Winter guests are welcome to rent weekly or monthly!

Gulf Front! This cozy 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom 2 story condo is just like being home, emphasized by gorgeous gulf views from the living room balcony. The first bedroom has a Queen Bed with a lake view balcony and the second bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The unit also features a queen sleeper sofa.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Not what we ordered
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental office contacted us at Thanksgiving that our February unit was not available for monthly rental (still listed for monthly rental) and said this A-tower unit was the only one available. It did not meet our wishlist through no fault of its own. The agent was very disinterested, and when other units opened up, never let us know. This unit has no sunset view. It is nicely furnished but has a bad smell and disgustingly filthy carpet.The athletic amenities do not seem to be a priority. The courts have a rubberized surface that is failing, shuffleboard courts are cracked, but the bocce is nice.The snowbirds that winter there are very active with indoor and outdoor events. They are a friendly group of people.

Nice location, but not clean
The location of the condo is great. Small town but close to lots of things to do. Condo needs major updating and was not clean. Carpet and floor was so stained and dirty that I never took my shoes off. There were large food crumbs all over guest bedroom. A lot of hair and used soap left in the shower. Did not appear to have been cleaned much at all and the property’s only response was they would send someone out tomorrow. I went and bought bedding and cleaning supplies and spent the whole night cleaning!

A Hot Inconvenient Mess
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the far west end of PCB but Parking at the complex was terrible... not enough spaces for the amount of people staying there. Most times I had to park on the far back end of the lot behind the last building and I was staying in the first one. This was a good 2 football fields from my unit and not fun if you had groceries! Overall, the unit my family and I rented was nice. The kitchen was fairly well equipped and the appliances were nice. The carpet was stained and dirty and there was a bad smell in the unit and we believed that was probably where the smell came from. During our 2nd nights stay, the HVAC system went out in all 4 units, not sure why, but for 2 nights the rooms were so hot we could not cook, do laundry or sleep. We were miserably hot but kept thinking it would get fixed soon. Some of the owners purchased fans and even portable ac systems for their renters but Pinnacle Port did not offer this service for their renters... And Pinnacle Port only offered 25% of one nights rental per night as a refund for this inconvenient and extremely uncomfortable situation. If we had not been scheduled to leave when we did, and known that the AC was not going to be fixed, we would have left sooner than we did.
