Luxury Oceanview Penthouse 42. kerroksessa: upein näkymä Waikikissa, jossa on täysi valtameri, kanava, Waikiki Skyline, Diamond Head, golfkenttä, Sunrise & Sunset -näkymät huoneiston joka kolkasta! Katso kuuluisat ilotulitusvälineet joka perjantai-ilta heti ruokasalista!

Toivotamme sinut tervetulleiksi olemaan ensimmäiset vieraat, jotka nauttivat hiljattain uudistetusta ylellisestä kattohuoneistostamme (laajamittaiset korjaukset valmistuivat juuri kesällä 2013)!

Suuret kulmayksiköt, joita ympäröivät ikkunat kaikilta puolilta ja joista on parhaat näkymät Waikikissa. Tilava täysin kalustettu huoneisto, jossa on yli 1200 neliömetriä. 2 makuuhuonetta 2 täysin varustettua sviittiä, joissa on erillinen suihku ja amme. Upouusi keittiökaappi, graniitti työtaso, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettujen laitteiden yläosa. Uusi marmorilattia ja kiinteä kovapuusta kaikkialla. Upouusi draperies, makuuhuoneen kalusteet asettaa ja queen size Posturepedic patja, vuodevaatteet / liinavaatteet ja peitot. Upouusi olohuoneen kalusteet. Uudet keittiövälineet, ruokailuvälineet, leikkeleet, hopeaesineet, muutamia mainitakseni.

Lisäsimme uuden tyylikäs vuodesohva, joka on "Full / Queen" -kokoinen!

Toivomme, että nautit lomastamme niin paljon kuin perheeni tekee. Pyydämme, että otatte erittäin hyvää huolta kauniista kodistamme. Mahalo!

Havaijin hallitsija sijaitsee Waikikin sisäänkäynnillä ja tarjoaa parhaat panoraamanäkymät. Havaijin monarkki on lähellä yöelämää ja vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Waikikin kauniista rannoista. Kävele Hard Rock Cafe, Hawaii Convention Center, Fort DeRussy, Ala Moanan ostoskeskus ja maailmankuulu Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort.

Tony Romas Steakhouse on aivan nurkan takana, ja lapset syövät vapaasti tiistaisin ja torstaisin. Muista kokeilla myös erittäin herkullista Kobe-burgeria Waikiki Burger -ravintolassa aivan rakennuksemme yli. Kokeile myös yummy Poke salaattia (lohi sashimi) japanilaisessa ravintolassa rakennuksen ensimmäisellä tasolla.

Havaijin monarkki-palveluissa on nyt uusi kuntosali. Vain kerran 5 euron maksu. 00, jos haluat ohjelmoida näppäimen.

The penthouse views were great but the unit itself was rather tired what with peeling paint on bathroom ceiling and old kitchen cabinets. Needs a Reno.

Location and views worthy of a penthouse title, but not the beds or the restrooms

The beds are very uncomfortable, so is the new couch they don’t want you sitting on without sitting on a towel. There is no measuring cups nothing extra you have to buy oil there is a small amount, salt and pepper and that is it never stayed in a VRBO without everything that you can need without having to purchase, including no laundry soap. The bathrooms are reminiscent of a 1960s motel. The only saving grace of this penthouse is the views from every room and the location.

The view!

The view from PH402 was spectacular! From the mountains all the way to the ocean. The unit was terrific: clean, spacious, well appointed and centrally located. Walk to the beach and Ala Moana shopping. Maleko's coffee shop and pastries in the lobby was great.

A wonderful place for all of us!

We stayed in this gem for several days to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Close to the beach and easy to get around the city - this was the perfect place for our family to gather and be able to enjoy Honolulu. The views are breathtaking! Enjoy your Aloha time in this wonderful home.

Great Location and Spectacular Views!

Great location, and beautiful view. The location is excellent, close to the airport and walking distance from the beach and shops. We did rented a car, which we highly recommend to be able to travel to more local areas. The pool and the jacuzzi were great after enjoying time at the nearby beach/shops/restaurants. We will definitely recommend it!

Unit was very nice, good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A bit of a walk to any beach. Elevators a little slow and parking is expensive. Overall a great place to stay.

The views from these windows were awesome. Watching the sunrise and set were amazing. My wife loved the deep tub. Plenty of room for the four of us. It was nice to be able to cook breakfast to save some money and time. Easy walk to the beach. I would recommend

Great location!

Wow! What a great week we had in Oahu! Thank you for the penthouse upgrade. Having a corner unit meant every room had a great view of Waikiki and Diamond Head. We were within walking distance of the beach, many restaurants, parks, and shopping. Getting to Diamond Head for a hike was a short drive, and North Shore was just around an hour away. The weather was gorgeous. The elevators were slower getting to our floor —- but getting to the penthouse made it worth it! Thanks again!

100% would stay again!

