won't find a better house on the gulf. After years on the gulf, having lived in and owned a dozen beach houses, this house was conceived and designed by the owner/builder to incorporate all the best features. Combined with an amazing gulf to bay setting with beautiful wide beaches and surrounded by water, it doesn't get any better. The house was designed to bring large groups and families together yet have areas to retreat for privacy and relaxation. When you're not on the private beach enjoying the gulf or headed to your boat moored on the bay in front of the property, sneak away to the 3rd floor porch and relax on the outdoor sectional sofa and enjoy the sea breeze, make a splash in the pool, soak in the sun on the composite raised decks or cool off in the shade on the 600 sq foot ipe deck.
