This is ground floor unit Konea 102 at Honua Kai. Currently, new bookings in my units through VRBO come with my book in confidence COVID guarantee. My book in confidence COVID guarantee is exclusive to my units and provides assurance in the form of a travel credit if your travel is interrupted by a positive COVID test, a Honua Kai pool closure, or Maui travel restrictions making bypassing a HI quarantine impossible. Please see my rental agreement during booking for full details and terms on the guarantee offered to you as well as my cancellation policy for all other reasons.
Stay more safe. This is unit is ground floor with added easy in/out from the lanai (keyed). No need to walk through the hotel hallways / corridors, or use an elevator to a higher floor location. Our unit also features its own dedicated ventilation and AC system and air is NOT circulated/shared with other units and common places.
Current Maui / Honua Kai status: All pools / hot tubs are open at the resort. The beach is open. Dukes Restaurant is open for dine in and take-out and has live entertainment 6:00pm-8:30pm, daily. Whalers store is open 8 hours per day. Aina cafe is open daily until 2 PM. The gym is open: Hours: 6 AM to 6 PM, 8 guests at a time, 60 min limit, first come first serve. Bell / Valet is currently operating to help you move luggage to the unit. Times supermarket across the street is open for groceries, many on island excursions are open with reduced capacity, and many nearby restaurants are open.

ABOUT THIS CONDO. This is a 2230 square foot (plus 1310 sq ft Lanai/Garden) GROUND FLOOR Ocean Front (3) bedroom (3) bathroom condominium in the Honua Kai Resort Konea tower.
This home has been custom furnished by interior designer Natasha Plitt, and is part of the Makai Collection at Honua Kai, a selection of residences showcasing the very best of resort living on Ka’anapali Beach, Maui. It features a prime oceanfront location, has expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces, contemporary resort furnishings, and endless Maui sunsets. As for the sleeping arrangements and other amenities, it has a King Bed in all 3 bedrooms (guest bedroom is splittable into twins), and a Queen sofa sleeper in living. All rooms have their own flat screen TV's with cable. A Blu-Ray DVD is available in the living room. Wireless AC Fast Internet is also included free of charge. This unit features Fiber 300 fast internet at up to 300MB speed. Up to 10x faster than some other Honua Kai units.
Only the Ground Floor units offer tall 11' ceilings, oversized lanai's, and very quick and easy access in and out (from the after market keyed Lanai or condo door) ... no elevators needed. This ground floor ocean front residence has direct access to the pools and the beach and its lanai opens up to lush lawns & walkways with views of the ocean. My unit is conveniently located in the middle of the resort and is not located on the outside end caps of either tower.
Included also are many extra personal touches from a proud owner in the condo such as an iHome alarm clocks, keyed lanai, Vitamix blender, bathroom stools, and many other owner supplied goodies for your use such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an ice chest, boogie boards, beach towels, two pack n play's with a 3" thick mattress, bed bumpers, strap on booster seat, etc.

Walk to whalers village, etc. Or head the opposite direction (North) to visit Honokowai Beach Park (great for the little ones), the farmers market, and local organic food store.
