Good beach front property

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

We checked into our condo and immediately smelled like someone had smoked in there or maybe people who stayed smoked heavily. It was something we continuously noticed when leaving and coming back. The pool was under construction but we found that out prior to booking so we knew it was going to be that way, nonetheless we really loved being right next to the ocean! Its very quiet and nice as far as the property goes. The chairs and umbrella the owner left were a nice gesture although the umbrella is probably on its last limb ( it’s rusted and had a broken piece in the top that my husband had to keep adjusting.)A couple more things we noted, salt was empty, the bedspread is not comfortable at all (very scratchy and thin) the bed itself Is good tho.We were thankful for the washer dryer and being able to go out on the patio. It was a nice enough place to stay but due to the lingering smoke smell , i don’t think we would stay again.
