TÀmÀ huvila tarjoaa 2047 neliömetriÀ nykyaikaista sisustustilaa laajoilla lÀnsimaisilla ikkunoilla, jotka avautuvat leveÀlle 562 neliömetrin laajalle, mikÀ tarjoaa perheellesi runsaasti tilaa nauttia Mauin elÀmÀntyyliÀ.

VietÀ pÀivÀsi erillisalueen yksityisellÀ uima-altaalla ja kylpytynnyrillÀ, joka sijaitsee ylellisessÀ havaijilaisessa puutarhassa, tai vie lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ maailmankuululle Kaanapalin rannalle tai Honua Kai -kohteen vesileikkipuistoille. We have stayed here a few times now and we have never been disappointed. It's a lovely property. This is our first time staying in the Villa. We loved the space. One thing I wished was that they have maid service such as in the towers but otherwise it was great.

Epic Unit

We’ve stayed at this resort many times. The Villas are our new favorite. There were only 3 of us husband, six year old son, and myself but we like plenty of room on vacation. The unit is quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of the resort but you have the best of both worlds. When you want to take the kiddos to the water slide you can but then retreat back to peace of the tucked away property. Close to Kapaula golf course but the kids can stay at resort and burn off the energy. Can’t go wrong with this property. Just a push button vacation. The lanai is just such a delight. Instant serenity.

Perfect location!

We loved this condo! As a family of four with kids 2 & 6 and their grandparents we all loved this space and it was perfect for us. Close to the main resort pools and the beach, the coffee shop / market, and the big grass lawn for the kids to run around on. The wagon and pool/beach toys were super clutch for the kids. Perfect outdoor space to eat dinner every night and relax. We would absolutely recommend this condo and would definitely book again!The owner was also excellent, there was an issue with the washer due to the renters before us and she was very quick about getting it replaced so that we could have use of it during our stay. Super nice and on top of her game.

Great For Families

My family and I had a great stay at this villa. Proximity to all the resorts amenities was great as it was all within 2 minutes. Best located Villa in the complex by far. Also appreciated the kids beach toys and wagon to tow everything around. Looking forward to the next time !

Ideal spot for trip with kids and grandparents

This three bedroom condo was the perfect setting for our multi-generation stay in Maui. The setting on the Honda Kai resort gave us exactly what we wanted — the big resort pool for playing, a smaller pool near the condo for quieter times, easy walk to the beach, and food at Duke’s. The condo was also an ideal layout, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The owners were extremely easy to reach and were very responsive to all of our needs. Based on reviews we read of the Honua Kai resort, we weren’t sure what to expect in terms of the beach. Here’s the scoop: The strip of beach directly in front of the resort is quite rocky and not great for swimming. But you literally only have to walk south for two minutes to find a lovely beach that is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, boogie boarding, etc. Really good snorkeling is another ten minute walk or a 5 minute drive with easy parking. Overall, thumbs up on the beach!

Great location, very comfortable

Second time we've stayed here, and we love the proximity to the 4 pools and the beach. Everything is very comfortable and clean. Loved being out in the lanai. Great kitchen, parking and access is easy. Only negative is that the wifi is weak outside

The perfect Villa

This place was great!! Very well stocked with cooking supplies and was perfectly clean when we arrived. It was such a convenience that each room has its own bathroom. The layout of this villa is well thought out. Being able to use all the resort pools and amenities was so fun for our kids and it is a short walk to the beach. The property management team is on their game and did a great job communicating and organizing the villa. We were all so sad to leave and want to come back again. I would recommend this place a million times over.

What a fantastic villa! We stayed for a week along with another family who reserved another villa at the Honua Kai. Our villa was in fantastic shape and we felt like we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The unit was very well stocked for living and for cooking, and in fact we grilled out on the laina twice while there. We were able to compare our setup with the other unit and found that we were much better stocked in terms of cooking utensils, olive oil, salt & pepper and the like. We did have a minor issue with the AC in the unit and communications were great and the team bent over backwards for us, doing everything we asked of them. I would rent this villa again in a heartbeat. Note that it is the closest villa to the beach and Duke's and has a huge wide open lawn right in front of it. It is also the closest unit to the main road so very quick and easy to drive to other locations or beaches. (Not that any unit is super far from either...but I really liked how close we were.)