The view is just as gorgeous as the pictures! The place itself was perfect for the 5 of us. It's close enough to walk almost everywhere but far enough away from the main tourist hustle and bustle. Communication with Rick was quick and efficient! The only thing I recommend is if you are a light sleeper to stay in the room with the one bed. The one with 2 beds (has the better view in my opinion!) is right by the elevator, you can hear it going up and down at night. That's the only noise though. Ear plugs easily blocked out the noise.

The condo overall was fine. I had a problem with the bed being up against the window. There was no room to get into from that side and being an older person, it made it very difficult to get into bed every night. The bed was very comfortable just not easy to get in and out of for the second person.

Enjoyed the stay, BUT!!

All dining room chairs' legs need to be tightened and seats need to be affixed. Air conditioner does not cool well, we believe that the filters need to be cleaned, light switch in Master Bedroom works intermittent, dryer, (when initially turned on), makes a LOUD screeching noise. Everything else was fine. Thank you,

The rental was a disaster which inconveniene myself and the family. *The ceiling in the bedroom leak water on to the bed on the second day there. *The shower heads in both bathroom were not working properly due to calcium buildup. *There were some strange looking bugs throughout the rental needs to be exterminated. * Mold in the showers.

Needs a few more things

While the view, location and communication were great, the owner needs to add a few things. Only one teaspoon, other spoons were too large for eating with. We were left one dish towel only. Microwave was missing a foot so wobbled. Knives were not sharp. Sofa was very uncomfortable. You could feel the frame when you sat down. Addition “sofa” was really a large footstool that felt very unstable as legs were wobbly. Nothing available to use for left overs (plastic step or plastic containers etc). No oven mitts. Two of the three beach chairs need to be replaced as they were ripping. The one bedroom ceiling showed signs of a previous leak and was soft to touch. With a bit of money spent this could be a perfect rental.

Bigger than it looks!

Arrival and entry was easy and there was a nice little gift basket welcoming us. The unit is bigger than it looks in the pictures. There is a nice big entryway to store shoes, place suitcases etc. The open concept helped us all feel connected. The view was beautiful from every window especially watching fireworks over Waikiki. It has a full kitchen with dishes and utensils for at least 6 people, along with a few pots and pans. The in unit washer and dryer worked out well. The manager was helpful when we had a problem with the air conditioner. There is an outdoor pool on the roof of the 6th floor and 2 hot tubs (one was working.) There are chairs near the pool and gas grills and picnic tables. Not a nice view, but lots of people from other hotels can see you. You can walk to the water 10-15 minutes. We used Uber often. This is a penthouse in an older hotel. We did a bit of praying on the elevators because they made noises and sometimes stopped on wrong floors. At one time there was only one working elevator and waiting times were longer. All in all, for what was available in our price range this worked out well for my family. 😊

Wonderful Visit

The property was wonderful, you absolutely cannot beat that view! Check in was easy, and the condo was clean and spacious. Quick repsonses from the owner too. It was wonderful waking up every morning to Diamond Head, the Ocean, and Waikiki!! We had 6 adults in our party, and the rooms were all spacious. The sofa bed in the living area was more comfortable than any pull out sofa I have slept in. There was a nice welcome package, as well as beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. We loved the walkability to Waikiki, the beach, and we frequented the food trucks often! Plenty of towels as well. To address prior reviews..if you are spending your time worrying about bubbling paint, or spots on the ceiling, you really need to refocus and look out those windows! Yes...parking is expensive, but that is disclosed in the listing, and not in the owners hands, we never had any issues finding a parking space. Yes, the window washers came by....but there were signs everywhere with dates they would be coming. If we had any constructive feedback,the condo could use some additional (and better quality) pots and pans, as well as some measuring/mixing bowls and trays, and better knives, and a vacuum, but we made due with what was there. One design flaw of the condo is there is no access to a bathroom from the living room, so the adults sleeping in the living area had to "sneak" into the bedroom to access the bathroom at night, but again, this is not in the owners hands, just an FYI.

Misrepresentation & Extremely Disappointment!

We were extremely disappointed by the overall condition of the property. The bathrooms are in great disrepair with lots of mold, peeling paint and they smell very unpleasant. Throughout the rental the walls & ceiling are scuffed, scratched, and there is tons of bubbling paint from water damage throughout, with one huge bubble, right over the head of the master bed, which seems dangerous. Honestly, the only thing that seems true to the pictures are the living room and kitchen. The bedroom & bathroom pics. have to be from over a decade ago based on their current state. Also, this building is very old & in poor condition. They are currently doing repairs on the building and there were men on scaffolding, right outside my daughters’ bedroom window at the penthouse level, drilling and making a ton of noise, which required us to keep the curtains closed in that room most of the trip for privacy, which defeated the whole reason why we booked this place, the view. We noticed there was a sign by the elevators about the repairs that had been posted since November of 2022 and that should’ve been disclosed to us in advance so we had a choice about whether this was the right place for us to stay during this time. On the last day, they even turned off the water to the building to do a main drain repair so the toilets would not flush. I requested a large portion of my payment be returned for misrepresentation, but they only offered $500. I would never stay here again & wouldn't suggest it.
