Cinnamon Beach on yksityisesti aidattu naapurustossa Ocean Hammockin yksinomaisessa yhteisössä, rauhallisessa rannikkopelissä, joka sijaitsee Floridan Palm Coastissa, vain 20 minuutin päässä eteläpuolella St. Augustine, 30 minuuttia Daytona Beachistä pohjoiseen ja 75 minuuttia Orlandosta itään. Mukana 2. 5 mailin päässä koskemattomasta kanelinvärisestä rannasta, yhteisössä on harmoninen sekoitus upeaa Oceanfront-, Ocean / Golf View- ja Lakeview-osakehuoneistoa ja upeita yksittäisiä koteja. Milestone Birthday

Family Tides was everything we needed for our celebration. The home is set up beautifully and the amenities are top notch. Really enjoyed the separation of the "quiet pool" and "family pool" We look forward to vacationing at Cinnamon Beach again.

Our family of 4 and dog enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home close to the beach. Had an issue with the garage door upon arrival and it was swiftly taken care of. Though it was in the midst of the heatwave the walk to and from the clubhouse was manageable. The beach was not crowded. Someone came to clean the pool once during our stay, but did not seem very thorough, there was still a good bit of debris at the bottom—that would be my only complaint.

wonderful family vacation

there were three floors and each of our adult family had their own privacy. Bedrooms were all comfortable except for the top floor which needed black out curtains as the morning sun did not allow for sleep after the sun rose. The home had everything we needed and was beyond our expectations. There were 2 washers and dryers which helped for our family of 8. The pool and lake view were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation home

Beautiful home and excellent manager. We had our family reunion for 4 days and had a great time catching up with each other. Unfortunately, we had no internet for the first 3 days and 3 of the bedrooms had no working TV for the first 3 days!! That was an absolute bummer. Crystal was great trying to resolve the issue but was unsuccessful. Spectrum came on the 4th day and got internet and TV’s to work. The house has 5 bedrooms over three levels. The steps between the 3 floors are steep and difficult to climb for anyone with a mobility issue and even more to carry the luggage up. There is a step easy to miss and we had 3 family members trip on it. We had to put a bright orange piece of tape to mark it! This is a safety issue that needs to be addressed and fixed. The location is great, close to the beach and the views of the lake are magnificent! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and more. The pool is great! Overall, it’s a great house that needs an elevator or be rented only to young, athletic people that can climb these steep steps over 3 levels.

Great beach vacation at Family Tides

Family Tides was a great home for our beach vacation! We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach many times over the years. The home was everything that was described and pictured. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children, plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely book again!

Great location, beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Family Tides. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed the great outdoor space - screened porches and pool area. The kitchen was very well-stocked and the whole house was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood amenities and proximity to the beach were ideal. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to return again soon.

Property was very nice. Several things were not up to par but location was great. Not up to par - TV in downstairs family room didn't work, pool needed cleaning, and the sand bank to the beach was difficult.

Fabulous Family Home

The home is so beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The proximity to the beach and community pool is great, however, we rarely used the community pool because the one in the backyard is so fabulous! It has the most beautiful sunset views over the lake. The layout of the home is wonderful, particularly for a large family group. There’s plenty of space for some to play in the pool, some to game, some to watch TV, and some to nap. Speaking of napping, the beds are SO comfortable. The kitchen is open to the living space and the lanai offers additional dining space. We did not eat out once, and instead took advantage of all the house has to offer. We HIGHLY recommend this vacation home!

The O2 company delivered the canisters to their office and the canisters were waiting for us in the house when we arrived. AWESOME !!! The house was fabulous as every family member was pleased with the accommodations. Plenty of room for us all. We seemed to spend our days around the pool talking at great length of family, friends and things in general. WE ALL plan on returning to this spot.

Very accommodating to our large group

We had two families of 4 each staying in this house and it more than accommodated our group (17+ and up), with plenty of space for all of us. We had what we needed in the kitchen and the living room also fit all of us. The view overlooking the pool to the lake is beautiful, with a couple of otters sighted across the lake just about everyday we were there. The neighborhood is quiet with a very easy, short walk to the beach. The only drawback is the beach has large rock formations that prevent any type of skimboarding and wakeboarding type of activities, which we were unaware of. This was our first time at Cinnamon Beach, so don't know if it was just in this particular area or if Cinnamon is known for this. Fortunately we had the pool at the house. Overall great vacation!

Great House-Great Location

The house is great for a large group. It’s spacious, well layed out, and homey. We enjoyed a huge amount of time on the screened in porch eating, playing cards and drinking coffee. The pool area is nice and has good amenities, however we had an issue with some sort of snail-like animals growing/attaching all along the pool walls and bottom so we had 3 days where we couldn’t use our pool at the house. It did get treated, but poor communication when I contacted them. It was an unusually chilly week and we were told to use the heated clubhouse pools while ours was being treated. Unfortunately, the clubhouse pool was not heated. And when I asked the on site manager I was told her pool guy had gone home and her other pool guy was on vacation and she didn’t know how to turn it on. Even the next day it was not heated so that was disappointing. Overall we had a great time and would return.

Reviewer Comments: when i rented the vacation home in September/2023 it had 3 king suites unfortunately the home only had 2 king suites. decor was changed and would have preferred the "beach" theme. after a few attempts and leaving messages i was never contacted but given excuses. the home was lovely and my family enjoyed it. however i do think there is an electrical issue. light above the dinette dims off and on possibly when the half bath toilet is flushed? should not be causing a power surge. possibly the house is not grounded properly. also the same with the main king suite bathroom light. queen bed on third floor is very soft which caused sleepless nights. all bathrooms fans are extremely dirty. for this price i think all paper products should be supplied along with dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. the pool was marvelous.

Probably the best equiped kitchen and beach chairs etc.The only area that we saw not kept up was the landscape, weeds taken over the flower beds and the pool area. The pool had some mole growing in it too.It just made the home look not cared for. the rust on the outside by the front door wasbad too. There were spider webs and bugs over the front door and front porch which was not very nice to go through to enter the front door. It should have been cleaned.

Family Celebration For Three Generation’s

Our Adult daughter’s and their husbands loved it just as much as the grands! Three generations under one roof had a splendid time! The Beach was close and very clean. The poolside adult area and family area was well thought out❤️ Shopping was very close to the gated community. The workout facility was used as well. Fantastic Rental for large Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for our Family! It worked well having Master suites on all floors. My kids loved the bunk room. There was tons of beach towels at the house which was convenient! They also have chairs for the beach a wagon to carry it down and boogie boards and floats. They do not have a Keurig Coffee maker, its old school so plan accordingly. House was VERY CLEAN and was maintained very well. There is a beach service that will set up a cabana for you daily for $75/day or a better weekly rate which was fantastic for us. This is our 6th year to come to Cinnamon Beach and this was my favorite house we have stayed at!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a lovely week at Family Tides the last week in June 2022. There were nine of us including one infant and two preteens. There was plenty of room to be together and to spend quiet time apart. Family Tides comfortably accommodated a member of our group with mobility issues with easy entry and full facilities on the first floor. We were very happy with our stay. The only negative was low water pressure in the bathrooms and kitchen but there was plenty of hot water.