Perfect for Family

We had the most wonderful stay. This property was as advertised and more! It's in the most perfect location on the property (easy walk to beach, pools, lobby coffee...), it's also equipped with everything you could need (boogie boards, carts, beach chairs...). The rooms are so clean and nice and give nice privacy. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

Exceeded expectations!

Property was exactly as it appeared on the website. The property is located in a great place on the resort property. It is close to the ocean and pool. We enjoyed eating on the patio and cooking out. I would definitely come back and stay in the same villa!

What and AMAZING Experience

My family of 6 recently stayed at this amazing property in Maui and every aspect of our stay was fantastic! The villa came extremely well equipped, with toys for the kids, a fantastic kitchen and outside BBQ and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. We loved the proximity to both the private Villa pools and the hotel pools and other amenities. Communications with the property manager were always fast and pleasant, she was super helpful! We have stayed all over Maui and this is our new favorite place.

Wow!

This place is Amazing! Gorgeous, new, modern, convenient, and clean. It is as nice as any 5 star hotel. SO convenient to have your Garage/car right outside your door. It had everything you need including 5 boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooler, folding wagon, a Built in charger for your electric car, Bose speakers, disposable slippers, an iron in every room, a hamper in every closet, a vitamix blender, every kitchen utensil/ pots/pans, and even ice packs for your cooler. We arrived 3 days after Hawaii reopened to tourists, so we ate at home most days. The kitchen was perfect. We ate outside at the lanai. It even has a refrigerator outside. Our kids did their virtual school from the sofas on the lanai. The unit is only minutes from any of the resort pools but far enough away that you don’t hear guests from the pool. Our kids loved being on the ground floor - so convenient. The North Kaanapali beach isn’t the best for little kids, so we went to Kapalua beach (10 min away) which offered snorkeling too. We were looking at the Montage and Ho’olei Villas too, and we picked Honua Kai Villas because it was a more economical. Well let me tell you, we were all impressed. Better than any other VRBO we have ever stayed at.

Very Relaxing

This mini-vacation was very relaxing and worry free. The unit was very clean and all interaction with the check-in, check-out and staff around the property were safe and interaction was kept to a minimum. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and overall everything felt comfortable. Had a really great time with the family.

Exactly what we hoped for!

You know when you see pictures and build up an idea in your head of what it will look like in real life and then get worried you will be disappointed? Well this was not the case with this villa - it was everything I hoped for and more! The villa was beautiful - fresh, clean, new, beautifully decorated, brilliantly set up, and was stocked with everything you would need to have an amazing vacation. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen had everything you needed, and the lanai was so wonderful to hang out in. This villa in particular is in a great spot because you can walk right out to the resort and within 30 seconds be at the beach, all the pools or Dukes, or a 30 second walk the other way and be at a private pool, and a 30 second walk left or right and you're at two handy general stores. Communication beforehand was great - we had no issues booking or checking in, and any time we had a question during our stay we got help right away. I really loved that they had beach chairs, and umbrella, boogie boards and a few sand toys available - this made beach days even better! We had a toddler with us, so having a pack n play and a high chair was appreciated. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Luxury Vacation

Our Villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. Property manager communicated with us during our stay made us feel welcome. Everyone enjoyed their stay . We would definitely recommend Villa Luana 1A. If we could give more stars we would.

Great for family and friends!

The unit was clean modern and in the best location. Just a short walk to the pools, convenience stores as well as groceries. It's feels as if you are staying in a private home with the perfect amount of separation from the main resort property. There is a great lawn just off the back where the little ones can run and play while the adults can keep a watch from the kitchen and family room or covered porch. The enclave pool Is a minutes walk and is crowd free and quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting with family or friends because it allows for time together yet it is large enough to have time alone if you so choose. Great overall!
