Islander Condo # 119 on ainutlaatuinen Platinum-luokiteltu mökki, johon mahtuu 6 henkilöä. Vältä tämän yksityisen mökin päärakennuksen sijoittamista trooppisten kukkien joukkoon. Nauti yksityisyydestä ja mukavuudesta, kun omistat neljä seinääsi, joita ympäröi rehevä maisemointi, jossa on patio ja pieni aidattu piha, vain muutaman askeleen päässä uima-altaista ja Destinin maailmanluokan rannalta.

Tässä rannalla olevassa mökissä on avoin konsepti, keittiö / olo / ruokailuhuone kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Allas vedettävällä ruiskutushanalla ja painonapilla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu vierekkäinen jääkaappi veden suodatusjärjestelmällä ja oven sisäisillä jää- ja vesiannostelijoilla, keraaminen keittotaso, astianpesukone ja kantaman yläpuolella oleva mikroaaltouuni . Kerää ruokapöydän ympärille, johon mahtuu 6, tai rentoudu olohuoneessa katsomaan 40 tuuman televisiota, jossa on digitaalinen kaapeliyhteys ja DVD-soitin. Vieraille on tarjolla queen-vuodesohva.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, kattotuuletin ja 32 tuuman TV / DVD-yhdistelmä. Kylpyhuone on hiljattain päivitetty kaksinkertaisella lavuaarilla, graniittisivustolla ja suihkulla. Vierashuoneessa on king-vuode, kattotuuletin ja 32 tuuman TV. Vieraskylpyhuoneessa on päivitetty uusi turhamaisuus, graniittitasot ja päivitetty kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.

Koko yksikössä on laatta. Allas ja Destinin ranta sijaitsevat kätevästi 1. kerroksen kävelykadun ulkopuolella, joka on muutaman askeleen päässä Destinin rannalta.

Great property right by the beach!

Plenty of room to spread out. Other reviews don’t properly state how short of a walk it is to the pool and the beach. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking instruments but no niceties like salt and pepper or coffee filters so be sure to pack those!

Awesome Cottage!!

This was the perfect cottage for our Destin stay. The location was perfect and just a few hundred yards from the beach. The best thing about the cottage was that you didn’t have to worry about elevators or stairs, there were no neighbors, you could park right outside your front door, and you had the convenience of a condo type property but was in a house! We would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again in the future.

The location is perfect! The pullout couch is not ideal-definitely an older model. The tennis courts at the resort are currently unavailable. Bryson, the beach attendant, was friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.

NO elevators to go up and down I thinks its the best one out of all of them it is very quiet most of the time the only loud noises were when they are picking up the garbage. It is laid out the same as all of the other condos. This is our third time staying at the islander but our first time staying in 119. We had a great time no issues to report. If this one is ever for sale I would purchase it.

The amenities are great, and we can tell there have been some upgrades the last few years. Although he is separate from The Islander, Alan, the beach chair attendant is amazing and such a pleasure to hang around. Our only comment would be to have some larger grills on the east side of the property or have a personal grill for the cottage.

I was told that trash chutes were located at the end of all corridors of resort but I could not locate any so it was taken to dumpster on property that I observed on opposite end of parking lot. confusing! trash should not be an issue before checking out in my opinion. let housekeeping deal with it is 1st choice, clearly marked trash chutes throughout 2nd choice.
